Description

Fixed needle puncture-proof syringe
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a fixed needle puncture-proof injector.
Background
Medicament injection is the most commonly used medical procedure, and syringes (usually fitted with injection needles) are the most commonly used medical devices. In the using process, medical care personnel are punctured by the injection needle, although slight skin and flesh damage happens, serious consequences such as AIDS, viral hepatitis and other diseases can be caused by the puncture-proof injection needle, and therefore the medical care personnel expect the popularization of the puncture-proof injection needle.
In recent years, some patented technologies or products related to the anti-prick syringe have been developed, in which the steel needle is pulled or automatically ejected into the syringe after the injection is completed to achieve the anti-prick effect. The syringes need no retraction and no leakage when puncturing, and can be retracted in a sliding way after injection, so the common characteristics are complex structure, great difficulty in manufacturing process and high cost. The cost is more than dozens of times or even dozens of times higher than that of the common injector, and the use rate of the puncture-proof injector in China is low at present.
In view of this, the development of the puncture-proof injector which can effectively prevent puncture and has low cost has important significance for the popularization and the promotion of the products.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects and market demands in the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide a fixed needle puncture-proof injector which is provided with a protective cap, and after the injector is used for completing injection, the protective cap can be automatically ejected out to shield a steel needle through simple operation so as to achieve the purpose of puncture prevention. The product has simple structure, easy manufacture and use and low cost, and is very favorable for the popularization of the puncture-proof syringe.
The specific technical scheme adopted to achieve the purpose of the invention is as follows.
The utility model provides a fixed needle puncture-proof syringe, includes the injection cylinder that has the joint, installs steel needle and protecting cover on connecting, its characterized in that: the protective cap is sleeved outside the joint;
the top end of the protective cap is closed, and a needle hole for a steel needle to pass through is arranged in the center of the end face;
a spring is arranged inside the top end of the protective cap, and the top end of the protective cap is connected with the top end of the connector through the spring;
the tail end of the protective cap is an open end and can be in limit clamping with the tail part of the connector;
the premise is that when the tail end of the protective cap and the tail part of the connector are in a limiting clamping state, the spring is in a compressed state, the steel needle penetrates through the spring and then penetrates out of a needle hole in the top end of the protective cap, and the protective cover is sleeved at the top end of the protective cap to shield the exposed steel needle;
when the tail end of the protective cap and the tail part of the connector are in a non-limiting clamping state, the protective cap is popped up under the elastic force action of the spring, and the steel needle is shielded in the protective cap.
In the fixed needle anti-prick syringe of the invention, the main improvement is embodied in the arrangement of the protective cap. The arrangement of the injection cylinder with the joint, the steel needle arranged on the joint and the protective cover can be designed and implemented according to the prior art; it is also easy for a person skilled in the art to determine and operate if the size of the joint and/or the steel needle needs to be adjusted due to the introduction of the protective cap. In the invention, the top ends of the protective cap and the joint are both one end close to the steel needle head, and the tail end is the other end opposite to the steel needle head.
The top end of the protective cap is internally provided with a spring which is used as a core elastic component. From the viewpoint of product stability and ease of assembly, it is preferable that the spring be disposed coaxially with the steel needle. Preferably, two ends of the spring are respectively and fixedly connected with the top end of the connector and the top end of the protective cap. It will be readily appreciated that the length setting of the spring should be sufficient to ensure that the needle is fully shielded within the cap in the non-positive snap-fit condition.
From design convenience and cost consideration, the helmet tail end realizes spacing block through rotating with the joint afterbody. In a preferred embodiment, the inner edge of the tail end of the protective cap is provided with a raised internal thread, the tail part of the connector is provided with an external thread ring, the external thread ring is matched with the internal thread, and the limiting clamping can be realized through screwing.
Preferably, the outer edge of the upper side of the joint is provided with a limiting wing, and a limiting movable section is formed between the outer thread ring and the limiting wing. After the limiting clamping is removed, the internal thread section at the tail end of the protective cap slides into the limiting movable section, the limiting wings can play a role in blocking, the protective cap is prevented from being separated from the joint, and the steel needle is further ensured to be shielded in the protective cap.
Preferably, the top end of the joint is provided with an extension seat, and one end of the spring is fixedly sleeved with the extension seat. Without limitation, the outer edge of the extension seat is provided with a clamping edge which is convenient to be connected with the spring.
Knowing the construction of the fixed needle anti-prick syringe of the invention, it is easy for a person skilled in the art to determine how to manufacture the syringe, and to make a flexible choice by referring to the prior art, which is not described herein.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the fixed needle anti-puncture syringe of the present invention can be provided in two initial ready-to-use states: one is that the tail end of the protective cap and the tail part of the connector are in a limiting clamping state, the spring is compressed, and the steel needle penetrates through a needle hole at the top end of the protective cap but is shielded by the protective cover; the other is that the tail end of the protective cap and the tail part of the connector are in a non-limiting clamping state, and the steel needle is wholly shielded in the protective cap (at the moment, the protective cover can be provided or omitted). However, the former syringe, i.e., the syringe in the limit-locked state, is preferable in terms of convenience of use and higher safety.
Also, it will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art how to use the fixed needle anti-prick syringe of the present invention with the understanding that it is constructed to prevent pricking by a steel needle for the purpose of preventing such pricking. Taking the syringe with the initial standby state as the limit clamping state as an example: when the device is used, the protective cover is removed, injection is carried out according to the conventional operation of a fixed needle injector, after the injection is finished, the limiting clamping state is released in a mode of rotating the protective cap and the like (at the moment, the protective cap is automatically popped out under the elastic force action of the spring and is attached to the skin of the injection part), and then the needle is pulled; in the whole needle pulling process, the pulled steel needle is always shielded by the protective cap under the continuous elastic action of the spring until the steel needle is completely pulled out. Thus, the purpose of preventing puncture is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: different initial standby states can be selected according to operation habits, the limiting clamping state can be conveniently released after injection is completed, and the protective cap can be automatically popped out to shield the steel needle so as to achieve the purpose of preventing puncture. The product not only has reliable performance, overcomes the defect that the steel needle of the existing puncture-proof injector slides, but also has simple structure, easy manufacture and use, greatly reduced cost and easy popularization. The fixed needle puncture-proof injector has simple and small structure, and is particularly suitable for small-dose injection such as vaccine injection, skin test needle and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and drawings, but the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the fixed needle anti-puncture injector in a limiting clamping state comprises an injection cylinder 1, a steel needle 2, a protective cover 3 and a protective cap 4.
The syringe 1 has a fitting 10. An extension seat 13 is arranged at the top end of the joint 10, and a convex clamping edge is arranged on the outer edge of the extension seat 13; the tail part is provided with a raised external thread ring 11.
The steel needle 2 is mounted on the adapter 10 of the syringe 1 in a conventional manner.
The protective cap 4 is sleeved outside the joint 10, the top end of the protective cap is closed, and a pinhole 41 is arranged in the center of the end face. The steel needle 2 passes through the needle hole 41 and is exposed out of the protective cap 4.
A spring 5 (shown in a compressed state) coaxial with the steel needle 2 is arranged inside the top end of the protective cap 4, one end of the spring 5 is fixedly connected with the top end of the protective cap 4, and the other end of the spring 5 is fixedly sleeved with the extension seat 13 through a clamping edge on the outer edge of the extension seat 13 (the end of the spring 5 is clamped through the clamping edge).
The end of the protective cap 4 is an open end, and a raised internal thread 42 is arranged on the inner edge of the open end. The internal thread 42 is adapted to the external thread ring 11. When the cap 4 is rotated clockwise, the female screw 42 and the male screw 11 are locked in position, and the cap 4 and the joint 10 are engaged with each other in a position-limited manner.
The protecting cover 3 is sleeved on the top end of the protecting cap 4 to shield the exposed steel needle 2. The top end of the protective cap 4 is provided with a round table step-shaped structure matched with the sleeving part of the protective cover 3 and a clamping groove (not shown) matched with the protective cover 3.
It will be apparent that fig. 1 shows a typical initial ready-to-use condition of the fixed needle anti-prick syringe of the present invention. When in use, the protective cover 3 is removed, the injection is carried out according to the conventional operation of the injector, after the injection is finished, the protective cap 4 is rotated anticlockwise to relieve the limiting clamping state, and then the needle is pulled. Under the action of the elastic force of the spring 5, the steel needle 2 pulled out in the whole needle pulling process is always shielded by the protective cap 4 until the steel needle 2 is completely pulled out, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing puncture. The whole process has reliable performance, overcomes the defect that the steel needle of the existing puncture-proof syringe slides, has simple structure and easy implementation, and greatly reduces the manufacturing and using cost.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the fixed needle anti-prick syringe of the present invention in a non-limiting engaging state, and is a schematic view of the structure of the syringe shown in fig. 1 after use. It can be seen that the needle 2 is shielded by the cap 4 and due to the fixed connection of the spring 5, the cap 4 will not disengage from the connector 10 when ejected.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, embodiment 2 differs from embodiment 1 only in that: the outer edge of the upper side (the tail end of the extension seat 13) of the joint 10 is provided with a limiting wing 12, and a limiting movable section is formed between the external thread ring 11 and the limiting wing 12. After the limiting block is removed, the internal thread section at the tail end of the protective cap 4 slides into the limiting movable section. The internal thread section of the protective cap 4 can not pass through the limiting wings 12 due to the blocking of the limiting wings 12, so that the protective cap 4 can not be separated from the joint 10, and the protective cap 4 shields the steel needle 2, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing puncture.
