Preferably, the jig carrier base 3311 is disposed parallel to a horizontal plane when the jig carrier base 3311 is in the reinforcement cage manufacturing position. It should be noted that the number of the magnetically attractive matching members 3312 is the same as the number of the fixture bearing bases 3311, that is, one magnetically attractive matching member 3312 corresponds to one fixture bearing base 3311, when the fixture bearing base 3311 is located at the manufacturing position of the steel reinforcement cage, the magnetically attractive matching member 3312 and the magnetic limiting member 3331 are aligned, and at this time, the magnetically attractive matching member 3312 is located on the moving path of the magnetic limiting member 3331.

On the contrary, when the rotation limiting component 333 is switched from the limiting state to the limiting state, the limiting support 3332 drives the limiting magnetic component 3331 to move from the limiting position to the limiting position, and at this time, the limiting magnetic component 3331 releases the magnetic attraction force on the magnetic attraction matching component 3312, i.e. releases the magnetic attraction matching relationship, and the clamp bearing component 331 obtains a rotational degree of freedom again, and can rotate around the rotation axis under the driving of the rotation driving component 332.

Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the stirrup placing frame 100 and the stirrup clamping robot 400 are disposed on one side of the rotary tooling assembly 300, and the longitudinal bar placing frame 200 and the longitudinal bar clamping robot 500 are disposed on the other side of the rotary tooling assembly 300. It should be noted that, based on the arrangement of the embodiment, the overall occupied area of the steel reinforcement cage production line can be correspondingly reduced, and the layout of the steel reinforcement cage production line is optimized.
The reinforcement cage production line provided by the embodiment of the invention stores numerous stirrups with different types and specifications through the stirrup placing frame 100, stores numerous longitudinal reinforcements with different specifications through the longitudinal reinforcement placing frame 200, clamps the required stirrups from the stirrup placing frame 100 through the stirrup clamping robot 400, places the stirrups one by one on the stirrup clamps 310 arranged at the rotary tooling frame 330, clamps the required longitudinal reinforcements from the longitudinal reinforcement placing frame 200 through the driving wheel 510 and the main pressing wheel 530 after the required stirrups are all fixed on the stirrup clamps 310, moves one ends of the longitudinal reinforcements to one side of the stirrups, drives the driving wheel 510 to rotate through the driving wheel 520 to drive the longitudinal reinforcements to sequentially pass through the stirrups along a second direction, and finally fixes the longitudinal reinforcements through the longitudinal reinforcement clamps 320. After each stirrup and each longitudinal bar are fixed at the manufacturing position of the steel reinforcement cage, the steel reinforcement binding robot can bind the to-be-connected points of the stirrups and the longitudinal bars to relatively fix the stirrups and the longitudinal bars, so that the steel reinforcement cage with the required specification can be manufactured. The reinforcement cage production line provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for producing reinforcement cages of different specifications and sizes, has higher automation degree and simple and convenient operation in the whole production operation process, has higher manufacturing efficiency of the reinforcement cage, and is suitable for mass production operation of the reinforcement cage.

1. A steel reinforcement cage production line, its characterized in that includes:
the stirrup placing frame is arranged at the stirrup placing position and is used for placing at least two stirrups;
the longitudinal rib placing frame is arranged at the longitudinal rib placing position and is used for placing at least one longitudinal rib;
the rotary tool assembly is arranged at a manufacturing position of the steel reinforcement cage and comprises at least one stirrup clamp for fixing the stirrup, at least one longitudinal bar clamp for fixing the longitudinal bar and a rotary tool frame for bearing the stirrup clamp and the longitudinal bar clamp;
the stirrup clamping robot is used for clamping the stirrups, moving the stirrups from the stirrup placing positions to the reinforcement cage manufacturing positions and fixing the stirrups on the stirrup clamps respectively;
the longitudinal bar clamping robot comprises at least one driving wheel, at least one driving component for driving the driving wheel to rotate around a first axis, at least one main pressing wheel arranged in alignment with the driving wheel along a first direction, and at least one main pressing driving component for driving the main pressing wheel to move along the first direction, the outer wheel surface of the driving wheel and the outer wheel surface of the main pinch wheel can be used for clamping the longitudinal ribs together, the longitudinal bar clamping robot clamps the longitudinal bars at the longitudinal bar placing positions and moves the longitudinal bars to longitudinal bar conveying positions, the driving wheel drives the longitudinal bars to sequentially penetrate through the stirrups along a second direction at the longitudinal bar conveying position and fixes the longitudinal bars on the longitudinal bar clamp, the main pinch roller can rotate around a second axis under the driving of the longitudinal ribs, and the first axis and the second axis are both vertically arranged relative to the second direction;
and the steel bar binding robot is used for binding the stirrups and the longitudinal bars at the steel bar cage manufacturing position to manufacture the steel bar cage.
2. The reinforcement cage production line of claim 1, further comprising:
the steel reinforcement cage storage rack is arranged at the steel reinforcement cage storage position and is used for storing at least one steel reinforcement cage;
and the reinforcement cage carrying robot is used for moving the reinforcement cage from the reinforcement cage manufacturing position to the reinforcement cage storage position.

The reinforcement cage production line of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal bar clamping robot further comprises at least one driven wheel, at least one driven wheel aligned with the driven wheel in the first direction, and at least one driven wheel driving assembly for driving the driven wheel to move in the first direction, the driven wheel and the driving wheel are arranged in parallel and spaced apart in the second direction, the driven wheel and the driven wheel are used for supporting the longitudinal bar together, and when the longitudinal bar moves in the second direction, the driven wheel and the driven wheel can rotate around a central axis thereof under the driving of the longitudinal bar.

The reinforcement cage production line of claim 1, wherein the driving wheel has an annular active limiting groove formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, the main pressing wheel has an annular main pressing limiting groove formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, the main pressing limiting groove being opposite to the active limiting groove, and the active limiting groove and the main pressing limiting groove are used together to limit the longitudinal bar from moving axially relative to the driving wheel.
