Because the plurality of tool holders 41 are connected into a semicircular structure, the belt pulleys between two adjacent tool holders 41 are not in the same plane, and the transition belt pulley 43 needs to be in transition steering in the middle part to realize belt transmission. The double-groove belt pulleys 412 on two adjacent tool holders 41 are connected through a belt; the double-groove belt pulley of the tool rest connected with the tool rest rotating frame 3 is connected with a belt pulley IV 34 through a belt.

During the rotation of the cutter holder 4, the movable blade 413 and the fixed blade 414 form a shearing action to cut the shrub.
