Description

Automatic radioactive drug subpackaging instrument and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to radiopharmaceutical subpackage, in particular to an automatic radiopharmaceutical subpackage instrument and a subpackage method thereof.
Background
The radioactive drug is subpackaged into each collecting bottle according to the required activity.
In the prior art, after a worker takes a source liquid bottle, the volume and the activity of the source liquid bottle are marked on the source liquid bottle. During the partial shipment, the staff calculates the volume that will divide into the receiving flask according to the ratio of activity and volume, for short specific activity, then uses the syringe to absorb the medicine of certain volume from the source liquid bottle to the receiving flask in, and the radiopharmaceutical of ration activity promptly accomplishes the partial shipment.
On one hand, the radioactive decay of the radioactive drug exists, the activity of the radioactive drug in the source liquid bottle is lower than that of a factory label during subpackaging, and the specific activity obtained through calculation is not accurate; on the other hand, the syringe is seriously affected by human factors, so that the sucked amount is inaccurate, and the split charging precision of the radioactive drug is low due to errors in two aspects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic radioactive drug subpackaging instrument which has the characteristic of accurate radioactive drug subpackaging.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: an automatic split charging instrument for radioactive drugs comprises a peristaltic hose, an output needle and an input needle which are communicated with two ends of the peristaltic hose, a peristaltic pump for extruding the peristaltic hose and a box body for packaging the peristaltic pump.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the radioactive medicine with the appointed activity is required to be subpackaged, the steps are as follows, S1, inserting the output needle head into the source liquid bottle, starting the needle head pushing piece and inserting the input needle head into the current collecting bottle, S2, starting the peristaltic pump to enable the peristaltic hose to be filled with the medicine, wherein the number of running turns of the peristaltic pump can be converted into the volume inside the peristaltic hose; s3, measuring the activity of the source liquid bottle by using an activity meter qualified in verification; s4, opening the peristaltic pump to enable the peristaltic pump to subpackage 0.5ml of medicine into the collection bottle, then measuring the radioactivity in the collection bottle, calculating the radioactivity ratio in the collection bottle, and similarly obtaining the radioactivity ratio and the volume of the source liquid bottle according to the radioactivity ratio of the collection bottle; s5: when the radiopharmaceutical with the specified activity is to be obtained, the peristaltic pump is driven to subpackage the corresponding volume of the radiopharmaceutical into the collection bottle according to the specific activity of the radioactivity, and the radiopharmaceutical with the required activity is obtained.
Compared with the prior art, the amount of the pumped medicine is controlled by the peristaltic pump in the whole process, and the control is more accurate; meanwhile, the activity and specific activity of the medicine in the source liquid bottle can be accurately obtained when the medicine is subpackaged every time, and then the medicine is subpackaged according to the activity and specific activity, so that the influence of radioactive decay is reduced in the process. The two improvements provide the present invention with greater accuracy than the dispensing of the prior art.
The invention is further configured to: the automatic radioactive drug subpackaging instrument further comprises a needle head pushing piece used for vertically pushing the needle head downwards.
By adopting the technical scheme, in actual production, the collection bottle is inserted and pulled out once when the collection bottle is replaced, on one hand, manual operation is labor-consuming, and the efficiency is low; on the other hand, the occurrence probability of radioactive contamination is also increased.
The invention is further configured to: the needle head pushing piece is an electric push rod.
By adopting the technical scheme, the electric push rod is more convenient to use; meanwhile, the electric push rod is simple to obtain a power supply and convenient to assemble.
The invention is further configured to: the needle head pushing part is an air cylinder.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the cylinder is comparatively convenient to use.
The invention is further configured to: the needle head pushing part is a hydraulic cylinder.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the pneumatic cylinder is comparatively convenient to use.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing method, which facilitates the automatic dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals using an automatic dispensing apparatus.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: a method of dispensing, the method comprising the steps of:
S1: inserting the output needle into the source liquid bottle, starting the needle pushing piece to insert the input needle into the current collection bottle;
s2: starting the peristaltic pump to fill the peristaltic hose with the medicine, wherein the number of running turns of the peristaltic pump can be converted into the volume inside the peristaltic hose;
s3: measuring the activity of the source liquid bottle by using an activity meter qualified in verification;
s4: starting the peristaltic pump to subpackage 0.5ml of medicine into the collecting bottle, then measuring the radioactivity in the collecting bottle, calculating the radioactivity ratio in the collecting bottle, and similarly obtaining the radioactivity ratio and the volume of the source liquid bottle according to the radioactivity ratio of the collecting bottle;
s5: when the radiopharmaceutical with the specified activity is to be obtained, the peristaltic pump is driven to subpackage the corresponding volume of the radiopharmaceutical into the collection bottle according to the specific activity of the radioactivity, and the radiopharmaceutical with the required activity is obtained.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the automatic partial shipment appearance of use radiopharmaceutical that can be convenient carries out the partial shipment to the medicine.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: compared with the prior art, the amount of the pumped medicine is controlled by the peristaltic pump in the whole process, and the control is more accurate; meanwhile, the activity and specific activity of the radioactive drug in the source liquid bottle can be accurately obtained during each drug subpackaging, then the subpackaging is carried out according to the activity and specific activity, the influence of radioactive decay is reduced in the process, the improvement of the two aspects enables the subpackaging to have higher accuracy compared with the subpackaging in the prior art, the radioactive drug can cause certain harm to the environment and human bodies, the automatic subpackaging instrument can reduce the time for workers to contact the radioactive drug in a short distance, the box body can isolate certain radioactive pollution, and finally the automatic subpackaging instrument is beneficial to the human bodies and the environment.
