As shown in fig. 1-7, an anchor bolt connecting device comprises a cylinder 1, a conical head 2, an open slot 3, connecting seats 4, a top cover 5, a fixing nut 6, expansion blocks 7 and a fixing device 8, wherein the conical head 2 is integrally formed at the bottom of the cylinder 1, a plurality of open slots 3 with equal angles are formed in the circumference of the outer wall of the cylinder 2, the open slots 3 are arrayed along the axis of the cylinder 1, the connecting seats 4 are respectively fixed at two sides of the open slots 3, the top cover 5 is fixed at the top of the cylinder 1, the fixing nut 6 is welded at the center of the top surface of the top cover 5, one expansion block 7 is arranged at each open slot 3, and the fixing device 8 is axially arranged at the center inside of the cylinder 1.
The expansion block 7 comprises a convex block 9, arc grooves 10, buckling claws 11 and a connecting shaft 12, wherein the convex block 9 is vertically symmetrical, the arc grooves 10 are formed in the middle of the expansion block, the buckling claws 11 are integrally formed in the outer side of the top of the convex block 9, and the connecting shaft 12 is respectively fixed at the front and rear sides of the convex block 9.
The expansion block 7 is hinged with the open slot 3 through a connecting shaft 12 and a connecting seat 4, and the rotation range is 45 degrees.
The fixing device 8 comprises a fixing column 13, an elliptic sphere 14, external threads 15 and rectangular blocks 16, wherein a plurality of equidistant elliptic spheres 14 are fixed on the outer wall of the fixing column 13, the elliptic spheres 14 are tangent to the arc-shaped groove 10, the external threads 15 are arranged on the upper portion of the fixing column 13 and are in threaded connection with the fixing nuts 6, and the rectangular blocks 16 are fixed on the top of the fixing column 13.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the cylinder is inserted into a drilled hole, the rectangular block is rotated by the spanner to enable the elliptic sphere to move upwards, meanwhile, the elliptic sphere extrudes the convex block of the expansion block to drive the expansion block to rotate, so that the buckling claw tightly grabs the inner wall of the drilled hole, the cylinder is firmly fixed in the drilled hole and cannot be moved out of the drilled hole, and the fixed column with external threads can be used for installing equipment.
