Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a method for preventing and controlling cladophora, and particularly relates to the technical field of control of harmful algae in water environment protection.
Background
Cladophora (Cladophora) is a common filamentous green alga belonging to the genus Cladophora of the phylum Chlorophyta, with cells in the form of cylinders, larvae of a reticular chloroplast, adults of a plurality of granules, starch nuclei and cell nuclei. The cell wall is thick, has a grain layer, and the outermost layer is chitin. In 4 months of each year, cladophora begins to grow, the growth period is about half a year in 10 months, the growth suitable temperature is 10-40 ℃, the adaptability is strong, asexual reproduction or generation of zoospore can be realized, and sexual reproduction is homozygosis combination. Due to the special cell structure, strong reproductive capacity, reproduction capacity and adaptability of cladophora, the cladophora not only causes serious harm to water bodies, but also is difficult to eliminate relative to spirogyra. In water bodies such as lakes, rivers, landscape water bodies and the like, cladophora often grows attached to submerged plants and winds around the surfaces of the submerged plants to shade light, so that the submerged plants cannot grow normally; cladophora grows to a certain period and dies, floats on the water surface, is rotten and goes bad, easily generates stink, and threatens the safety of landscape and water organisms.
According to the life habit and the harm degree of cladophora, the following methods are mainly used for prevention and treatment: (1) the medicament method comprises the following steps: putting a copper sulfate solution with a certain concentration or preparing a blue vitriol solution with a certain proportion in a water body with cladophora growing on the water body for spraying; (2) a salvaging method comprises the following steps: directly and manually salvaging or increasing the water level of the water body with the cladophora to float the cladophora, blowing the cladophora by wind power and salvaging and removing the cladophora at the downstream; (3) a turbidity method: in the cladophora growing area, the water body is stirred to destroy the photosynthesis of cladophora, so that the growth of cladophora is inhibited. Although the method can eliminate cladophora to a certain degree, the method has certain defects, for example, a medicament method is an effective way for quickly treating cladophora, but the method has toxicity to threaten the safety of aquatic organisms and is easy to cause secondary pollution to a water body; the salvage method is the most common method and is safe and efficient, but the most labor-consuming method is adopted, the cladophora is easy to break during salvage, the phenomenon that the more salvage is longer and longer occurs, and the fundamental problem cannot be solved; the turbidity method is simple and easy to operate, but has a slow action effect, inhibits the photosynthesis of cladophora, can influence the growth of aquatic plants, and can influence the landscape effect. In recent years, wu zhen, yi ke lang et al proposed a method for removing floating cladophora, with patent number CN105016524A, spraying hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate solution as algicide on the surface of floating cladophora, and then using settling agent to make cladophora sink to the bottom of water, so as to achieve the effect of removing cladophora. The method is effective for cladophora floating on the water surface, but has high cost and does not relate to the treatment of cladophora attached to a water body substrate or wound on the surface of submerged plants. Therefore, the invention provides a method for rapidly treating cladophora by using the algicide and the settling agent, zinc sulfate is used as the algicide, ZnSO4 generates Zn2+ in a water body, and the aim of controlling the algae killing is achieved by destroying cladophora cells. The method can not only eliminate cladophora floating on the water surface, but also quickly eliminate cladophora winding on the surface of the submerged plant and attached to the substrate in the water body, and is simple and easy to implement, low in cost, free of toxic and harmful effects on aquatic animals and plants, and capable of promoting the growth of the aquatic plants to a certain extent.
