s2: after the position of the dressing and the leg is fixed, the switch button 182 on the upper surface of the fixed base 11 is opened, the children story or the children song can be switched at will through the play button 184, the attention of the children can be dispersed in the treatment process, the treatment of medical staff is facilitated, and the interestingness in the treatment process is improved;
s3: the first ultraviolet lamp I226 and the second ultraviolet lamp II 232 in the first chamber and the second chamber in the nursing component containing device 2 are opened in sequence, the nursing component is sterilized, and the upper cover 21 of the nursing component containing device 2 is opened through the handle 211.

s5: one end of the drainage tube 2223 is connected with an aspirator 2222 for providing negative pressure, the other end is connected with an inverted T-shaped drainage head 2224, the drainage head 2224 is embedded in a foam dressing made of polyurethane with an antibacterial effect, the connection part of the drainage head 2223 and the foam dressing is sealed by a sealing unit 2221 adhered to the front end of the drainage head 2224, then a switch of the aspirator 2222 is opened, the negative pressure value and the time for negative pressure extraction are set, the negative pressure sealing drainage operation is started to be performed on the wound of the leg of the patient, drainage liquid is led out through micropores 2227 on the drainage head 2224, the micropores 2227 on the 2224 can enable the negative pressure at the wound to be uniformly distributed, and the discomfort of the patient caused by overlarge local pressure is avoided;
s6: taking the lamp holder fixing part 2232 out of the uncovering 233 on the left side of the second chamber 23 in the nursing component storage device 2, then passing through the through hole 15 to connect the lamp holder 2231, connecting one end of a physical therapy wire 2233 for transmitting microwaves with the lamp holder 2231 through the lamp holder fixing part 2232, connecting the other end of the physical therapy wire 2234 for providing microwaves, turning on a switch of the host 2234, and irradiating the wound for 15-20min by microwaves to perform microwave therapy;
s7: after the completion of the nursing, the nursing components are sequentially stored in the nursing component storage device 2.

Claims (7)

1. A nursing device for postoperative wounds of legs of children is characterized by comprising a fixing device (1) and a nursing component containing device (2) fixedly connected to the fixing device (1);
the fixing device (1) comprises a dressing unit (17), a fixing base (11), a fixing frame (12), a threaded rod (16), an arc-shaped upper extrusion plate (14) and a lower extrusion plate (13), wherein the lower extrusion plate (13) is spirally connected with a fixing pillar (111) fixed on the fixing base (11), the fixing frame (12) is fixedly connected to the fixing base (11), a through hole (15) is formed in the upper end of the upper extrusion plate (14), the lower extrusion plate (13) and the upper extrusion plate (14) are respectively connected with the fixing frame (12) on the fixing base (11) in a nested manner through a cross rod I (141) and a cross rod II (131), and the threaded rod (16) penetrates through the cross rod I (141) and the cross rod II (131) to adjust the distance between the upper extrusion plate (14) and the lower extrusion plate (13) through a knob (161);
nursing subassembly storage device (2) include upper cover (21), first cavity (22) and second cavity (23), be equipped with negative pressure source holding chamber (224), pressure source holding chamber (225) in first cavity (22) and locate first cavity inside (22) about both sides and be used for the sterile ultraviolet lamp I (226) of apparatus, second cavity (23) is including locating ultraviolet lamp II (232) of its upper end middle part, locate microwave host computer holding chamber (231) of its right side bottom, and the left side is equipped with uncapping (233) that is used for passing the microwave physiotherapy lamp holder.

The nursing device for postoperative wounds on legs of children according to claim 1, characterized in that the first chamber (22) is internally provided with an adjustable pressurizing assembly (221), a negative pressure closed drainage assembly (222), and the second chamber (23) is internally provided with a microwave physiotherapy assembly (231); the adjustable pressurizing assembly (221) comprises a semi-arc-shaped air cavity (2211), and a pressure source (2213) which is connected with the air cavity (2211) through a flexible hose (2212) and provides pressure; the negative pressure closed drainage component (222) comprises a suction apparatus (2222) for providing negative pressure, a telescopic drainage tube (2223), an inverted T-shaped drainage head (2224) and a closed unit (2221) adhered to the front end of the drainage head (2224); the microwave physiotherapy assembly (223) comprises a lamp head (2231), a cylindrical lamp head fixing piece (2232), a physiotherapy wire (2233) for transmitting microwaves and a host (2234) for providing microwaves, wherein the host (2234) penetrates through the lamp head fixing piece (2232) through the physiotherapy wire (2233) and is electrically connected with the lamp head (2231);
the adjustable pressurizing assembly (221) and the negative pressure closed drainage assembly (222) are connected with the through hole (15) in a nested manner through a cylindrical conduit (2225) which is arranged on the drainage head (2224) and connected with the drainage tube (2223);
the microwave physiotherapy assembly (223) is connected with the through hole (15) in a nested mode through the lamp holder fixing piece (2232).

The nursing device for postoperative wounds on legs of children according to claim 1, wherein the fixing base (11) is internally provided with a power supply (181), a main controller (18), a memory (185), and a player (186), and the upper surface is provided with a switch button (182), a play button (183), and an audio throttle button (184), which are electrically connected with each other.

The nursing device for postoperative wounds on legs of children according to claim 1, characterized in that the dressing unit (19) is made of medical gauze, and is provided with a dressing filling layer (191) in the middle and hydrogel patches (192) at two ends for facilitating adhesion to the skin.
5. The nursing device for postoperative wounds on legs of children according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper squeeze plate (14) and the lower squeeze plate (13) are both flexible steel plates, and the inner surfaces of the two are provided with anti-slip soft pads (17).
6. A care device for post-operative wounds in the legs of children according to claim 1, characterized in that the closing unit (2221) is composed of a semi-permeable membrane with tightness, elasticity and stretchability properties.
7. A nursing device for postoperative wounds on legs of children according to claim 1, wherein the therapy lamp head is 3-15cm away from the dressing unit above the focus, the treatment time is 20-30 min/time, and the microwave therapy is 1-2 times/day.
