In some exemplary embodiments, the strap detachment aperture is no less than two, extending in a direction away from the open port. Preferably, the strap fixing holes and the strap detaching holes are the same in number. The strap fixing holes correspond to the strap disassembling holes one to one, and the strap fixing holes and the strap disassembling holes can be better utilized.
In some exemplary embodiments, the bosses are no less than two, extending in a direction away from the open port. The bosses can support and be too high for precise instruments, so that the instruments can be conveniently and completely cleaned and sterilized under the condition that the instruments are not required to be detached from the whole protection device.
First embodimentReferring to fig. 1 and 2, a precision surgical instrument protection device designed according to the present invention is illustrated, which mainly comprises a hard protection part and a belt; wherein:
the hard protection part comprises a head end 1 and an epitaxial plate 2, wherein the head end 1 is a functional end protection part which is a cube structure (namely, each surface is a plane structure) with a cavity, one surface of the cube structure is an open port, the rest surfaces are hollow structures, the epitaxial plate 2 is fixed on the open port, and the epitaxial plate 2 extends along the direction far away from the port, so that the hard protection part forms an L-shaped structure; the extension plate 2 is provided with a belt fixing hole 3, a belt disassembling hole 4 and a boss 5, the belt fixing hole 3 is arranged at a position close to the edge of the extension plate 2, and the belt disassembling hole 4 is arranged at the opposite side of the belt fixing hole 3; the belt disassembling hole 4 is in a waist shape, and the opening of the belt disassembling hole extends to the edge of the outer extension plate 2; the boss 5 is located between the strap fixing hole 3 and the strap detaching hole 4.
The flexible band is established by the body of rod 6 and cover and is constituteed at the dog 7 and the fixed screens 8 at body of rod both ends, the body of rod 6 passes the setting of band fixed orifices 3, and the dog 7 is located the back of boss 5, and dog 7 can't pass through from band fixed orifices 3, have sunken 9 on the fixed screens 8, and fixed screens 8 can't dismantle hole 4 through the band, and sunken 9 with can dismantle hole 4 joint together with the band through the beam waist part back of hole 4 is dismantled to the band, make the band form the arch to fix apparatus 13 on epitaxial plate 2, install in head end 1 the important function end of apparatus 13.
It is understood that on the basis of the first embodiment, the following technical solutions including but not limited to the following may be derived to solve different technical problems and achieve different purposes of the invention, and specific examples are as follows:
second embodiment2-4, the flexible strap further includes a positioning chuck 10 disposed between the stopper 7 and the fixing clip 8 by the rod body 6, and the positioning chuck 10 is disposed near the stopper 7; the positioning clamping head 10 cannot penetrate through the strap fixing hole 3, and the distance between the stop head 7 and the positioning clamping head 8 is larger than the thickness of the epitaxial plate 2. The main function of the positioning chuck 10 is to prevent the flexible belt from falling off from the belt fixing hole 3, when the positioning chuck 10 is in a loose state, namely, not matched with the belt detaching hole 4, because the positioning chuck 10 can not pass through the belt fixing hole 3, the flexible belt is always constrained in the extension plate 2, thereby enabling the hard protection part and the belt to be changed at any timeFlexible integration of usage states.
Third embodimentWith continued reference to fig. 2-4, the fixing detent 8 is composed of a first protrusion 11 and a second protrusion 12, and the recess 9 is formed between the first protrusion 11 and the second protrusion 12. In use, since the flexible band has a certain plastic deformability, the recess 9 can be pressed into the band-removing hole 4 from the waist portion of the band-removing hole 4 by an external force, the first protrusion 11 is now located on the back side of the extension plate (i.e. the back side of the boss 5), the second protrusion 12 is located on the front side of the extension plate (i.e. the side where the boss 5 is located), and the entire flexible strap is arched upwards to form an arch, while the first and second protrusions 11 and 12 are disposed obliquely with respect to the outer board in reaction to the flexible strap (against the arching force), this state allows a part of the edge of the first projection 11 to project into the belt-removing hole 4 from below, and a part of the edge of the second projection 12 protrudes into the belt-removing hole 4 from above, which allows the entire fixing clip 8 to be stably clipped with the belt-removing hole 4 without being ejected from the belt-removing hole 4 by the reaction of the flexible belt.
Fourth embodimentWith continued reference to FIG. 1, the strap attaching apertures 3 are no less than two and extend in a direction away from the open port, and the strap detaching apertures 4 are no less than two and extend in a direction away from the open port; the arrangement of the strap fixing hole 3 and the strap dismounting hole 4 is symmetrical relative to the central axis of the extension plate. The quantity of band fixed orifices 3 and band dismantlement hole 4 is the same, and band fixed orifices 3 and band dismantlement hole 4 one-to-one to in dog 7, fixed screens 8 cooperate better with band fixed orifices 3, band dismantlement hole 4 respectively, thereby can utilize band fixed orifices 3 and band dismantlement hole 4 better.
Fifth embodimentWith continued reference to fig. 1, the bosses 5 are no less than two, extending in a direction away from the open port. The bosses can support and be too high for precise instruments, so that the instruments can be conveniently and completely cleaned and sterilized under the condition that the instruments are not required to be detached from the whole protection device.
Sixth embodimentIs followed byWith continued reference to fig. 1, the boss 5 is recessed at its central portion to facilitate better engagement with a surgical instrument having a curved outer surface. The outer surface of part apparatus is curved surface shape, can increase the area of contact between with the apparatus through this kind of boss, can better disperse external force when receiving external force striking, the protection apparatus damages.
Seventh embodimentThe head end 1 and the epitaxial plate 2 are made of transparent materials (organic glass/acrylic), and the flexible bridle is made of silica gel. The head end and the epitaxial plate made of transparent materials are convenient for observing the performance of the functional end of the surgical instrument, and all the processing links after use do not need to be taken down, so that the damage in the processing operation is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved. And the flexible bridle made of silica gel is convenient for bending and fixing the apparatus.
Furthermore, the transparent material can also adopt high-performance PVC or PC or PEI plastic with high temperature and high pressure resistance.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
