Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the outer end of the top bar 7 is connected to the middle of the trigger bar 6: the pull rod 6 is a support rod body with a concave section, the outer end of the mandril 7 is provided with a sliding pin seat 71, the sliding pin seat 71 is inserted in the concave part of the trigger lever 6, the upper surface and the lower surface of the trigger lever 6 are provided with sliding grooves 8, the length direction of the sliding grooves 8 is consistent with the length direction of the trigger lever 6, a sliding pin 72 is inserted in the sliding pin seat 71, and both ends of the sliding pin 72 are respectively in sliding contact with the sliding grooves 8 formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the trigger bars 6, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, by pressing the outer ends of the two trigger bars 6 inward, the middle part of the toggle rod 6 presses the two anti-skid clamping blocks 3 inwards through the ejector rod 7, so that the anti-skid clamping blocks 3 are tightly attached to the outer wall of the telegraph pole to prevent slipping, the outer end part of the ejector rod 7 is sleeved with a return spring, the return spring is arranged between the outer walls of the first support ring 101 and the second support ring 102 and the sliding pin base 71, and the return spring is used for popping the ejector rod 7 outwards to enable the anti-skid clamping blocks 3 to reset.
As shown in fig. 2, the anti-slip clamping block 3 is an arc-plate-shaped elastic block which is convenient to be attached to the outer wall of the utility pole, and the arc inner wall of the anti-slip clamping block 3 is an anti-slip friction line 301 which increases the friction force with the outer wall of the utility pole.
As shown in fig. 1, the connecting ring 9 is welded at the end of the lever 6, the side belts 12 are sewn on the two sides of the waist belt 4, the ring buckle 121 is arranged at the end of the side belt 12, the ring buckles 121 arranged at the ends of the two side belts 12 are respectively buckled with the connecting rings 9 arranged at the ends of the two lever 6, the maintenance personnel tie the waist belt 4 between the waist, when the body of the maintenance personnel leans backwards, the two lever 6 are clamped under the pulling of the side belts 12, so that the anti-skid clamp 3 clamps and fixes the telegraph pole, the back cushion 13 is sewn on the inner side of the waist belt 4, the back cushion 13 is a soft cushion body, and the comfort of the maintenance personnel wearing the waist belt 4 is improved.
The working principle is as follows: when the invention is used, the first support ring 101 and the second support ring 102 are clasped outside a telegraph pole, and the bolt plate bases 10 arranged at one ends of the first support ring 101 and the second support ring 102 are connected and fixed by rotating the wrenching lugs at the head ends of the fixing bolts 11, the installation of the bracket set 1 is convenient, a maintenance worker fastens the waist belt 4 between the waist, the ring buckles 121 arranged at the end parts of the side belts 12 at the two sides of the waist belt 4 are respectively buckled with the connecting rings 9 arranged at the end parts of the two wrenching bars 6, at the moment, the maintenance worker climbs to a maintenance position by using the climber foot buckles, when the body of the maintenance worker leans backwards, the two wrenching bars 6 are clamped under the pulling of the side belts 12, the middle part of the wrenching bar 6 presses the two anti-skid clamping blocks 3 inwards through the mandril 7, so that the anti-skid clamping blocks 3 are tightly jointed with the outer wall of the telegraph pole, the skid is prevented from sliding, when the body of a maintenance worker stops bending backwards, the push rod 7 is ejected outwards by the reset spring sleeved at the outer end part of the push rod 7, so that the anti-skid clamping block 3 is reset and is separated from the contact with the outer wall of the telegraph pole, and the anti-skid device can slide and is convenient to use.
