A VIP (very important person) automobile business seat comprises a group of seat bodies arranged side by side, and is characterized in that each seat body comprises a cushion (1), a backrest (2) and a foot support (3), an armrest body (4) is arranged on the outer edge of the cushion (1), one side of each foot support (3) is hinged to the front side of the cushion (1), and an adjusting mechanism used for adjusting the rotation angle of each foot support (3) is arranged between each foot support (3) and each armrest body (4); the armrest comprises an armrest body (4), wherein a containing groove (41) is formed in the top surface of the armrest body (4), a bearing assembly is installed in the containing groove (41), the bearing assembly comprises a connecting plate (5), a mounting plate (6) and a bearing plate (7), the connecting plate (5) is hinged to one end, away from the backrest (2), of a notch of the containing groove (41), the connecting plate (5) can rotate around the hinged position and extend towards the direction away from the backrest (2), the mounting plate (6) is hinged to the connecting plate (5), and when the connecting plate (5) rotates out of the containing groove (41), the mounting plate (6) is hinged to the top of the connecting plate (5); the bearing plate (7) is arranged on the mounting plate (6) in a sliding mode, and when the mounting plate (6) rotates to a position right above the cushion (1), the bearing plate (7) can slide along a preset direction; the armrest body (4) is provided with a limiting component for limiting the connecting plate (5) to rotate to a position extending in a direction away from the backrest (2); the adjusting mechanism comprises two swing arms (17) which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the front end of the bottom of the seat cushion (1), one ends of the swing arms (17) are hinged to the seat cushion (1), the foot supports (3) are fixedly connected between free ends of the two swing arms (17), mounting boxes (18) are arranged on two sides of a base of the seat cushion (1), each mounting box (18) is provided with a driving assembly for driving the free end of each swing arm (17) to rotate around a hinged point of the driving assembly, each driving assembly comprises a moving member connected to the corresponding swing arm (17) in a sliding mode and a sliding rod (19) connected in a sliding mode in the horizontal direction and penetrating through two opposite side walls of the corresponding mounting box (18), one end of each sliding rod (19) is hinged to the corresponding moving member, and a power mechanism for driving the sliding rods (19) to slide is arranged on the corresponding mounting box (18); the moving part is a sliding sleeve (20) connected to the swing arm (17) in a sliding manner, and the sliding rod (19) is hinged with the sliding sleeve (20); the power mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (21) rotatably mounted in the mounting box (18), a gear (22) coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft (21) and a toothed section (23) arranged at the bottom of the sliding rod (19) along the length direction of the sliding rod (19), and a driving part for driving the rotating shaft (21) to rotate so as to stay at any position is arranged on the mounting box (18); the drive portion includes worm wheel (25) and rotation of coaxial arrangement on pivot (21) and installs in mounting box (18) and worm (24) with worm wheel (25) meshing, mounting box (18) are provided with and link to each other with worm (24) in order to drive worm (24) pivoted servo motor (26).

A VIP car business seat as claimed in claim 3, wherein the limiting component comprises a positioning block (9) fixedly disposed on a side surface of the connecting plate (5) facing the seat cushion (1), a protrusion (10) disposed on a top of the armrest body (4), and a positioning groove (11) disposed on an upper surface of the protrusion (10), the positioning block (9) is snap-fitted into the positioning groove (11), and when the positioning block (9) is snap-fitted into the positioning groove (11), the bearing plate (7) is in a horizontal state.
5. A VIP car commerce seat as claimed in claim 4, wherein magnets are arranged between the positioning block (9) and the groove bottom of the positioning groove (11) to attract each other.
