An intelligent baking system of an oven is characterized by comprising an oven body, wherein the oven body is divided into an upper oven body and a lower oven body, an entrance and an exit of a baking frame are arranged on the upper oven body, an oven body is arranged in the lower oven body, nine-needle data connectors are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the upper oven body, a gap is arranged between the oven body and the oven body, a liner is further arranged in the oven body, a first baking frame and a second baking frame are arranged in the oven body, the baking frame is arranged in the oven body in a lifting manner, a first lifting mechanism is arranged on two sides of the first baking frame, a second lifting mechanism is arranged on two sides of the second baking frame, a first heating plate, a second heating plate and a third heating plate are arranged in the liner, the first heating plate is arranged on the outer side of the first baking frame, the second heating plate is arranged between the first baking frame and the second baking frame, the third heating plate is arranged on the outer side of the, the first heating plate, the second heating plate and the third heating plate are all connected with temperature sensors, the temperature sensors are further connected with a controller, the controller is connected with a camera, a temperature detector, a code scanner, a control switch and infrared correlation, the camera is fixed on the side wall of the oven body through a fixing frame, the temperature detector is fixedly installed on the side wall of the oven body corresponding to the oven body of the oven frame, the code scanner is fixedly installed at one end of the upper box body, the infrared correlation is fixedly installed at the other end of the upper box body, an oil receiving disc is further arranged at the lower part of the oven body, the oil receiving disc performs inlet and outlet motion through a moving mechanism and a moving slide rail, the moving mechanism is arranged on one side of the oil receiving disc, the moving mechanism comprises a moving motor, the moving motor is further provided with a moving gear, the moving gear is further connected with a moving rack, and the, the movable sliding rail is arranged on the other side of the oil receiving disc;
the first lifting mechanism comprises a first motor, a second motor, a first gear, a second gear, a first relative gear, a second relative gear, a first U-shaped rack and a second U-shaped rack, a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, a third fixing plate and a fourth fixing plate are arranged on two sides of the oven body, the first fixing plate, the second fixing plate, the third fixing plate and the fourth fixing plate are fixed on the oven body through bolts, and the first fixing plate, the second fixing plate, the third fixing plate and the fourth fixing plate are longer than the oven body;
the first motor is fixed at the lower end of a first fixing plate, a first gear rotating shaft is arranged on the first motor, the first gear is fixed at the upper end of the first fixing plate, the first gear rotating shaft and the first gear are connected together through a first belt, the first gear is connected with a first opposite gear through a rotating shaft, the first opposite gear is meshed with a first U-shaped rack and connected together, the second motor is fixed at the lower end of a second fixing plate, a second gear rotating shaft is arranged on the first motor, the second gear is fixed at the upper end of the second fixing plate, the second gear is connected with a second gear through a second belt, the second gear is connected with a second opposite gear through a rotating shaft, and the second opposite gear is meshed with a second U-shaped rack and connected together;
the second lifting mechanism comprises a third motor, a fourth motor, a third gear, a fourth gear, a third counter gear, a fourth counter gear, a third U-shaped rack and a fourth U-shaped rack,
the third motor is fixed at the lower end of the second fixing plate, a third gear rotating shaft is arranged on the third motor, the third gear is fixed at the upper end of the third fixing plate, the third gear rotating shaft and the third gear are connected together through a third belt, the third gear is connected with a third counter gear through a rotating shaft, the third counter gear is meshed with a third U-shaped rack and connected together, the fourth motor is fixed at the lower end of the fourth fixing plate, a fourth gear rotating shaft is arranged on the fourth motor, the fourth gear is fixed at the upper end of the fourth fixing plate, the fourth gear is connected with the fourth gear through a fourth belt, the fourth gear is connected with a fourth counter gear through a rotating shaft, and the fourth counter gear is meshed with a fourth U-shaped rack;
the upper box body is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation fans, the heat dissipation fans are fixed on one side of the upper box body in a bolt mode, and a plurality of convection heat dissipation holes are further formed in the positions, corresponding to the heat dissipation fans, of the upper box body.
2. The oven smart grilling system as recited in claim 1 further comprising: first hot plate, second hot plate and third hot plate pass through the draw-in groove to be fixed in the oven, the draw-in groove passes through the bolt fastening on the lateral wall of oven body.

The oven smart grilling system as recited in claim 1 further comprising: the upper box body and the lower box body are fixed together in a detachable mode, wherein pillars are arranged on three corners of the lower portion of the upper box body, three holes are formed in the upper portion of the lower box body corresponding to the three positions of the pillars, and the pillars are inserted into the holes to play a role in fixing.
