Abstract
The invention discloses a support structure of an engine air conditioner compressor, which comprises an air conditioner support, an auxiliary support and an exhaust pipe. The air conditioner bracket is arranged on the engine and is provided with an air conditioner compressor mounting part; the auxiliary bracket is arranged on the air conditioner bracket; the exhaust pipe is connected with the auxiliary bracket and is provided with a fifth mounting hole for being connected with the engine; wherein the air conditioner bracket, the auxiliary bracket, the exhaust pipe and the engine form a first triangle supporting structure. The support structure of the engine air conditioner compressor has a stable triangular support structure, and can ensure high rigidity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engines, in particular to a bracket structure of an air conditioner compressor of an engine with high rigidity.
Background
At present, the air conditioner compressors of the traditional luxury buses are all arranged on the frames of the vehicles, so that not only is the space occupied, but also vibration generated in the work of the air conditioner compressors can be transmitted to the cab through the vehicle body to influence the comfort of the vehicles, and therefore, each bus factory hopes to install the air conditioner compressors on the engines, and the purposes of improving the comfort of the vehicles can be achieved by damping through the suspension system of the engines. Because the air conditioner compressor of the luxury bus is very heavy, the direct installation on the engine can easily cause the air conditioner compressor to generate resonance under the excitation of the engine, the engine is damaged, and in order to avoid resonance, an air conditioner compressor bracket with extremely high rigidity is required.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bracket structure of an engine air conditioner compressor, which has a stable double-triangle supporting structure and can ensure high rigidity.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a support structure of an engine air conditioner compressor, comprising an air conditioner support, an auxiliary support and an exhaust pipe. The air conditioner bracket is arranged on the engine and is provided with an air conditioner compressor mounting part; the auxiliary bracket is arranged on the air conditioner bracket; the exhaust pipe is connected with the auxiliary bracket and is provided with a fifth mounting hole for being connected with the engine; wherein the air conditioner bracket, the auxiliary bracket, the exhaust pipe and the engine form a first triangle supporting structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the support structure of the engine air conditioner compressor further includes a tension pulley support provided on the air conditioner support, the tension pulley support being provided with a tension pulley mounting portion for mounting the tension pulley, and a sixth mounting hole for connecting with the engine; wherein the air conditioner support, the tensioning wheel support and the engine form a second triangular support structure.
In a preferred embodiment, an air conditioner support includes: the idler wheel installation part is arranged at the side part of the air conditioner bracket; the tensioning wheel bracket mounting part is arranged on the upper surface of the air conditioner bracket; the auxiliary bracket mounting part is arranged on the upper surface of the air conditioner bracket; the first mounting hole is arranged on the air conditioner bracket and is used for being connected with the engine; the suspension cushion mounting part is arranged at the rear part of the air conditioner bracket; and the reinforcing rib group is arranged on the lower surface of the air conditioner bracket.
In a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary support comprises: the second mounting hole is arranged on the auxiliary bracket and used for being connected with the air conditioner bracket; and a third mounting hole is provided on the auxiliary bracket for connection with the exhaust pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, the tensioning wheel mounting part is a long through hole extending in the vertical direction, the tensioning wheel support comprises an adjusting bolt mounting part which is arranged on the tensioning wheel support, the adjusting bolt mounting part is a threaded hole communicated with the upper end of the long through hole of the tensioning wheel mounting part, the threaded hole is used for mounting an adjusting bolt, and the adjusting bolt is used for adjusting the position of the tensioning wheel; and the seventh mounting hole is arranged on the lower surface of the tensioning wheel bracket and used for being connected with the air conditioner bracket.
In a preferred embodiment, the support structure of the engine air conditioning compressor further comprises a coupling plate arranged between the auxiliary support and the exhaust pipe for the transitional connection of the auxiliary support and the exhaust pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, the coupling plate comprises: the auxiliary bracket connecting part is used for connecting with an auxiliary bracket; and a fourth mounting hole for connection with the exhaust pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the bracket structure of the engine air conditioner compressor has the following beneficial effects: the support structure utilizes the stability and high rigidity of the air conditioner support, the auxiliary support, the exhaust pipe and the engine to form a first triangular support structure, the air conditioner support, the tensioning wheel support and the engine to form a double triangular support structure of a second triangular support structure, and the working stability of the air conditioner compressor of the engine is guaranteed.

Fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 4 show a perspective view of a bracket structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic view; FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of another view of a support structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a further view of a support structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic view of a bracket structure mounted on an engine according to an embodiment of the present invention. The bracket structure of an engine air conditioner compressor according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: the air conditioner bracket 1 is disposed at a left side position of the engine 10 and is mounted on the engine 10. The tensioning wheel bracket 5 is arranged at the front end of the engine and at the upper position of the air conditioner bracket 1, and the tensioning wheel bracket 5 is also arranged on the engine. The auxiliary bracket 2 is arranged in the middle of the engine and at the upper position of the air conditioner bracket 1, and the auxiliary bracket 2 is simultaneously connected with the air conditioner bracket 1 and the connecting plate 3. The coupling plate 3 is arranged in a position between the auxiliary bracket 2 and the exhaust pipe 4. The exhaust pipe 4 is directly mounted on the engine 10 while being connected to the coupling plate 3. Idler pulley 11 is mounted on idler pulley mounting portion 1a of air conditioner bracket 1. The tensioner 7 is mounted on the tensioner mounting portion 5b of the tensioner bracket 5. The air conditioner compressor 6 is mounted on the air conditioner compressor mounting portion 1 c.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 4, in some embodiments, an air conditioner compressor mounting portion 1c is disposed above the air conditioner bracket 1, and four air conditioner compressor mounting portions 1c of this embodiment are provided, each of which includes two mounting holes, and two air conditioner compressors 6 of different types can be mounted. The tensioning wheel support mounting part 1b and the idler wheel mounting part 1a are arranged in front, the auxiliary support mounting part 1d is arranged in the rear, and the first mounting hole 1e, the suspension cushion mounting part 1f and the reinforcing rib group 1g are arranged below. The suspension pad mounting portion 1f is used for mounting a soft shock pad, and is intended to prevent vibration caused by the operation of the air conditioner compressor 6 from being transmitted to the frame to cause resonance. The reinforcing rib group 1g is used for improving the strength and rigidity of the air conditioner bracket 1 itself. The air conditioner bracket 1 is fixed to the engine 10 by a bolt through the first mounting hole 1 e.
In some embodiments, a seventh mounting hole 5d is provided below the tensioning wheel bracket 5 and is fixed on the tensioning wheel bracket mounting part 1b by a bolt; the tensioning wheel bracket 5 is fixed on the engine through a sixth mounting hole 5c by bolts; a tensioning wheel mounting part 5b is arranged in front of the tensioning wheel bracket 5 and used for mounting a tensioning wheel 7; the adjusting bolt 8 can control the tensioning wheel through an adjusting bolt mounting part 5a arranged above the tensioning wheel bracket 5, so that the tensioning force of the transmission belt 9 is adjusted.
In some embodiments, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are also arranged on the auxiliary bracket 2 to increase rigidity, and a second mounting hole 2a is arranged below and fixed on the auxiliary bracket mounting part 1d through bolts; a third mounting hole 2b is provided above and is fixed to the auxiliary bracket connecting part 3a by a bolt.
In some embodiments, the coupling plate 3 is provided with a fourth mounting hole 3b, which is fixed to the coupling plate mounting portion 4a by a bolt.
In some embodiments, the exhaust pipe 4 is provided with a fifth mounting hole 4b, which is fixed to the engine 10 by a bolt.
In summary, the support structure of the engine air conditioner compressor of the invention forms a stable triangle support structure through the air conditioner support, the auxiliary support, the exhaust pipe and the engine. The air conditioner bracket, the tension pulley bracket and the engine form another stable triangle supporting structure. The two triangular support structures can greatly improve the rigidity of the support structure.
Meanwhile, the large air conditioner compressor is arranged on the engine, so that the occupancy rate of the engine compartment is reduced, and the device has the characteristics of simplicity, high efficiency, high integration level and convenience in assembly and disassembly. The air conditioner compressor support is integrated with the front suspension support of the engine into a whole, vibration of the air conditioner compressor can be decoupled with the frame through the engine suspension cushion, vibration is prevented from being directly transmitted to the vehicle, in addition, the support structure has extremely high rigidity, resonance of the air conditioner compressor in an engine rotating speed section can be completely avoided, influence of vibration of the air conditioner compressor on comfort of the whole vehicle is greatly reduced, NVH performance of the vehicle is improved, and market competitiveness of the vehicle is improved.

Claims (1)
1. A bracket structure of an engine air conditioner compressor, comprising:
the air conditioner bracket is arranged at the left side of the engine and is arranged on the engine, an air conditioner compressor mounting part is arranged on the air conditioner bracket, four air conditioner compressor mounting parts are arranged above the air conditioner bracket, and each air conditioner compressor mounting part comprises two mounting holes for mounting two air conditioner compressors of different types; the front part of the air conditioner bracket is provided with a tensioning wheel bracket mounting part and an idler wheel mounting part, the rear part of the air conditioner bracket is provided with an auxiliary bracket mounting part, and the lower part of the air conditioner bracket is provided with a first mounting hole, a suspension cushion mounting part and a reinforcing rib group;
the auxiliary bracket is arranged in the middle of the engine and above the air conditioner bracket and is simultaneously connected with the air conditioner bracket and the connecting plate; and
the exhaust pipe is directly arranged on the engine and is connected with the connecting plate, the connecting plate is arranged at a position between the auxiliary bracket and the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe is provided with a fifth mounting hole for connecting with the engine;
wherein the air conditioner bracket, the auxiliary bracket, the exhaust pipe and the engine form a first triangular supporting structure;
the support structure also comprises a tensioning wheel support, wherein the tensioning wheel support is arranged at the front end of the engine and above the air conditioner support, and is also arranged on the engine, the tensioning wheel support is provided with a tensioning wheel installation part for installing a tensioning wheel, and a sixth installation hole is used for being connected with the engine; the air conditioner bracket, the tensioning wheel bracket and the engine form a second triangular supporting structure;
wherein, the idler wheel installation part is arranged at the side part of the air conditioner bracket; the tensioning wheel bracket mounting part is arranged on the upper surface of the air conditioner bracket; the auxiliary bracket mounting part is arranged on the upper surface of the air conditioner bracket; the first mounting hole is used for being connected with the engine; the suspension cushion mounting part is arranged at the rear part of the air conditioner bracket; the reinforcing rib group is arranged on the lower surface of the air conditioner bracket;
the auxiliary stand includes:
the second mounting hole is arranged at the lower side of the auxiliary bracket and used for being connected with the air conditioner bracket; and
a third mounting hole provided at an upper side of the auxiliary bracket for connection with the exhaust pipe;
the take-up pulley installation department is the long through-hole of vertical direction extension, the take-up pulley support includes:
the adjusting bolt installation part is arranged on the tensioning wheel bracket, the adjusting bolt installation part is a threaded hole communicated with the upper end of the long through hole of the tensioning wheel installation part, the threaded hole is used for installing an adjusting bolt, and the adjusting bolt is used for adjusting the position of the tensioning wheel; and
a seventh mounting hole provided at a lower surface of the tension pulley bracket for connection with the air conditioner bracket;
the link plate includes:
an auxiliary bracket connection part for connection with the auxiliary bracket; and
and a fourth mounting hole for connection with the exhaust pipe.
