g: the first outer plate 51 is hung on the first rail 1 by the hook 52 and is positioned between the adjacent second connecting rods 41.

Claims (10)

1. An assembled indoor partition wall structure is characterized by comprising a first steel rail (1) arranged on a ceiling and a second steel rail (2) arranged on the ground and opposite to the first steel rail (1), wherein inner plate mechanisms (3) formed by mutual splicing are connected on the first steel rail (1) and the second steel rail (2) in a sliding manner, a limiting mechanism (4) used for limiting the position of the adjacent inner plate mechanisms (3) is arranged between the adjacent inner plate mechanisms (3), an outer plate mechanism (5) with the top part connected with the first steel rail (1) in a sliding manner and the side wall connected with the limiting mechanism (4) in a butting manner is arranged between the adjacent limiting mechanisms (4),
the inner plate mechanism (3) includes: the first connecting rod (31) is vertically arranged, and two ends of the first connecting rod slide on the first steel rail (1) and the second steel rail (2) through the sliding assembly (6); a first inner plate (32) inserted on the first connecting rod (31); an inner plate component (33) which is inserted on the first inner plate (32) and penetrates through the first connecting rod (31); a second inner plate (34) which is inserted on the first connecting rod (31) and is matched with the first inner plate (32) and the inner plate assembly (33); a first fastening assembly (35) provided on the first inner panel (32) for defining the inner panel assembly (33); and second fastening assemblies (36) which are inserted on the inner plate assembly (33) and the second inner plate (34) and used for limiting the positions of the first inner plate (32) and the second inner plate (34) which are positioned at two sides of the first connecting rod (31).

A fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the limiting mechanism (4) is located on the adjacent first connecting rod (31) and between the adjacent first inner plate (32) and second inner plate (34), the limiting mechanism (4) comprises: a second connecting rod (41) which is vertically arranged and two ends of which are connected to the first steel rail (1) and the second steel rail (2); a second limit plate (42) which is inserted on the second connecting rod (41) and is abutted with the second inner plate (34); a first limit plate (43) which is inserted on the second connecting rod (41), is abutted against the first inner plate (32) and is matched with the second limit plate (42); and two third fastening assemblies (44) which are arranged on the second connecting rod (41) and limit the positions of the first limiting plate (43) and the second limiting plate (42).

A fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to claim 2, wherein the outer panel mechanism (5) comprises: the first outer plate (51) is vertically arranged, and the side walls of the first outer plate are respectively positioned on the adjacent second connecting rods (41) and between the adjacent first limiting plate (43) and the adjacent second limiting plate (42); a plurality of hooks (52) arranged on the inner wall of the first outer plate (51); a hanging hole (11) which is arranged on the first steel rail (1) and is matched with the hook (52); the outer wall of the first outer plate (51) and the outer wall of the second connecting rod (41) are flush.

A fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to claim 3, wherein the first connecting rod (31) is provided with a first groove (37) near the corner of the side wall of the first inner plate (32) and the second inner plate (34), and the first inner plate (32) and the second inner plate (34) are provided with a first protrusion (38) matched with the first groove (37).

A fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to claim 4, wherein the inner panel assembly (33) comprises: a third inner plate (331) which is connected to the first inner plate (32) in a sliding manner, is positioned between the two first grooves (37) and penetrates through the first connecting rod (31); a second protrusion (332) provided on a sidewall of the third inner plate (331) away from the first connecting rod (31); a second groove (333) provided on the first inner plate (32) to be fitted with the second protrusion (332); the third inner plate (331) is L-shaped.

A fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to claim 5, wherein the second inner plate (34) is provided with a third groove (341) for the third inner plate (331) to penetrate through, and the second fastening component (36) penetrates through the second inner plate (34) and the third inner plate (331).

An assembled indoor partition wall structure according to claim 4, wherein a fourth protrusion (421) is arranged on the second limiting plate (42) near the second connecting rod (41), a fourth groove (431) matched with the fourth protrusion (421) is arranged on the first limiting plate (43), and a distance for the third fastening assembly (44) to penetrate through exists among the top of the first limiting plate (43), the top of the second limiting plate (42) and the second connecting rod (41) which are matched with each other.

A fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to claim 7, wherein the third fastening assembly (44) comprises: the fastening sleeve (441) penetrates through the second connecting rod (41) and is correspondingly abutted against the first limiting plate (43) and the second limiting plate (42); a fastener (442) which is arranged on the second connecting rod (41) in a penetrating way and is in threaded connection with the fastening sleeve (441); the end part of the fastening sleeve (441) close to the fastening piece (442) is provided with a plurality of fastening grooves (443) for the fastening sleeve (441) to open, the inner side walls of the first limiting plate (43) and the second limiting plate (42) are respectively abutted to the corresponding first inner plate (32) and the second inner plate (34), and the outer side walls of the first limiting plate (43) and the second limiting plate (42) are abutted to the first outer plate (51).

An assembled indoor partition wall structure according to claim 6, wherein a lower line groove (12) is connected to the first inner plate (32) through a first fastening component (35), an upper line groove (13) which covers the lower line groove (12) is slidably connected to the lower line groove (12), and a line hole (14) through which a power supply line passes is formed in the opposite side wall of the lower line groove (12).
10. A method of constructing a fabricated indoor partition wall structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
a: the third inner plate (331) is connected to the first inner plate (32) through the first fastening component (35), then the first inner plate (32) penetrates through the first connecting rod (31), the second inner plate (34) penetrates through the first connecting rod (31) and is matched with the first inner plate (32), and the second fastening component (36) is inserted to form the inner plate mechanism (3);
b: respectively connecting a first steel rail (1) and a second steel rail (2) to a ceiling and the ground, and connecting inner plate mechanisms (3) with proper quantity between the first steel rail (1) and the second steel rail (2);
c: the adjacent inner plate mechanisms (3) are connected through the second connecting rod (41), then the second limiting plate (42) is inserted on the second connecting rod (41), the first limiting plate (43) is inserted on the second connecting rod (41) and matched with the second limiting plate (42), the fastening sleeve (441) is arranged on the second connecting rod (41) in a penetrating mode, and then the fastening piece (442) is arranged on the fastening sleeve (441) in a penetrating mode;
d: the first outer plate (51) is hung on the first steel rail (1) through the hook (52) and is positioned between the adjacent second connecting rods (41).
