本发明公开了一种隔温皮革,包括外层皮革、内层皮革和气凝胶层。通过在内层皮革和外层皮革之间设置有气凝胶层,由于气凝胶层具有良好的隔热效果,热导率可低达0.0w/m·K,从而使皮革具有超强的隔热性能,使用户在寒冷地区只穿一件皮革衣服即可御寒成为可能。

本发明涉及皮革领域,特别是一种隔温皮革。
背景技术
皮革的隔温能力是皮革的主要性能之一,现有的皮革普遍隔温能力较低,因此在一些寒冷地区,皮革的使用率较低,特别是在一些特殊地方,例如南北极、寒冷高原等地方,皮革的适用力很差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以有效隔绝温度的隔温皮革。
本发明为解决问题所采用的技术方案是:一种隔温皮革,包括:
外层皮革;
内层皮革,所述内层皮革位于外层皮革底部;
气凝胶层,所述气凝胶层位于外层皮革与内层皮革之间。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外层皮革与气凝胶层之间设置有加强层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内层皮革与气凝胶层之间也设置有加强层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述加强层为尼龙。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外层皮革表面通过丝线穿过气凝胶层至内层皮革底部规律的缝制有网状格。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在内层皮革和外层皮革之间设置有气凝胶层,由于气凝胶层具有良好的隔热效果,热导率可低达0.0w/m·K,从而使皮革具有超强的隔热性能,使用户在寒冷地区只穿一件皮革衣服即可御寒成为可能。

参照图1至图2,一种隔温皮革,包括:
外层皮革1;
内层皮革4,所述内层皮革4位于外层皮革1底部;
气凝胶层3,所述气凝胶层3位于外层皮革1与内层皮革4之间。
通过在内层皮革4和外层皮革1之间设置有气凝胶层3,由于气凝胶层3具有良好的隔热效果,热导率可低达0.013w/m·K,从而使皮革具有超强的隔热性能,使用户在寒冷地区只穿一件皮革衣服即可御寒成为可能。
进一步进行改进,优选在所述外层皮革1与气凝胶层3之间设置有加强层2。所述加强层2的目的在于加强皮革的强度,防止皮革被拉扯破坏。而且也进一步防止气凝胶层3漏出。同理,优选所述内层皮革4与气凝胶层3之间也设置有加强层2。
进一步进行改进,考虑到成本问题,优选所述加强层2为尼龙。
进一步进行改进,为了防止气凝胶在外层皮革1和内层皮革4之间跑动,优选在所述外层皮革1表面通过丝线穿过气凝胶层3至内层皮革4底部规律的缝制有网状格。通过网状格的限制作用进一步限制气凝胶的跑动。

外层皮革(1);
内层皮革(4),所述内层皮革(4)位于外层皮革(1)底部;
气凝胶层(3),所述气凝胶层(3)位于外层皮革(1)与内层皮革(4)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔温皮革,其特征在于:
所述外层皮革(1)与气凝胶层(3)之间设置有加强层(2)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种隔温皮革,其特征在于:
所述内层皮革(4)与气凝胶层(3)之间也设置有加强层(2)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种隔温皮革,其特征在于:
所述加强层(2)为尼龙。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种隔温皮革,其特征在于:
所述外层皮革(1)表面通过丝线穿过气凝胶层(3)至内层皮革(4)底部规律的缝制有网状格。
