the equipment in the working cavity can be overhauled through the access door 42, so that the maintenance is more convenient; the moving plate 13 is prevented from being separated from the slide rail 25 by the limit stopper 43.

A film covering device for producing and processing a top and a bottom cover is characterized by comprising a working box (1), a rotating table (2), a first stepping motor (3), a first supporting vertical plate (4), a second supporting vertical plate (5), a third supporting vertical plate (6), a first supporting transverse plate (7), a second supporting transverse plate (8), a third supporting transverse plate (9), a containing box (10), a pressure pump (11), a communicating pipe (12), a moving plate (13), a second stepping motor (14), two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (15), two groups of second hydraulic cylinders (16) and a hydraulic rod (17), wherein a working cavity is arranged in the working box (1), the first stepping motor (3) is fixedly arranged on the top end wall of the working cavity, the output end of the first stepping motor (3) penetrates through the top end wall of the working box (1) from the working cavity and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rotating table (2), the top end of the rotating platform (2) is provided with four groups of uniformly distributed standing grooves (18), the bottom end of the first supporting vertical plate (4) is fixedly connected with the top left part of the working box (1), the bottom end of the second supporting vertical plate (5) is fixedly connected with the top rear part of the working box (1), the bottom end of the third supporting vertical plate (6) is fixedly connected with the top right part of the working box (1), the top end of the first supporting vertical plate (4) is fixedly connected with the bottom left part of the first supporting transverse plate (7), the top end of the second supporting vertical plate (5) is fixedly connected with the bottom rear part of the second supporting transverse plate (8), the top end of the third supporting vertical plate (6) is fixedly connected with the bottom right part of the third supporting transverse plate (9), the bottom right part of the first supporting transverse plate (7) is fixedly provided with a supporting pipe (19), the bottom end of the supporting pipe (19) is provided with a first square cover (20), the spraying device is characterized in that a spraying nozzle (21) is arranged on the inner top wall of the first square cover (20), the containing box (10) is arranged at the left part of the working cavity, a containing cavity is arranged in the containing box (10), the bottom end of the pressure pump (11) is fixedly connected with the top end of the containing box (10), the input end of the pressure pump (11) extends into the containing cavity from the top end of the containing box (10), the output end of the pressure pump (11) is communicated with the input end of the communicating pipe (12), the output end of the communicating pipe (12) is communicated with the input end of the spraying nozzle (21), a supporting rod (22) is arranged at the front part of the bottom end of the second supporting transverse plate (8), a second square cover (23) is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting rod (22), a plurality of electric heating tubes (24) are arranged in the second square cover (23), two sets of sliding rails (25), the movable plate (13) is provided with a sliding groove (26), the sliding rail (25) is matched with the sliding groove (26), the movable plate (13) can slide left and right along the sliding groove (26), the top ends of the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (15) are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the movable plate (13), the right ends of the two groups of second hydraulic cylinders (16) are fixedly connected with the upper part of the left end of the third supporting vertical plate (6), the left ends of the two groups of second hydraulic cylinders (16) are fixedly connected with the right end of the movable plate (13), the output ends of the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (15) are respectively provided with a mounting seat (27), the second stepping motor (14) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the mounting seat (27), the top end of the hydraulic rod (17) is fixedly connected with the left part of the bottom end of the third supporting horizontal plate (9), the output end of the hydraulic rod (17) is provided with a first sucking disc (28, the bottom of the output end of the second stepping motor (14) is provided with a first connecting rod (29), and the bottom end of the first connecting rod (29) is provided with a second sucking disc (30).

The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a third step motor (31), a third hydraulic cylinder (32), a fourth supporting transverse plate (33) and a second connecting rod (34), wherein the third step motor (31) is fixedly arranged in front of the top wall in the working cavity, the output end of the third step motor (31) penetrates through the top end wall of the working box (1) from the working cavity and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the third hydraulic cylinder (32), the output end of the third hydraulic cylinder (32) is fixedly connected with the front portion of the bottom end of the fourth supporting transverse plate (33), the top end of the second connecting rod (34) is fixedly connected with the rear portion of the bottom end of the fourth supporting transverse plate (33), and a third suction cup (35) is arranged at the bottom end of the second connecting rod (34).

The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a suction fan (36), wherein the bottom end of the suction fan (36) is fixedly connected with the top end of the second supporting transverse plate (8), and the input end of the suction fan (36) extends into the second square cover (23).

The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 3, wherein a mounting groove is formed at the rear of the top end of the working box (1), a fourth hydraulic cylinder (37) is arranged in the mounting groove, an electric heating plate (38) is arranged at the output end of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (37), a through hole (39) is formed in the placing groove (18), and the output end of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (37) can extend into the through hole (39) from the bottom end of the rotating platform (2).

The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a cylindrical containing box (40), wherein the bottom end of the cylindrical containing box (40) is fixedly connected with the left front part of the top end of the working box (1).
6. The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a square collecting box (41), wherein the bottom end of the square collecting box (41) is fixedly connected with the right front part of the top end of the working box (1).
7. The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 6, wherein the front end of the working box (1) is provided with an opening, the opening is communicated with the working cavity, and the opening is provided with an access door (42).

The film covering device for producing and processing the top and bottom covers as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a limiting baffle (43), wherein the top end of the limiting baffle (43) is fixedly connected with the left part of the bottom end of the third supporting transverse plate (9), and the left ends of the two sets of slide rails (25) are fixedly connected with the right end of the third supporting transverse plate (9).
