The flexible short section solves the problem that the clamping is met in the process of lifting and lowering the instrument string in the drill rod due to the overlong instrument string, the contradiction that the instrument string is used with the instrument string in the middle and the welt instrument in the upward well logging process of the instrument string is solved, and meanwhile, the overlarge torque formed by the instrument string in slurry can be avoided.

The invention belongs to the field of petroleum logging instruments, and particularly relates to a single-joint flexible short joint.
Background
In order to overcome complex geological environment, accelerate oil and gas exploration and development and improve production and economic efficiency, the deployment proportion of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells is larger and larger, so that the conventional cable logging is obviously infeasible by lowering the instrument at the horizontal section by the dead weight or the counter weight of the instrument.
To address the above problems, more and more businesses are beginning to try to develop small diameter over-the-drill pipe logging instruments. The principle of the logging by passing the drill rod is that the casing is firstly put down to the bottom of the well, the instrument string is put down in the inner cavity of the casing by the circulating mud pump pressure, and can directly reach the bottom of the well, and then the logging is carried out by lifting the drill rod, so that the logging is very safe and reliable.
Although the inner cavity of the drill rod is smooth and the diameter of the inner cavity of the drill rod is larger than that of an instrument, the drill rod is bent to a certain degree under the well, so that the situation of jamming can occur due to the fact that an instrument string is too long in the process of lifting or lowering the instrument in the drill rod, and when the drill rod is used for lifting and logging, a centralized instrument (a four-arm borehole diameter and the like) and a welted instrument (a rock density and the like) can conflict with each other, so that a flexible short joint still needs to be added into the instrument string.
The flexible short section structure of the conventional large-diameter instrument is complex, a multi-joint structure is adopted, the problem of pressure resistance is well solved due to large diameter, but if the small-diameter instrument adopts the same structure, the problems of thin wall, pressure resistance, insufficient joint thinning strength and the like can occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a single-joint flexible short section.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a single-joint flexible short section comprises an upper joint component, a leather bag balancing component, a joint flexible component and a lower joint component which are connected in sequence;
the leather bag balancing component comprises a pressure-bearing plug, a balancing main shaft, an isolation cover, a rubber sleeve and a locking steel wire; the middle part of the balance main shaft is provided with a through hole which is of a hollow structure, and the pressure-bearing plug is arranged at the upper part of the through hole of the balance main shaft; the diameter of the middle part of the balance main shaft is smaller than the diameters of the two ends, a channel communicated with the inner through hole is arranged on the side wall of the middle part, and grooves are respectively arranged at the two ends of the middle part; the rubber sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the middle part of the balance main shaft, and two ends of the rubber sleeve are locked in the grooves through locking steel wires.
Furthermore, the periphery of the rubber sleeve is provided with an isolation cover, and the side wall of the isolation cover is of a hollow structure.

the connecting shaft and the central main shaft are both of a hollow structure, the pressure-resistant hose is positioned in a central through hole of the connecting shaft and the central main shaft, and the pressure-resistant hose is connected with the connecting shaft through a spherical bearing;
the spherical shaft is located below the spherical bearing and at the joint of the connecting shaft and the central main shaft, the upper section of the spherical shaft is fixed with the connecting shaft through a first connecting key, the outer side of the lower section of the spherical shaft is provided with a spherical sleeve, the spherical shaft is in spherical fit with the spherical sleeve, and the spherical sleeve is fixed with the central main shaft through a second connecting key.
Furthermore, a sealing ring is arranged between the spherical sleeve and the matching surface of the spherical shaft.
Furthermore, two ends of the pressure-resistant hose are fixed through check rings, and two ends of the pressure-resistant hose are respectively provided with a sealing ring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the remarkable advantages that:
(1) the pressure balancing device has a very simple structure, the balancing component adopts a rubber sleeve structure instead of a piston structure, when external pressure acts on the instrument, the pressure is transmitted to the oil body through the rubber sleeve, the oil body acts on the inner wall in the instrument, and the pressure difference of the oil body against the external pressure is zero; when the oil temperature is increased by heat in the well, the volume of an oil body expands, the oil overflows into the rubber sleeve through the inclined hole on the balance shaft, the rubber sleeve has certain ductility and stores redundant oil, and after the well is measured and completed, the oil temperature is reduced, the volume of the oil body is reduced, and the rubber sleeve is restored to an initial state; in conclusion, the deformability of the rubber sleeve can be utilized to balance the pressure inside and outside the instrument and eliminate the pressure difference formed by the heated volume expansion of the internal oil body;
(2) the rubber sleeve is made of 95-hardness fluororubber material, and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, compression resistance, difficulty in molding deformation and the like;
(3) this application establishes hollow out construction's cage in the periphery cover of rubber sleeve, prevents that rubber sleeve from being punctured and wearing and tearing in the well logging in-process.
(4) The flexible short section adopts a spherical shaft and a spherical sleeve; the axial bending of the upper and lower sections of the instrument can be realized, and the relative rotation of the upper and lower sections of the instrument can also be realized.
(5) According to the flexible short section, the pressure-resistant hose and the connecting shaft are connected through the spherical bearing, when the upper end and the lower end of the short section rotate relative to the circumference, the pressure-resistant hose can rotate along with an instrument at the lower end of the joint flexible assembly, the wire passing pipe is prevented from being twisted off under stress, the circumferential rotation of the upper joint and the lower joint is realized, and the phenomenon that an instrument string in slurry forms overlarge torque up and down can be avoided.
(6) The flexible short section has the advantages of small diameter, simple structure and reasonable and reliable design, is suitable for being used in small-diameter instrument strings of over-drilling rods and the like, not only solves the problem that the instrument string is blocked in the process of lifting and lowering in the drilling rod due to overlong instrument strings, but also solves the contradiction that instrument placed in the middle and welt instruments are used in the same string in the process of logging on the instrument string, and can also avoid overlarge torque formed by the instrument string in slurry.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.
The flexible short section with the single joint has the overall structure shown in figure 2 and can be divided into four parts from top to bottom: an upper joint component 16, a leather bag balancing component 17, a joint flexible component 18 and a lower joint component 19.
The leather bag balance assembly mainly comprises a pressure-bearing plug 1, a balance main shaft 3, an isolation cover 4, a rubber sleeve 5 and a locking steel wire 6 as shown in figure 1;
as shown in fig. 1, the articulated flexible assembly mainly comprises a pressure hose 7, a retainer ring 8, a spherical bearing 9, a connecting shaft 10, a first connecting key 11, a spherical shaft 12, a spherical sleeve 13, a second connecting key 14 and a central main shaft 15.
The upper joint assembly 16 and the lower joint assembly 19 adopt standard instrument joints and are used for externally connecting instrument strings, pressure-bearing plugs 1 are respectively arranged at two ends, and oil bodies only exist in the leather bag balancing assembly 17 and the joint flexible assembly 18.
The leather bag balancing component is shown in figure 3, the rubber sleeve 5 is arranged in a groove of the balancing shaft 3, and the method is that the rubber sleeve slides into the groove from the left side of the balancing shaft 3 through external force by utilizing the elasticity of the fluororubber; the locking steel wire 6 is used for tightening two ends of the rubber sleeve 5, a groove is arranged on the balance shaft 3 as can be seen from a partial view A in figure 3, the steel wire and the rubber sleeve are prevented from sliding left and right, when the locking steel wire 6 is installed, after the stainless steel wire rope is wound for 6 circles, two ends of the steel wire rope are tightened, the 6 circles of steel wire are covered with full soldering tin for fixation, and then redundant steel wires are cut off;
the isolation cover 4 is sleeved outside the balance shaft 3 and just covers the rubber sleeve 5, so that the rubber sleeve 5 is prevented from being punctured and worn in the well logging process;
when external pressure acts on the instrument, the pressure is transmitted to the oil body through the rubber sleeve 5, the oil body acts on the inner wall in the instrument, and the pressure difference against the external pressure is zero; when the oil temperature is increased by heat in the well, the volume of the oil body expands, the oil overflows into the rubber sleeve through 8 inclined holes in the balance shaft 3, the rubber sleeve has certain ductility and stores redundant oil, and after the well is measured and completed, the oil temperature is reduced, the volume of the oil body is reduced, and the rubber sleeve is restored to the initial state.
Joint flexible assembly as shown in fig. 1, a spherical shaft 12 is fixed by 4 first connecting keys 11 and a connecting shaft 10; the spherical sleeve 13 is fixed with the central main shaft 15 through 4 connecting sleeves 14; the spherical sleeve 13 and the spherical shaft 12 can be axially bent through spherical surface matching and can also bear axial tension, the design tension is 25 tons, and the bending effect can be shown in fig. 4;
a sealing ring is arranged between the matching surfaces of the spherical sleeve 13 and the spherical shaft 12, and the sealing ring has the function of preventing large-particle silt from entering the joint to influence the bending angle;
as shown in figure 1, the two ends of the pressure-resistant hose 7 are respectively provided with a sealing ring, so that oil leakage and silt entering are mainly prevented, the pressure-resistant hose 7 is connected with the connecting shaft 10 through the spherical bearing 9, when the upper end and the lower end of the short section rotate relatively in a circumferential mode, the pressure-resistant hose 7 can rotate along with the lower end instrument of the joint flexible assembly, the wire passing pipe is prevented from being twisted off due to stress, the internal oil body also plays a lubricating role, and the through wire is prevented from rotating together due to the driving of the pressure-resistant hose 7 due to friction force.
The single-joint flexible short section provided by the invention has a simple structure, and can meet the requirements on pressure resistance and tensile strength, thereby improving the logging efficiency and reducing the risk.

Claims (9)

the leather bag balancing component (17) comprises a pressure-bearing plug (1), a balancing main shaft (3), a rubber sleeve (5) and a locking steel wire (6); a through hole is formed in the middle of the balance main shaft (3) and is of a hollow structure, and the pressure-bearing plug (1) is arranged on the upper portion of the through hole of the balance main shaft (3); the diameter of the middle part of the balance main shaft (3) is smaller than the diameters of the two ends, a channel communicated with the inner through hole is arranged on the side wall of the middle part, and grooves are respectively arranged at the two ends of the middle part; the rubber sleeve (5) is sleeved on the periphery of the middle part of the balance main shaft, and two ends of the rubber sleeve (5) are locked in the grooves through locking steel wires (6).
