Description

Non-base material adhesive tape with different peeling forces on two sides and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a non-substrate adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a non-substrate adhesive tape with different two-side stripping forces and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The adhesive tape without the base material, namely the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material, is formed by directly coating and pressing acrylic acid glue, is transparent in color, generally has excellent bonding effect, temperature resistance, thermal stability, chemical stability, initial viscosity and permanent viscosity, has certain elasticity of an adhesive layer, and can be suitable for a large temperature range and severe environment. However, since the base material-free adhesive tape is directly coated, the physical properties of both surfaces are consistent, and people can have the phenomenon that adhesive remains on the surface of an attached object when removing the adhesive tape in use, and particularly for the attached object such as paper which is easy to damage, the paper is pulled to be broken and the cleaning is not clean.
In view of the above problems, there is a need for a new adhesive tape without a base material to solve the above problems

the preparation raw materials of the second adhesive layer comprise the following components in parts by weight:
95-100 parts of acrylic acid glue,
0.3-1 part of isocyanate crosslinking agent.
Further, the thickness of the first adhesive layer is 10-30 μm.
Further, the thickness of the second adhesive layer is 10-15 μm.
Further, from the type layer including light from the profile and heavily from the profile, one side on second adhesive layer with heavily laminating each other from the profile, the opposite side with first adhesive layer laminates each other.
When the release layer is selected, the double-sided release film or the release paper with the release force of the light release surface of 5-15g/25mm and the release force of the heavy release surface of 20-70g/25mm is preferably selected.
Further, the peeling force of the first adhesive layer is 450-.
Further, the peel force of the second adhesive layer is 100-400g/25 mm.
Further, the isocyanate crosslinking agent is one or more of toluene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, lysine diisocyanate and m-xylylene isocyanate.
Further, the metal salt crosslinking agent is one or more of aluminum acetylacetonate, zinc acetylacetonate, iron acetylacetonate and copper acetylacetonate.
The preparation method of the non-base material adhesive tape with different two-side stripping force comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing all raw materials required by the first adhesive layer, placing the raw materials in a container, fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain an adhesive A;
step 2: weighing all raw materials required by the second adhesive layer, placing the raw materials in a container, fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain an adhesive B;
and step 3: coating an adhesive B on the re-release profile of the release layer to form a second adhesive layer;
and 4, step 4: coating the adhesive A on the light-stripping release paper to form a first adhesive layer;
and 5: adhering the first adhesive layer to the second adhesive layer in a transfer adhering mode, and recovering the light stripping release paper;
step 6: and (4) rolling the release layer with the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer to obtain the substrate-free adhesive tape with different two-side peeling forces.
Further, the release force of the light-stripping release paper is 2-10g/25 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention prepares the non-base material adhesive tape with different stripping forces on two sides by respectively coating the non-base material adhesive layers with different stripping forces and adopting a mode of transfer lamination of the release paper, only one side with high stripping force needs to be laminated on the side which does not need to be removed in practical use, and the side with low stripping force is easy to strip after lamination, thereby achieving the effects of no adhesive residue and easy removal.
