Abstract
The invention discloses a handrail mounting structure and an elevator car, wherein the handrail mounting structure comprises a side plate, a supporting seat, a first fastening piece and a handrail rod, the supporting seat is arranged on the inner side of the side plate, a material bearing plate is arranged on the supporting seat, the first fastening piece penetrates through the side plate, the first fastening piece is connected with the supporting seat, the handrail rod is positioned above the material bearing plate, and the handrail rod is connected with the material bearing plate through a second fastening piece. The installation of the grab rail can be carried out in the elevator car, so that the operation is convenient and the safety is improved; the installation of handrail pole can be accomplished by a single person, the installation efficiency is improved, and the manpower is saved.

With the above structure, when the elevator car is assembled, the bearing support 20 is connected to the side plate 10 by the first fastening member 30, then the side plate 10 is installed to the frame, and finally the grab bar 40 is installed inside the elevator car. The installation of the grab rail 40 can be carried out in the elevator car, which is convenient for operation and improves the safety; the installation of the grab rail 40 can be completed by a single person, the installation efficiency is improved, and the labor is saved.
The top surface of the material bearing plate 21 is of a concave cambered surface shape, correspondingly, the bottom surface of the grab bar 40 is of a convex cambered surface shape, so that the grab bar 40 can be limited to move transversely relative to the material bearing plate 21, and the positioning is convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, the support 20 is L-shaped, one end of the support 20 abuts against the side plate 10, and the other end of the support 20 is provided with the retainer plate 21. A decorative cover 71 is sleeved on the support base 20, and the decorative cover 71 is connected with the support base 20 through a third fastening piece 72. The decorative cover 71 can abut against the side panel 10 to block the seam between the supporting seat 20 and the side panel 10.
