Abstract
The invention discloses a fire hose cleaning machine which comprises a cleaning box, wherein a hose inlet and a hose outlet are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side walls of the cleaning box, a plurality of supporting rods are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the cleaning box, the supporting rods are vertically and tightly attached to the lower portion of a fire hose penetrating through the hose inlet and the hose outlet, a driving mechanism for driving the fire hose to move along the direction from the hose inlet to the hose outlet is arranged in the cleaning box, a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning box, and a filter screen is arranged below the supporting rods in the cleaning box. The cleaning machine for the fire hose has the advantages of clean cleaning, high cleaning efficiency and water source saving.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a cleaning machine for a fire hose.
Background
The fire hose is a hose for conveying high-pressure water, foam and other flame-retardant liquids, the traditional fire hose takes rubber as a lining, the outer surface of the traditional fire hose is wrapped by linen, and the advanced fire hose is made of polyurethane and other polymeric materials. In the prior art, the fire hose is usually cleaned by a manual method, namely the fire hose is laid on the ground and is manually washed by clean water, and the method not only occupies a large amount of rest time of firefighters, but also has high water consumption.

The invention provides a cleaning machine for a fire hose, which comprises a cleaning box; a water hose inlet and a water hose outlet are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side walls of the cleaning box; a plurality of support rods are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the cleaning box; the supporting rod is vertically and closely arranged below the fire hose passing through the hose inlet and the hose outlet; a driving mechanism for driving the fire hose to move along the direction from the hose inlet to the hose outlet is arranged in the cleaning box; a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning box; a filter screen is arranged below the supporting rod in the cleaning box.
Preferably, the driving mechanism includes a pair of transfer rollers provided in the cleaning tank; the joint of the pair of transmission rollers and the top surface of the supporting rod are positioned on the same horizontal plane; and a driving motor for driving the pair of transmission rollers to rotate is arranged on the outer side of the cleaning box.
Preferably, the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning spray head fixedly arranged at the top in the cleaning box; the cleaning nozzle is arranged above the fire hose; a water storage tank is arranged at the bottom in the cleaning tank; a cleaning water pump is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank; and the output port of the cleaning water pump is communicated with the cleaning spray head through a connecting water pipe.
Preferably, a filter screen port is arranged on one side wall of the cleaning box; a clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the cleaning box and the filter screen port on the same horizontal plane; the filter screen by the filter screen mouth stretches into wash the incasement with joint groove slidable joint.
Preferably, a filter screen handle is fixedly arranged on one side of the filter screen close to the filter screen opening.
Preferably, the water storage tank is provided with a water changing mechanism; the water changing mechanism comprises a drain pipe which is communicated with the bottom of the side wall of the water storage tank and extends out of the cleaning tank; a drain valve is arranged on the drain pipe; the top of the side wall of the water storage tank is communicated with a water inlet pipe extending out of the cleaning tank; the water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet valve.
Preferably, the cleaning spray head is obliquely arranged from the water hose outlet to the water hose inlet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the fire hose cleaning machine, the cleaning mechanism and the driving mechanism for driving the fire hose to convey are arranged in the cleaning box, so that the fire hose cleaning machine can be used for cleaning while conveying, the cleaning effect is good, and the cleaning efficiency is high;

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning machine for a fire hose, including a cleaning tank 12; a water hose inlet 21 and a water hose outlet 22 are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side walls of the cleaning box 12; a plurality of support rods 13 are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the cleaning box 12; the support rod 13 is vertically and closely arranged below the fire hose 11 which penetrates through the hose inlet 21 and the hose outlet 22; a driving mechanism for driving the fire hose 11 to move along the direction from the hose inlet 21 to the hose outlet 22 is arranged in the cleaning box 12; a cleaning mechanism 14 is arranged in the cleaning box 12; a filter screen 15 is arranged below the support rod 13 in the cleaning box 12.
In this embodiment, a transfer mechanism and a cleaning mechanism 14 are provided in the cleaning tank, and the water repellent belt 11 can be cleaned by cooperation of the transfer mechanism and the cleaning mechanism 14. The cleaning box 12 is also internally provided with a filter screen 15 which can filter cleaning sewage and can be reused after being filtered.
The connector is all installed through the clamp at the both ends of fire hose 11, and before carrying out fire hose 11 and wasing, lift off the connector at 11 both ends of fire hose earlier, then send into the one end of fire hose 11 from hosepipe import 21 and wash the case 11 in to push away it to transport mechanism, start transport mechanism and wiper mechanism 14, the automatic washing of accomplishing of cleaner to waterproof area 11.
In a preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism includes a pair of conveying rollers 16 disposed in the cleaning tank 12 for moving the fire hose 11; the joint of the pair of transmission rollers 16 and the top surface of the support rod 13 are positioned at the same horizontal plane, so that the fire hose 11 is pushed in the cleaning box 12 along the support rod 13 and can be directly sent between the transmission rollers 16; the outside of the cleaning tank 12 is provided with a drive motor that drives a pair of transfer rollers 16 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the conveying roller 16 may be a rubber roller, which can perform an anti-slip function and also can perform a protection function on the waterproof belt 11, so as to reduce the wear of the waterproof belt 11.
The driving motor can be a speed reducing motor, and the speed reducing motor has the advantages of high efficiency and reliability, long service life, simple and convenient maintenance, wide application and the like. The stage number of the motor can be divided into a single-stage gear reduction motor, a two-stage gear reduction motor and a three-stage gear reduction motor, and the installation and arrangement modes mainly comprise an expansion type, a coaxial type, a split flow type and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the cleaning mechanism 14 includes a cleaning spray head 41 fixedly disposed at the top portion within the cleaning tank 12; the cleaning nozzle 41 is arranged above the fire hose 11; a water storage tank 42 is arranged at the bottom in the cleaning tank 12; a cleaning water pump 43 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank 42; the outlet of the cleaning water pump 42 is communicated with the cleaning nozzle 41 through a connecting water pipe 44.
In this embodiment, the cleaning nozzle 41 is provided for cleaning the waterproof belt 11, the cleaning water pump 42 pumps the clean water in the water storage tank 42 to the cleaning nozzle 41 for spraying, and the cleaning sewage is filtered by the filter screen 15 and then returned to the water storage tank 42 for continuous use, thereby saving water resources.
In a preferred embodiment, a side wall of the cleaning tank 12 is provided with a filter screen port 23; the inner wall of the cleaning box 12 and the filter screen port 23 are positioned on the same horizontal plane and provided with a clamping groove; the filter screen 15 extends into the cleaning box 12 from the filter screen port 23 and is slidably clamped with the clamping groove.
In this embodiment, the setting of filter screen mouth 23 and joint groove is convenient for filter screen 15 to take out from wasing the incasement, clears up. After the filter screen 15 is used for a period of time, the filter screen needs to be cleaned, and the influence on the use of equipment caused by too low filter efficiency is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, a filter handle 51 is fixedly disposed on a side of the filter screen 15 close to the filter screen port 23, so as to facilitate the pulling out of the filter screen 15 from the washing tank 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the water storage tank 42 is provided with a water changing mechanism 17 for changing the water in the water storage tank 42; the water changing mechanism 17 comprises a drain pipe 71 which is communicated with the bottom of the side wall of the water storage tank 42 and extends out of the cleaning tank 12; a drain valve 72 is arranged on the drain pipe 71; the top of the side wall of the water storage tank 12 is communicated with a water inlet pipe 73 extending out of the cleaning tank 42; the inlet pipe 73 is provided with an inlet valve 74.
In the present embodiment, the water change mechanism 17 is provided to facilitate the replacement of the washing water. The water in the water storage tank 42 can be reused after being filtered, but the time is too long, and the water needs to be changed in order to ensure the cleaning effect. When water is changed, the waste water in the water storage tank 42 is discharged through the water discharge pipe 71, and new washing water is introduced into the water storage tank 42 through the water inlet pipe 73 to complete the change.
In a preferred embodiment, the cleaning nozzle 41 is inclined from the hose outlet 22 to the hose inlet 21, so that the cleaning water and the movement direction of the fire hose 11 form an acute angle, the impact force of the water column is enhanced, and the cleaning effect is improved.

A fire hose cleaning machine is characterized by comprising a cleaning box; a water hose inlet and a water hose outlet are symmetrically arranged on two opposite side walls of the cleaning box; a plurality of support rods are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the cleaning box; the supporting rod is vertically and closely arranged below the fire hose passing through the hose inlet and the hose outlet; a driving mechanism for driving the fire hose to move along the direction from the hose inlet to the hose outlet is arranged in the cleaning box; a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning box; a filter screen is arranged below the supporting rod in the cleaning box.

The fire hose cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism includes a pair of transport rollers disposed within the cleaning tank; the joint of the pair of transmission rollers and the top surface of the supporting rod are positioned on the same horizontal plane; and a driving motor for driving the pair of transmission rollers to rotate is arranged on the outer side of the cleaning box.

The fire hose cleaning machine of claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism includes a cleaning spray head fixedly disposed at a top portion within the cleaning tank; the cleaning nozzle is arranged above the fire hose; a water storage tank is arranged at the bottom in the cleaning tank; a cleaning water pump is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank; and the output port of the cleaning water pump is communicated with the cleaning spray head through a connecting water pipe.

A fire hose cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein a side wall of the cleaning tank is provided with a strainer port; a clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the cleaning box and the filter screen port on the same horizontal plane; the filter screen by the filter screen mouth stretches into wash the incasement with joint groove slidable joint.
5. The fire hose cleaning machine of claim 4, wherein a screen handle is fixedly arranged on one side of the screen close to the screen port.

The fire hose cleaning machine of claim 5, wherein the water storage tank is provided with a water changing mechanism; the water changing mechanism comprises a drain pipe which is communicated with the bottom of the side wall of the water storage tank and extends out of the cleaning tank; a drain valve is arranged on the drain pipe; the top of the side wall of the water storage tank is communicated with a water inlet pipe extending out of the cleaning tank; the water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet valve.
