Abstract
The application discloses a vertebral pedicle screw-rod system for lifting and resetting a vertebral body of a spine, which comprises a vertebral pedicle screw, a rod, a resetting extension sleeve, a rod pressing sleeve and a rod pressing wrench, wherein the resetting extension sleeve, the rod pressing sleeve and the rod pressing wrench are matched with the vertebral pedicle screw; the pressing rod spanner is in threaded connection with the reset extension sleeve, a step portion is arranged in the middle section of the pressing rod spanner, the step portion supports the pressing rod sleeve, and the pressing rod spanner supports the pressing rod sleeve to drive a pressing rod to the bottom of the U-shaped groove through rotation.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a pedicle screw rod system for lifting and resetting a vertebral column vertebral body.
Background
In the prior art, the development of the minimally invasive spine surgery technology has the advantages of small wound, less pain, quick recovery, good curative effect, less complications, low cost and the like for patients. Meanwhile, higher requirements are provided for medical instruments of related minimally invasive spine surgery; in the traditional operation, the reduction forceps (frog type and gun type) for carrying out vertebral body lifting reduction for reducing the vertebral body after cutting the tissue are designed for the open type operation, the structure of the instrument is larger, and the instrument is not suitable for the minimally invasive operation with small wound surface. Therefore, it is desirable to provide an instrument for lifting and repositioning of vertebral bodies of the spine that is suitable for minimally invasive surgery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pedicle screw rod system for lifting and restoring vertebral bodies of a spine, which overcomes the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a pedicle screw and rod system for lifting and resetting a vertebral column vertebral body comprises a pedicle screw, a rod, a resetting extension sleeve, a rod pressing sleeve and a rod pressing spanner, wherein the resetting extension sleeve, the rod pressing sleeve and the rod pressing spanner are matched with the pedicle screw; the pressing rod spanner is in threaded connection with the reset extension sleeve, a step portion is arranged in the middle section of the pressing rod spanner, the step portion supports the pressing rod sleeve, and the pressing rod spanner supports the pressing rod sleeve to drive a rod to the bottom of the U-shaped groove through rotation.
Preferably, the two ends of the bottom of the nail seat are provided with positioning holes, the reset extension sleeve is connected with the bottom of the nail seat and extends inwards to form a protruding portion, and the protruding portion is matched with the positioning holes.
Preferably, the upper end of the U-shaped groove is upwards inclined to form a positioning notch, and the inner part of the reset extension sleeve is inwards inclined to form an inclined plane boss matched with the positioning notch.
Preferably, the interior of the pressure bar wrench is hollow and provided with internal threads, and the internal threads are matched with the surface threads of the reset extension sleeve.
Compared with the prior art, the pedicle screw rod system lengthens the pedicle screw seat part and is provided with the instrument positioning holes and the guide positioning notches on the left and the right. Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-5, a pedicle screw and rod system for lifting and reduction of vertebral bodies of spine comprises a pedicle screw 1, a rod 2, a reduction extension sleeve 3, a rod pressing sleeve 4 and a rod pressing wrench 5, wherein the reduction extension sleeve 3, the rod pressing sleeve 4 and the rod pressing wrench are matched with the pedicle screw. The pedicle screw 1 comprises a head 101 and a screw seat 102 which are integrally formed, two sides of the screw seat 102 extend upwards to form a U-shaped groove 106, a pressing rod 2 is transversely arranged in the screw seat groove 106, the bottom of the U-shaped groove 106 of the screw seat is provided with a plurality of clamping parts 104, the clamping parts 104 are used for clamping the rod 2, a resetting extension sleeve 2 is sleeved on the screw seat 102, and a resetting extension sleeve 3 is sleeved on the screw seat 102 together with the U-shaped groove 106; the upper end surface of the resetting extension sleeve 3 is provided with threads 302, the pressing rod sleeve 4 is arranged on the resetting extension sleeve 3, two sides of the lower end of the pressing rod sleeve 4 are inwards sunken to form a groove 401, and the groove 401 abuts against the rod 2; pressing rod spanner 5 and 3 threaded connection of extension cover that resets, 5 sections are provided with step portion 502 in the pressing rod spanner, and step portion 502 supports and holds pressing rod sleeve 4, supports through rotatory pressing rod spanner 5 and holds pressing rod sleeve 4 and drive stick 2 to U font recess 106 tank bottoms.
Preferably, both ends of the bottom of the nail seat 102 are provided with positioning holes 103, the reset extension sleeve 3 is connected with the bottom of the nail seat 102 and extends inwards to form a protruding part 301, and the protruding part 301 is matched with the positioning holes 103.

In the technical scheme, the reset extension sleeve 3 is connected with the nail seat 102 through the clamping and finishing of the positioning hole 103 and the boss 301, and the matching of the positioning notch 105 and the inclined plane boss 303 is convenient for the reset extension sleeve 3 to be connected with the nail seat 102, so that the operation is convenient.
Preferably, the inside of the pressure bar wrench 5 is provided with an internal thread 501, and the internal thread 501 is matched with the surface thread 302 of the reset extension sleeve 3.
In conclusion, the pedicle screw rod system lengthens the pedicle screw seat part and is provided with the instrument positioning holes and the guide positioning notches on the left and the right. The pedicle screw is implanted into a vertebral body, after a rod is threaded, the reset extension sleeve is pushed along the notch, the reset extension sleeve can be fixed on the screw seat, the tail of the reset extension sleeve is provided with a thread design, then the rod pressing sleeve is sleeved on the reset extension sleeve, finally the wrench is screwed on the thread of the reset extension sleeve, the rod can be pressed into the screw groove by rotating the wrench, and the vertebral body is pulled and reset to a preset position
