Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,包括矩形框,所述矩形框两侧均焊接有竖条,且两个竖条之间滑动设置有U形托架,所述矩形框顶端两边均铰接有弧形防护盖板,两个所述竖条上均设有联动组件,所述联动组件包括开设在竖条上的条形滑道,且条形滑道内壁滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块与U形托架侧壁通过螺栓固定,所述滑块侧壁两边位置处均铰接有第一拉杆,且两个第一拉杆分别与弧形防护盖板一侧铰接。本发明起到防护作用,避免电池淋雨,同时结合设置的散热鳍块和细孔,有助于电池热量散出,更加安全,同时结合设置的联动组件,可以带动弧形防护盖板的开启和闭合,操作简单,提高电池更换效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及无人机电池仓技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓。
背景技术
随着人口增多和工业经济技术的不断发展,随之而来的环境污染也变得越来越多,监测与控制在建设发展同时所产生的一些有害物质如PM2.5,PM10等变得愈加的刻不容缓。目前的环境监测方式具有极大的局限性,比如覆盖度低的地面等建筑物设立固定监测点、技术要求高的、周期长的大尺度范围内使用卫星遥感等。无人机也被应用到城市扬尘监测中。现有的无人机电池仓结构,不方便更换电池,防淋雨效果一般,所以现提出一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,包括矩形框,所述矩形框两侧均焊接有竖条,且两个竖条之间滑动设置有U形托架,所述矩形框顶端两边均铰接有弧形防护盖板,两个所述竖条上均设有联动组件,所述联动组件包括开设在竖条上的条形滑道,且条形滑道内壁滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块与U形托架侧壁通过螺栓固定,所述滑块侧壁两边位置处均铰接有第一拉杆,且两个第一拉杆分别与弧形防护盖板一侧铰接,所述矩形框两边均铰接有第二拉杆,且两个第二拉杆一端分别与两个弧形防护盖板底端一边铰接。
优选的,所述滑块一端通过螺栓固定有拉簧,且拉簧一端与条形滑道内壁通过螺栓固定。
优选的,所述U形托架两侧外壁底端位置处均设有等距离分布的散热鳍块。
优选的,所述U形托架两侧均开有等距离分布的细孔。
优选的,所述U形托架两侧内壁均卡接有弹性金属条,且U形托架底端内壁粘接有橡胶防滑垫。
本发明的有益效果为:
通过设置的弧形防护盖板,起到防护作用,避免电池淋雨,更加安全,同时结合设置的散热鳍块和细孔,有助于电池热量散出,更加安全,同时结合设置的联动组件,可以带动弧形防护盖板的开启和闭合,操作简单,提高电池更换效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,包括矩形框10,矩形框10两侧均焊接有竖条4,且两个竖条4之间滑动设置有U形托架11,矩形框10顶端两边均铰接有弧形防护盖板7,两个竖条4上均设有联动组件,联动组件包括开设在竖条4上的条形滑道1,且条形滑道1内壁滑动连接有滑块6,滑块6与U形托架11侧壁通过螺栓固定,滑块6侧壁两边位置处均铰接有第一拉杆8,且两个第一拉杆8分别与弧形防护盖板7一侧铰接,矩形框10两边均铰接有第二拉杆9,且两个第二拉杆9一端分别与两个弧形防护盖板7底端一边铰接。
本发明中,滑块6一端通过螺栓固定有拉簧2,且拉簧2一端与条形滑道1内壁通过螺栓固定,U形托架11两侧外壁底端位置处均设有等距离分布的散热鳍块3,U形托架11两侧均开有等距离分布的细孔5,U形托架11两侧内壁均卡接有弹性金属条13,且U形托架11底端内壁粘接有橡胶防滑垫12。
工作原理:将矩形框10安装到无人机机架中,更换电池是时,旋转展开两个弧形防护盖板7,在第一拉杆8和第二拉杆9作用下,拉动U形托架11上移,然后将电池插放到U形托架11中,在两个弹性金属条13配合作用下,将电池抵紧,然后在电池重力和拉簧2作用下,结合设置的滑块6,带动两个弧形防护盖板7旋转闭合,完成电池的更换。

1.一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,包括矩形框(10),其特征在于,所述矩形框(10)两侧均焊接有竖条(4),且两个竖条(4)之间滑动设置有U形托架(11),所述矩形框(10)顶端两边均铰接有弧形防护盖板(7),两个所述竖条(4)上均设有联动组件,所述联动组件包括开设在竖条(4)上的条形滑道(1),且条形滑道(1)内壁滑动连接有滑块(6),所述滑块(6)与U形托架(11)侧壁通过螺栓固定,所述滑块(6)侧壁两边位置处均铰接有第一拉杆(8),且两个第一拉杆(8)分别与弧形防护盖板(7)一侧铰接,所述矩形框(10)两边均铰接有第二拉杆(9),且两个第二拉杆(9)一端分别与两个弧形防护盖板(7)底端一边铰接,所述U形托架(11)两侧内壁均卡接有弹性金属条(13),且U形托架(11)底端内壁粘接有橡胶防滑垫(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,其特征在于,所述滑块(6)一端通过螺栓固定有拉簧(2),且拉簧(2)一端与条形滑道(1)内壁通过螺栓固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,其特征在于,所述U形托架(11)两侧外壁底端位置处均设有等距离分布的散热鳍块(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于北斗卫星的无人机城市扬尘监测设备的电池仓,其特征在于,所述U形托架(11)两侧均开有等距离分布的细孔(5)。
