Description

Directional elastic deflection structure of flexible catheter of endoscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of endoscopes, in particular to a directional elastic deflection structure of a flexible catheter of an endoscope.
Background
With the development of minimally invasive treatment technology, endoscope technology has become an indispensable diagnosis and treatment means in some hospital departments due to the fact that accurate and intuitive diagnosis and a minimally invasive treatment method without opening a knife are more and more favored by doctors and patients. When a fiberscope or an electronic scope in an endoscope is used for observing in a human body, in order to realize the inspection in a larger range, the head of the catheter is generally allowed to deflect in a range allowed by a human organ, and the micro fiber or the lens of the electronic scope at the head of the catheter is driven to deflect, so that the shooting range of images in the body is enlarged. The guide tube of the endoscope is generally formed by plastic extrusion, the arrangement of the cavities in the guide tube is not uniform and standard due to the design requirement, when the guide tube is driven to deflect by adopting a long flexible steel wire or other flexible parts, the guide tube can generate deflection in other directions in the preset deflection direction, so that errors in the deflection direction, which is referred to as deflection in the industry, can be caused, and the endoscope guide tube cannot enter a corresponding organ to be observed when the endoscope guide tube deflects due to overlarge deflection or touches the organ inside a human body when the endoscope guide tube deflects, so that adverse effects are caused on the operation process. At present, the control of the deflection of the catheter is generally to set a limit value in production, and if the deflection is out of tolerance in product inspection, rework processing is carried out as required until an endoscope product which can meet the requirement of the deflection limit value is processed. However, due to the material properties of the flexible guide tube, deviations of different degrees almost inevitably occur, which results in a decrease in the yield of the endoscope guide tube, a large number of rework situations, and even an uncorrectable situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a directional elastic deflection structure capable of effectively correcting the deflection direction of an endoscope catheter and preventing the endoscope catheter from deviating.
In order to achieve the purpose, the directional elastic deflection structure of the flexible catheter of the endoscope comprises a flexible sheath of the endoscope and a steering steel wire which is coaxially arranged in the flexible sheath of the endoscope, the front end of the steering steel wire is fixed at the front end of the flexible sheath of the endoscope, a channel hole is arranged in the flexible sheath of the endoscope along the axial direction of the flexible sheath, and the directional elastic deflection structure is characterized in that: an elastic deflection piece which can deflect and reset at least to one side is coaxially arranged on the steering steel wire or in the channel hole or on the endoscope soft sheath.
The elastic deflection piece can be a unidirectional deflection piece or a bidirectional deflection piece, and when the elastic deflection piece is a unidirectional deflection piece, the elastic deflection piece has the following three structures:
the structure I is as follows:
the elastic deflection piece comprises a one-way elastic guide pipe, and a plurality of first V-shaped grooves which are transversely arranged are uniformly arranged on one side surface of the one-way elastic guide pipe at intervals along the axial direction of the one-way elastic guide pipe.
The structure II is as follows:
the elastic deflection piece comprises an elastic and elongated spring plate and a spring, and one side surface of the spring is coaxially fixed on the surface of the spring plate.
The structure is three:
the elastic deflection piece comprises a spring plate and a two-way elastic conduit, wherein the spring plate is elastic and long-strip-shaped, the two side surfaces of the two-way elastic conduit, which correspond to each other, are respectively arranged along the second V-shaped grooves, a plurality of transverse arrangements are arranged in the axial direction of the two-way elastic conduit at intervals, the second V-shaped grooves on the surfaces of the two opposite sides of the two-way elastic conduit are arranged in a staggered manner, and one side surface of the spring plate is coaxially fixed on the two-way elastic conduit and is provided with one side surface of each second V-shaped groove.
When the resilient deflection member is a bi-directional deflection member:
the elastic deflection piece comprises a bidirectional elastic conduit, a plurality of transversely-arranged second V-shaped grooves are uniformly formed in the two corresponding side surfaces of the bidirectional elastic conduit along the axial direction of the bidirectional elastic conduit at intervals, and the second V-shaped grooves in the two opposite side surfaces of the bidirectional elastic conduit are arranged in a staggered mode along the axial direction of the bidirectional elastic conduit.
Furthermore, the one-way elastic conduit is a straight pipe made of elastic material which has elasticity and can be restored after being bent and deformed.
Furthermore, the bidirectional elastic conduit is a straight pipe made of elastic material which has elasticity and can be restored after being subjected to bending deformation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the flexible endoscope sheath is assisted to deflect by the elastic deflection piece which deflects in one direction or two directions, so that the consistency of all positions of the flexible endoscope sheath in the deflection direction is improved, and the accuracy of controlling the deflection direction of the plastic flexible catheter is improved;
2. by utilizing the structure and material characteristics of the elastic deflection piece, the soft sheath of the endoscope can accurately reset after the deflection traction force is cancelled, so that the self-resetting capability of the flexible catheter is improved;
3. the phenomena of offset reworking and scrapping of the endoscope soft sheath are reduced, the yield of products is improved, and the production cost is saved.
4. The endoscope soft sheath added with the elastic deflection piece has a simple structure, is easy to process and is convenient to popularize.
