The method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly high rigidity push type atomizer according to claim 1, wherein the raw material of said pump body (2) is composed of the following components: 80-95 parts of high-density polyethylene particles, 30-40 parts of cassava flour, 5-20 parts of antibacterial PE master batch, 5-10 parts of aminosilane coupling agent, 5-10 parts of organic solvent, 1-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of graphene oxide, 1-5 parts of nano hollow alumina and 1-2 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the ultraviolet absorbent is one of 107UV, 527UV and UV-P; the antibacterial PE master batch is characterized by comprising the following components: 50-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 6-10 parts of calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, 20-30 parts of filler, 20-30 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 1-3 parts of lubricant, 1-2 parts of antioxidant phosphite ester, 1-2 parts of polyethylene wax, 20-30 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer and 15-20 parts of antibacterial agent, wherein the antibacterial agent is a zeolite type nano silver ion antibacterial agent.

The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the organic solvent is one or a mixture of two or more selected from acetone, dimethyl phthalate, dipropylene carbonate, tetrahydrofuran, methyl ethyl ketone, dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methylpyrrolidone, trimethyl phosphate, and diacetone alcohol.
5. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the aminosilane coupling agent is one or more selected from aminopropyltriethoxysilane, aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane.
6. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filler is calcium carbonate or talc, and the mesh size is 1250-2000.

The method of claim 3 wherein the environmentally friendly plasticizer comprises a primary plasticizer and a secondary plasticizer in a ratio of 2: 1, wherein the main plasticizer is one of dioctyl terephthalate and trioctyl trimellitate, and the auxiliary plasticizer is one of acetyl tributyl citrate, epoxidized soybean oil and dioctyl sebacate.

The method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly high rigidity push type atomizer according to claim 3, wherein the method for manufacturing the raw material of the pump body (2) comprises the steps of: firstly, taking all raw materials according to the weight percentage, and stirring for 10-20 minutes by adopting a plastic high-speed stirrer at the rotating speed of 600-800 r/min and the temperature of 80-90 ℃ to fully and uniformly mix the raw materials; heating to 140 ℃ for mixing for 10-15 minutes, and performing high-temperature rapid treatment on the blend through a muffle furnace at the temperature of 200 ℃ and 300 ℃ for 360 seconds; cooling to 40-50 deg.C, ultrasonically oscillating for 0.5-1 hr to remove bubbles, stirring for 3 hr, and feeding the mixed raw materials into bottle-making machine to produce to obtain polyethylene plastic bottle with antibacterial function; the preparation method of the antibacterial PE master batch is characterized by comprising the following steps; 1) adding polyvinyl chloride and chlorinated polyethylene into a high-speed mixer according to a certain mass part for high-speed stirring and mixing, wherein the rotating speed is 300-500r/min, the mixing time is 5-10 minutes, the mixing temperature is 60-70 ℃, and a plasticizer is added from a small feeding port while high-speed stirring is carried out; 2) after the plasticizer is fully absorbed by the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene, cooling to room temperature, sequentially adding a calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, a filler, a lubricant, polyethylene wax and an antibacterial agent according to certain parts by mass, and then uniformly mixing under a high-speed stirring condition for 5-10 minutes to prepare a mixed material; 3) the mixed materials are added into a double-screw extruder, the rotating speed of the screw is 200-300rpm, and the mixture is cold-drawn and cut into granular antibacterial PE master batches.
