As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a dish washing apparatus according to a first embodiment includes: a housing 10, a water cup 20 and an electrolysis structure 30. The cup 20 is disposed within the housing 10. The electrolytic structure 30 includes an electrode 31, the electrode 31 being disposed within the cup 20.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the electrolysis structure 30 is opened when residual water exists in the tableware cleaning device, the electrolysis structure 30 electrolyzes the residual water in the water cup 20, and the electrolysis structure 30 is closed after the electrolysis is finished, so that the phenomenon that the residual water in the water cup is long-term and bacteria is bred or peculiar smell is generated can be effectively avoided. The technical scheme of the embodiment effectively solves the problem that residual water is easy to accumulate in the tableware washing device in the prior art.
It should be noted that if there is no residual water in the cup 20, it may not be necessary to electrolyze the residual water.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the first embodiment, the bottom of the cup 20 has a mounting portion, and the electrode 31 is mounted on the bottom of the cup 20. The above structure is advantageous for completely electrolyzing the residual water in the water cup 20. Residual water can accumulate towards the bottom of the cup 20 under the action of gravity, and the electrode 31 is arranged at the bottom of the cup 20, so that the residual water can be electrolyzed more thoroughly.
As shown in fig. 4, in the first embodiment, the mounting portion includes two through holes, two electrodes 31 correspond to the two through holes, and the two electrodes 31 are hermetically inserted into the two through holes, respectively. The above structure allows the two electrodes 31 to be separately provided, which avoids the problem that the two electrodes 31 interfere with each other. It should be noted that the two electrodes 31 are both located at the lowest position of the cup 20, and a plane is formed between the two electrodes 31, so that the residual water can be electrolyzed thoroughly.
As shown in fig. 4, in the first technical solution of the embodiment, the electrode 31 includes an electrode main rod 311 and a position-limiting portion 312, the position-limiting portion 312 is disposed at a first end of the electrode main rod 311, a second end of the electrode main rod 311 passes through the through hole, the second end of the electrode main rod 311 is located in the cup 20, and the conducting wire is connected to the first end of the electrode main rod 311. The structure has the advantages of low processing cost and convenient installation.
As shown in fig. 4, in the first technical solution of the embodiment, a sealing ring is interposed between the limiting portion 312 and the outer wall of the cup 20, and the sealing ring is connected between the limiting portion 312 and the cup 20, so that the electrode 31 and the cup 20 are sealed. Specifically, the limiting portion 312 has a plate-shaped structure.
As shown in fig. 4, in the first embodiment, the electrode 31 is fixed on the cup 20 by the engagement of the limiting portion 312 and the screw. The structure has lower processing cost. Specifically, the bottom of the cup 20 has two upward grooves, and internal threads are disposed in the grooves, and screws pass through the limiting portion 312 and are fixed in the grooves in a matching manner.
As shown in fig. 6, in the first embodiment, the dish washing apparatus further includes a micro control unit electrically connected to the electrode 31 for detecting whether there is residual water in the cup 20. After the tableware is washed and dried, a Micro Control Unit (MCU) detects whether there is residual water through the electrodes, and when there is no residual water, the resistance between the two electrodes is large, and when there is residual water, the resistance between the two electrodes is small. When no residual water is detected, the MCU control program is ended, when residual water is detected, the MCU starts the electrolysis and ventilation structure 40 when residual water is detected, the MCU continuously detects until the residual water is electrolyzed, and the program is stopped.
As shown in fig. 1, in the first embodiment, the dish washing apparatus further includes a ventilation structure 40, and the ventilation structure 40 is disposed on the housing 10. The ventilation structure 40 is provided to facilitate the replacement of the air in the housing 10, so that the housing 10 is not easily contaminated, and even generate odor. It should be noted that the ventilation structure 40 includes an air inlet, the air inlet is disposed on the side wall of the casing 10, an air inlet fan and a filter structure are disposed on the air inlet, the air inlet fan is disposed to facilitate the forced ventilation of the casing 10, and the filter structure is disposed to facilitate filtering out the pollutants in the control. The ventilation structure 40 further includes an exhaust hole and an exhaust fan, the exhaust hole is disposed at the front side of the casing 10, specifically, on the opening and closing door of the casing 10, and the exhaust fan is disposed on the exhaust hole. The above structure makes the exhaust path in the case 10 longer, so that the effect of discharging the substances generated by the electrolyzed water is better. Specifically, the intake port is provided at a position closer to the rear side of the side wall of the housing.
As shown in FIG. 5, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the electrode 31 is fixed on the cup 20 through the electrode main rod 311 by a nut. The nut is arranged in the shell 10, the structure is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the nut is a conductor, so that the nut connected with the electrode 31 has an electrolysis function. Specifically, the nut may be made of graphite, which is the same as the electrode main rod 311.
Referring to fig. 6, in the method for washing dishes of the present application, the above-mentioned dish washing apparatus is used, and the micro control unit is the above-mentioned micro control unit. The steps of washing the tableware are as follows: A. washing an object to be cleaned; B. after washing, detecting whether residual water exists in the water cup 20 by using the micro control unit; C. if there is residual water to electrolyze the residual water, and if there is no residual water, the procedure is ended. The above-described cleaning step facilitates removal of residual water that accumulates within the cup 20. Specifically, the step a further includes drying the object to be cleaned after the object to be cleaned is washed.
