Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a conveying mechanism and a mahjong machine, which are used for relieving the technical problem that a conveying belt is easy to wear in the prior art.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a conveying mechanism, including a first base and a second base;
the first base is fixedly connected with the second base, a cavity is formed between the first base and the second base, and the cavity comprises an inlet and an outlet;
an inlet wheel is arranged at the position of the inlet of the cavity, an outlet wheel is arranged at the position of the outlet of the cavity, a tensioning piece and a conveyor belt are also arranged in the cavity, and the conveyor belt is wrapped on the inlet wheel and the outlet wheel and is tensioned by the tensioning piece;
the two ends of the tensioning piece are respectively borne by the first base and the second base.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein the tensioning member includes a supporting frame and a tensioning wheel;
a first shaft for mounting the tension wheel is arranged on the support frame;
the two ends of the support frame are borne by the first base and the second base, and the support frame can rotate relative to the first base and the second base so as to enable the tensioning wheel to tension the conveyor belt.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein a second shaft is fixedly disposed on the supporting frame, and two ends of the second shaft are respectively pivoted to the first base and the second base.
And both the first base and the second base are provided with mounting holes for bearing the second shaft.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein a tension rod is fixedly connected to one end of the second shaft protruding from the first base, and one end of the tension rod away from the second shaft is connected to the first base through a reset member.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein a tension rod is fixedly connected to one end of the second shaft, which protrudes from the second base, and one end of the tension rod, which is far away from the second shaft, is connected to the second base through a reset member.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein the resetting member is a tension spring, and a hook connected to the tension spring is disposed at an end of the tension rod away from the second shaft.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein a driving wheel is further disposed in the cavity, the conveyor belt further wraps around the driving wheel, and a motor for driving the driving wheel to rotate is disposed on the first base or the second base.
With reference to the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein a reversing wheel for increasing a contact area between the conveyor belt and the driving wheel is further disposed in the cavity.
In combination with the first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, wherein a magnetic attraction member for attracting the mahjong tiles is arranged in the inlet wheel.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mahjong machine, including the conveying mechanism.

When the mahjong tile conveying device is used, mahjong tiles fall on the conveying belt from the inlet, then the conveying belt is driven by the driving wheel and keeps stable along with the discharge of the conveying belt from the outlet, the tensioning piece tensions the conveying belt, and the tightness degree of the conveying belt is guaranteed to be normal. Wherein, the both ends of tensioning piece are born by first base and second base respectively, can balance the deflection moment that the tensioning piece brought because of the conveyer belt effect to improve the stability of tensioning piece, guaranteed that the tensioning piece can not take place the circumstances such as slope, dislocation after long-time, thereby guarantee that the conveyer belt can not the off tracking, reduce the wearing and tearing of conveyer belt, thereby improve the life of conveyer belt.
The invention provides a mahjong machine which comprises a conveying mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the mahjong machine has the advantages, and the description is omitted.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides a transfer mechanism including a first base 100 and a second base 200; the first base 100 is fixedly connected with the second base 200, a cavity 300 is formed between the first base and the second base, and the cavity 300 comprises an inlet 310 and an outlet 320; an inlet wheel 410 is arranged at the position of the cavity 300 at the inlet 310, an outlet wheel 420 is arranged at the position of the cavity 300 at the position of the outlet 320, a tensioning member 440 and a conveyor belt 450 are further arranged in the cavity 300, and the conveyor belt 450 is wrapped on the inlet wheel 410 and the outlet wheel 420 and is tensioned by the tensioning member 440; the tension member 440 is carried at both ends by the first base 100 and the second base 200, respectively.
In use, the mahjong tiles fall onto the conveyor belt 450 from the inlet port 310, the conveyor belt 450 is driven by the driving wheel 430 and is kept stable as the conveyor belt 450 is discharged from the outlet port 320, and the tension member 440 tensions the conveyor belt 450 to ensure that the degree of tightness of the conveyor belt 450 is kept normal. Wherein, the both ends of tensioning member 440 are born by first base 100 and second base 200 respectively, can balance the deflection moment that tensioning member 440 brought because of the effect of conveyer belt 450 to improve the stability of tensioning member 440, guaranteed that tensioning member 440 can not take place the circumstances such as slope, dislocation after long-time, thereby guarantee that conveyer belt 450 can not the off tracking, reduce conveyer belt 450's wearing and tearing, thereby improve conveyer belt 450's life.
Wherein, bear tensioning member 440 jointly through first base 100 and second base 200, can reduce and avoid tensioning member 440 to receive the deflection moment of conveyer belt 450 effect even to reduce and avoid tensioning member 440 to take place to deflect, thereby can guarantee that conveyer belt 450 can not the off tracking, promptly, reduced conveyer belt 450's wearing and tearing.
Wherein, during operation, the entrance wheel 410 or the exit wheel 420 is powered to drive the rotation of the transmission belt 450. The tiles enter the chamber 300 through the inlet port 310 and attach to the belt 450 to follow the belt 450 and exit the outlet port 320.
It should be noted that the first base 100 and the second base 200 may be provided as a single body, for example, the first base 100 and the second base 200 are two side walls of a box-shaped structure. The first and second bases 100 and 200 may also be provided in a separate body structure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in an alternative embodiment, the tensioning member 440 includes a support frame 441 and a tensioning wheel 442; the supporting frame 441 is provided with a first shaft 443 for mounting the tensioning wheel 442; the support 441 is supported at both ends by the first and second bases 100 and 200, and the support 441 can rotate relative to both the first and second bases 100 and 200 to cause the tension wheel 442 to tension the belt 450.
Specifically, the tensioning wheel 442 is mounted on the first shaft 443 of the supporting frame 441, and both ends of the first shaft 443 are fixedly connected to the supporting frame 441, and both ends of the supporting frame 441 are disposed on the first base 100 and the second base 200, so that the deflection torque applied to the tensioning member 440 can be reduced or even avoided, and the deflection of the tensioning member 440 is reduced or even avoided, thereby reducing or even avoiding the inclination or dislocation of the belt 450.
The support frame 441 is rotatable with respect to both the first base 100 and the second base 200, and the support frame 441 is returned by an elastic member, so that the tension of the tension pulley 442 is maintained. When the support frame 441 rotates by the elastic member, the tension pulley 442 can rotate around the support frame 441 as a rotation center, thereby maintaining the tension on the conveyor belt 450.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in an alternative of this embodiment, a second shaft 444 is fixedly disposed on the supporting frame 441, two ends of the second shaft 444 are respectively pivoted with the first base 100 and the second base 200, and both the first base 100 and the second base 200 are respectively provided with a mounting hole for bearing the second shaft 444.
Specifically, mounting holes are formed in both the first base 100 and the second base 200, a second shaft 444 which can be inserted into the mounting holes is fixedly arranged on the support 441, and the support 441 synchronously rotates along with the second shaft 444.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in an alternative embodiment, a tension rod 445 is fixedly connected to an end of the second shaft 444 protruding from the first base 100, and an end of the tension rod 445 away from the second shaft 444 is connected to the first base 100 through a restoring member 446.
Specifically, when the second shaft 444 is inserted into the mounting hole, the second shaft 444 protrudes from the first base 100, the end of the second shaft 444 protruding from the first base 100 is provided with the tension rod 445, the end of the tension rod 445 is provided with the reset piece 446, and the end of the reset piece 446 far away from the tension rod 445 is connected with the first base 100, so that the second shaft 444 can rotate relative to the first base 100 and the second base 200 under the action of the reset piece 446, and the support frame 441 rotates, that is, the tension wheel 442 tensions the conveyor belt 450.
When the second shaft 444 protrudes out of the first base 100, the second shaft 444 does not protrude out of the second base 200, and therefore, other components on the second base 200 are prevented from being affected.
Wherein, the tip of tensioning rod 445 can with second shaft 444 fixed connection, also can be tensioning rod 445's middle body of rod part and second shaft 444 fixed connection, no matter which kind of connected mode, after tensioning rod 445 and second shaft 444 were connected to accomplish, tensioning rod 445 keeps away from the tip of second shaft 444 and sets up the piece 446 that resets, and it is taut with tensioning rod 445 through piece 446 to drive second shaft 444 and rotate.
In an alternative of this embodiment, a tension rod 445 is fixedly connected to an end of the second shaft 444 protruding from the second base 200, and an end of the tension rod 445 away from the second shaft 444 is connected to the second base 200 through a restoring member 446.
Specifically, when the second shaft 444 is inserted into the mounting hole, the second shaft 444 protrudes from the second base 200, the end of the second shaft 444 protruding from the second base 200 is provided with the tension rod 445, the end of the tension rod 445 is provided with the reset piece 446, and the end of the reset piece 446 far away from the tension rod 445 is connected with the second base 200, so that the second shaft 444 can rotate relative to the first base 100 and the second base 200 under the action of the reset piece 446, and the support frame 441 rotates, that is, the tension wheel 442 tensions the conveyor belt 450.
When the second shaft 444 protrudes out of the second base 200, the second shaft 444 does not protrude out of the first base 100, and thus, other components on the first base 100 are not affected.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in an alternative embodiment, the restoring member 446 is a tension spring, and one end of the tension rod 445 far away from the second shaft 444 is provided with a hook connected with the tension spring.
Specifically, one end of the tension rod 445, which is far away from the second shaft 444, is provided with a hook for connecting the tension spring, and the tension rod 445 and the tension spring are connected together by a worker through the hook, so that the tension spring is convenient to replace by the worker.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in an alternative of this embodiment, a driving wheel 430 is further disposed in the chamber 300, the conveyor belt 450 is further wound around the driving wheel 430, and a motor 470 for driving the driving wheel 430 to rotate is disposed on the first base 100 or the second base 200.
The cavity 300 is further provided with a driving wheel 430, and when the motor 470 drives the driving wheel 430 to rotate, the driving wheel 430 can drive the conveyor belt 450 to rotate, so that the conveyor belt 450 can drive the mahjong tiles to move.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in an alternative of the present embodiment, a reversing wheel 460 for increasing the contact area of the conveyor belt 450 and the driving wheel 430 is further disposed in the chamber 300.
Specifically, the contact area between the conveyor belt 450 and the driving wheel 430 can be increased by the arrangement of the reversing wheel 460, so that the probability of slipping of the conveyor belt 450 can be reduced or even avoided.
In an alternative to this embodiment, a magnetic attraction member is provided within the infeed wheel 410 for attracting the tiles.
Specifically, the magnetic attracting member is provided on the inlet wheel 410, and the mahjong tiles having the magnetic blocks (or iron blocks) built therein can be attracted to the inlet wheel 410 by the magnetic attracting member, so that the mahjong tiles are positioned on the conveyor belt 450 and can move to the discharge port 320 along with the conveyor belt 450. The principle of attracting mahjong tiles to the inlet wheel 410 by the magnetic attraction piece and then moving to the outlet 320 through the conveyor belt 450 is similar to that of the existing mahjong machine, and is not described again.
It should be noted that the conveying mechanism provided by the present embodiment can be universal, and can be used in four-port machines, eight-port machines and all mahjong machines.
The embodiment provides a mahjong machine which comprises a conveying mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the mahjong machine has the beneficial effects, and the description is omitted.
The mahjong machine also comprises a shuffling mechanism, and mahjong tiles can be disordered through the shuffling mechanism.
