9. The method of claim 6, wherein after performing the random drawing operation according to the single drawing rate corresponding to each of the currently drawable prizes, further comprising:
receiving the lottery result from the IVR platform server and the website server, and storing the result in the database;
and counting and summarizing the lottery drawing results from the IVR platform server and the website server, and updating the lottery drawing information.
