The present application further provides an information processing apparatus applied to a target device, including: a unbinding result message obtaining unit, configured to obtain an unbinding result message that the target device information and the target service provider information sent by the message synchronization system have been unbound, where the message synchronization system is a system configured to synchronize a message to a target device corresponding to the target device information; and the binding relationship removing unit is used for removing the binding relationship between the target equipment information and the target service provider information.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages:
the application provides an information processing method, wherein a terminal application providing service in terminal equipment identifies a binding identification code displayed in equipment to be bound, and obtains an identifier of the binding identification code; sending the identifier of the binding identification code to a service identification code generation system which generates the binding identification code, and acquiring the equipment information of the equipment to be bound, which is provided by the service identification code generation system; and the terminal application acquires target service provider information capable of being bound with the equipment to be bound, and sends a request message for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound and the target service provider information to the terminal application supporting system so as to acquire a binding result returned by the terminal application supporting system for the request message. According to the method and the device, the binding of the device to be bound and the target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information can be completed through the identification of the binding identification code by the terminal application, and the operation of inputting information into the device to be bound is reduced, so that the binding process is optimized, the binding efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the binding success rate of the device to be bound and the target service provider is also improved.
The application also provides an information processing method, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a device management system for managing the device to be bound obtains device information of the device to be bound; the equipment management system obtains a request message sent by a terminal application support system for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound with the target service provider information, wherein the terminal application support system is a system used for providing service support for terminal application at a server side, and the terminal application is used for providing service in the terminal equipment; and the equipment management system binds the equipment information of the equipment to be bound with the target service provider information. According to the method and the device, the device management system obtains the request message sent by the terminal application support system and used for binding the device information of the device to be bound with the target service provider information, and the binding of the device to be bound and the target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information can be completed, so that the binding process is optimized, the binding efficiency is improved, and the binding success rate of the device to be bound and the target service provider is also improved.
The application also provides an information processing method, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a terminal application used for providing service in a terminal device obtains a binding relationship between target service provider information and target device information, the terminal application sends a request message used for removing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information to a terminal application supporting system, and the terminal application obtains a unbinding result returned by the terminal application supporting system aiming at the request message. By the method, the operation of unbinding can be reduced at the bound device end, namely, the unbinding of the target service provider information and the bound target device information can be finished in the terminal application by initiating a request for unbinding the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information at the terminal application.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
Some embodiments provided by the present application may be applied to a scenario in which a terminal device 101 where a terminal application is located interacts with a device to be bound 102 and a server 103, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an application scenario embodiment provided by the present application. The terminal device 101 first establishes a connection with the device to be bound 102 and the server 103, respectively, and the device to be bound 102 and the server 103 establish a connection. After connection, a terminal application in the terminal device 101 scans a two-dimensional code displayed on a display interface of the device to be bound 102, displays inquiry information whether to bind the device information of the device to be bound with the target service provider information on the display interface of the terminal device 101, and sends a request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound with the target service provider information to the server 103 by a confirmation trigger operation on the inquiry information; the server 103 receives the request message, binds the device information of the device to be bound with the target service provider information, and sends the binding result to the device to be bound 102 and the terminal application in the terminal device 101 after the binding is completed. This application scenario embodiment is provided for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the information processing method of the present application, and is not intended to limit the information processing method of the present application. The following describes embodiments provided by the present application.
A first embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, where an application main body of the method may be a terminal application used for providing a business service in a terminal device, and the terminal application is, for example, a terminal application used for providing a business service for a merchant in the terminal device. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S201, identifying the binding identification code displayed in the device to be bound, and obtaining the identification of the binding identification code.
In this embodiment, the device to be bound refers to a device that can be bound with a service provider, for example, the device to be bound may be a meal ordering screen device, a number calling screen device, a screen making device, and the like, and the device to be bound may display a binding identifier. The binding identification code refers to a bar code, a two-dimensional code and the like which are formed by image identification elements according to a specific coding rule, and has the characteristics of convenience in carrying data, easiness in generation and easiness in decoding. In this embodiment, the binding identifier is an identifier for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the service provider information. In this embodiment, the service provider may be a restaurant, a movie theater, etc., and the service provider information is information of the restaurant, such as an identifier of the restaurant, a location of the restaurant, etc.
The terminal application has a function of identifying the binding identification code, and specifically, the binding identification code can be identified by scanning a display interface of the device to be bound. Specifically, the terminal application scans a two-dimensional code displayed in the device to be bound to obtain an identifier of the two-dimensional code, where the two-dimensional code is used for binding device information of the device to be bound to service provider information.
Step S202, sending the identification of the binding identification code to a service identification code generation system which generates the binding identification code, and obtaining the equipment information of the equipment to be bound, which is provided by the service identification code generation system.
The service identification code generation system is a system capable of generating a service identification code; the service identification code may include a wide variety, such as a service identification code for payment, or a service identification code for opening a door, or a service identification code for adding a friend, and so on. In this step, the identifier based on the binding identifier is an identifier for representing and binding the device information of the device to be bound and the service provider information, so when the terminal application sends the identifier of the binding identifier to the service identifier generation system that generates the binding identifier, the service identifier generation system returns the binding identifier containing the device information of the device to be bound and the service provider information to the terminal application according to the identifier of the binding identifier, so that the terminal application obtains the device information of the device to be bound.
In this embodiment, the device information includes a device type of the device, a device identifier, and binding identifier generation time information; the device type is a device type that the device to be bound can be used by a service provider corresponding to the service provider information, that is, when the device to be bound and the corresponding service provider can be bound, the device to be bound can be applied in the service provider. For example, if the service provider is a catering type service provider and the device to be bound is a hair dryer, the hair dryer is not suitable for use in the catering type service provider. If the device to be bound is a meal ordering screen device, the meal ordering screen device can provide a meal ordering function for a customer in a meal type service provider. That is, the device type of the device to be bound needs to match the usage scenario of the service provider, and cannot be separated from the actual needs of the service provider. In this embodiment, the binding identifier generation time information refers to the time when the binding identifier is generated.
Step S203, obtaining the target service provider information that can be bound with the device to be bound. In this step, the target service provider information is information corresponding to the service provider selected by the merchant and to be bound with the device to be bound. The target service provider information bound by the device to be bound can be acquired in the following way:
specifically, firstly, candidate service provider information corresponding to current account information is acquired, wherein the current account information is account information which is currently used for logging in the terminal application; after a merchant logs in a terminal application through account information, a plurality of candidate service provider information are corresponded to the account information, and the candidate service provider information may be possessed by the merchant before or selected at present. The candidate service provider information refers to service provider information corresponding to a service provider which can be bound by the equipment to be bound; the service provider identification is a flag that characterizes the service provider. For example, if the device to be bound is an ordering screen device, one or more candidate service providers capable of binding with the ordering screen device may be provided; such as number 1 service provider, number 2 service provider, number 3 service provider, and the like, these candidate service providers may all be bound with the ordering screen device, so that the information corresponding to these candidate service providers is the candidate service provider information. After a terminal application acquires candidate service provider information corresponding to current account information, displaying the candidate service provider information on a display interface of terminal equipment where the terminal application is located; the merchant selects the service provider information needing to be bound from the candidate service provider information, the selected candidate service provider information is the target service provider information, and one or more selectable candidate service provider information can be selected.
In this embodiment, the terminal application obtains target service provider information that can be bound to the device to be bound, and may also obtain the target service provider information in the following manner, specifically, obtain geographical location information of the device to be bound and geographical location information corresponding to the candidate service provider information; and selecting the service provider information with the geographic position information matched with the geographic position information of the equipment to be bound from the candidate service provider information as the target service provider information. For example, the device to be bound is ordering screen device and is located at position a, there are multiple candidate service providers, which may be number 1 store at position 1, number 2 store at position 2, number 3 store at position 3, and number 4 store at position 4, and the distance value between each candidate service provider and the ordering screen device is 130m, 200m, 160m, and 400m in sequence, then the candidate service providers are sorted in order from small to large, and then the terminal applies the obtained candidate service providers are number 1 store at position 1, number 3 store at position 3, number 2 store at position 2, and number 4 store at position 4 in sequence, so that the candidate service provider information corresponding to the candidate service provider closest to the ordering screen device is used as target service provider information. It is to be understood that the number of candidate service providers is not limited to this, and the merchant may preferentially select the candidate service provider information corresponding to the candidate service provider with the smaller distance value as the target service provider information.
For example, taking the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider as an example, if the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider is 95 minutes, the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider No. 1 is 50 minutes, and the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider No. 3 is 40 minutes, the candidate service provider information corresponding to the candidate service provider No. 1 may be taken as the target service provider information. Any method capable of acquiring the target service provider information is within the scope of the embodiments of the present application. It should be further noted that the candidate service providers in this embodiment are not limited to the candidate service providers in the catering industry, and may also be candidate service providers in the beauty industry, the hotel industry, and the supermarket industry, which are not listed here.
In this embodiment, the terminal application sends the device information and the candidate service provider information to a terminal application support system to obtain information on whether the binding identifier provided by the terminal application support system is invalid; if the binding identification code is not invalid, the terminal application obtains target service provider information which can be bound with the equipment to be bound from the candidate service provider information; and if the binding identification code is invalid, the terminal application does not obtain the target service provider information which can be bound with the equipment to be bound from the candidate service provider information any more.
The obtaining of the information whether the binding identifier provided by the terminal application support system fails specifically includes: firstly, the terminal application supporting system obtains identification time information of the binding identification code identified by the terminal application; the identification time information of the binding identifier is generated when the terminal application identifies the binding identifier, and is essentially a time of day, for example, 20XX year, 8 month, 5 day, 17 hour, 33 minute, 8 second, 40 millisecond. Then, the terminal application supporting system obtains the difference value between the identification time information of the binding identification code and the binding identification code generation time information; the binding identifier generation time information refers to the time when the binding identifier is generated, for example, the binding identifier generation time information is 35 milliseconds, 33 minutes, 8 seconds and 35 milliseconds at 17 hours, 8 months and 5 days in 20XX year, so that the difference between the identification time information and the binding identifier generation time information can be obtained, namely 5 milliseconds. And finally, judging whether the difference is smaller than a threshold value, if not, sending failure information of the binding identification code to the terminal application by the terminal application supporting system, displaying the failure information on a display interface of the terminal equipment where the terminal application is located, and according to the failure information, the merchant does not select target service provider information which can be bound with the equipment to be bound from the candidate service provider information. And if so, the terminal application obtains the target service provider information which can be bound with the equipment to be bound from the candidate service provider information through the triggering operation of the merchant.
Step S204, sending a request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information to a terminal application support system. The terminal application support system is a system used for providing service support for the terminal application at a server side.
Before executing the step, the terminal application displays inquiry information whether to bind the equipment information of the equipment to be bound with the target service provider information on a display interface of the terminal equipment where the terminal application is located; for example, the query information includes "is it determined to associate the device with the following service provider? A reminder of store #1 at location #1, and related information such as "approve and activate button". Then, the merchant triggers a relevant button in the display interface so as to send a request message; the request message specifically includes the device information, the target service provider information, and event request information for binding the device information and the target service provider information.
Step S205, obtaining a binding result returned by the terminal application support system for the request message.
In this step, the binding result obtained by the terminal application includes a result that the device information and the target service provider information are successfully bound, or a result that the device information and the target service provider information are unsuccessfully bound. For example, when the device information is successfully bound with the target service provider information, the terminal application displays a prompt of a square root and a relevant character on a display interface of the terminal device where the terminal application is located; when the binding of the equipment information and the target service provider information fails, a prompt of 'x' and related characters and the like can be shown on a display interface; so that the merchant can clearly and timely obtain the binding result between the device to be bound and the target service provider.
A first embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, in which a terminal application providing a service in a terminal device identifies a binding identifier displayed in a device to be bound, and obtains an identifier of the binding identifier; sending the identifier of the binding identification code to a service identification code generation system which generates the binding identification code, and acquiring the equipment information of the equipment to be bound, which is provided by the service identification code generation system; and the terminal application acquires target service provider information capable of being bound with the equipment to be bound, and sends a request message for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound and the target service provider information to the terminal application supporting system so as to acquire a binding result returned by the terminal application supporting system for the request message. According to the method and the device, the binding of the device to be bound and the target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information can be completed through the identification of the binding identification code by the terminal application, and the operation of inputting information into the device to be bound is reduced, so that the binding process is optimized, the binding efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the binding success rate of the device to be bound and the target service provider is also improved.
A second embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, where an application subject of the method may be a device to be bound, where the device to be bound is a device that can be bound with a service provider, and for example, the device to be bound may be a meal ordering screen device, a number calling screen device, a screen making device, and the like. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a second embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S301, sending a request message for acquiring the binding identifier to the device management system.
In this step, the binding identifier refers to a bar code, a two-dimensional code, or the like, which is composed of image identification elements according to a specific encoding rule, and has the characteristics of convenience in carrying data, easiness in generation and easiness in decoding. In this embodiment, the binding identifier is an identifier for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the service provider information. The request message for acquiring the binding identification code at least comprises an equipment serial number, an equipment manufacturer and an equipment model. The device management system is a management system for managing the devices to be bound.
Step S302, obtaining the binding identifier returned by the device management system.
In this step, the binding identifier returned by the device management system includes device information of the device to be bound, where the device information of the device to be bound includes a device type of the device, a device identifier, and binding identifier generation time information; the device type is a device type which can be used by a service provider corresponding to the service provider information, namely when the device to be bound can be bound with the corresponding service provider, the device to be bound can be applied in the service provider; for example, if the service provider is a catering type service provider and the device to be bound is an electric hair dryer, the electric hair dryer is not suitable for use in the catering type service provider. If the device to be bound is a meal ordering screen device, the meal ordering screen device can provide a meal ordering function for a customer in a meal type service provider. That is, the device type of the device to be bound needs to match the usage scenario of the service provider, and cannot be separated from the actual needs of the service provider. In this embodiment, the binding identifier generation time information is the time when the binding identifier is generated. The service provider may be a restaurant, a movie theater, etc., and the service provider information is information about the restaurant, such as the restaurant's identification, the restaurant's location, etc.
Step S303, displaying the binding identification code. In order to realize the binding of the device to be bound and the target service provider, the terminal application can scan the binding identification code conveniently, and the device to be bound displays the binding identification code on a display interface.
Step S304, after receiving the scanning operation of the binding identifier by the terminal application for providing the service in the terminal device, obtaining a message that the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information provided by the device management system are bound.
Before the obtaining of the message that the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information provided by the device management system are bound, the method further includes: the device to be bound sends a query message of whether the device information of the device to be bound is bound with the service provider information to a device management system; if so, the device to be bound obtains a message that the device information of the device to be bound and the service provider information provided by the device management system are bound; and if not, the equipment to be bound receives the scanning operation of the binding identification code by the terminal application for providing the service in the terminal equipment. Wherein the query message includes the device information of the device to be bound. The method and the device for binding the device information to be bound have the advantages that whether the device information of the device to be bound is bound with the service provider information or not is inquired, the binding condition of the bound device and the target service provider can be timely obtained, if the device information is bound, the binding operation of the bound device and the target service provider is not needed, and therefore the binding efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, before the sending, by the device to be bound, an inquiry message indicating whether the device information of the device to be bound has service provider information to a device management system, the method further includes: and the equipment to be bound acquires the equipment information of the equipment to be bound provided by the equipment management system.
Corresponding to the first embodiment, after the terminal application scans and identifies the binding identifier, the terminal application sends the service provider information, which can be used as candidate service provider information, to the terminal application support system. The device to be bound can obtain the information that the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information are bound, wherein the information is obtained by inquiring the device to be bound, and the device information of the device to be bound and the candidate service provider information do not have a binding relationship, so that the device to be bound can obtain the information that the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information are bound, which is provided by the device management system, after a terminal application triggers a request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information. The target service provider information is information corresponding to the service provider selected by the merchant and bound with the device to be bound, and the target service provider information can be selected from candidate service provider information. The bound message includes target service provider information bound with the device information of the device to be bound.
By using the method, the binding identification code containing the equipment information of the equipment to be bound can be acquired, the binding identification code is displayed to the terminal application, and the information that the equipment information of the equipment to be bound and the target service provider information are bound is acquired based on the scanning operation of the terminal application on the binding identification code. According to the embodiment, the binding of the device to be bound and the target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information can be completed through the displayed binding identification code of the device to be bound, so that the operation of inputting information into the device to be bound is reduced, the binding process is optimized, the binding efficiency is improved, and the binding success rate of the device to be bound and the target service provider is also improved.
A third embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, an application subject of the method may be a device management system for managing a device to be bound, fig. 4 is a flowchart of the information processing method provided in the third embodiment of the present application, and the method provided in this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 4, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S401, obtaining the device information of the device to be bound. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
the application subject of the method may be a device management system for managing the devices to be bound. Firstly, the device management system receives a request message which is sent by a device to be bound and used for acquiring a binding identification code, wherein the binding identification code refers to a bar code, a two-dimensional code and other binding identification codes which are formed by image identification elements according to a specific coding rule, and the binding identification code has the characteristics of convenience in carrying data, easiness in generation and easiness in decoding. In this embodiment, the binding identifier is an identifier for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the service provider information. And secondly, sending the equipment information to a service identification code generating system for generating a binding identification code, and acquiring the binding identification code which is provided by the service identification code generating system and used for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound and the service provider information. In this embodiment, the device information includes a device type of the device, a device identifier, and binding identifier generation time information. The device type is a device type that the device to be bound can be used by a service provider corresponding to the service provider information, that is, when the device to be bound and the corresponding service provider can be bound, the device to be bound can be applied in the service provider. Correspondingly, the binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information by the device management system includes: and the equipment management system binds the equipment information of the equipment to be bound, the target service provider information and the target account information.
By using the method, the device information of the device to be bound can be obtained, the service provider information to be bound with the device to be bound is obtained, and the device management system binds the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information according to the request message sent by the terminal application support system, so as to bind the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information. The binding process is optimized, the binding efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the binding success rate of the device to be bound and the target service provider is improved.
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, an application main body of the method may be a terminal application support system, fig. 5 is a flowchart of the information processing method provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application, and the method provided in this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 5. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 5, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S501, a first request message sent by the terminal application for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information is obtained. The application main body of the method is a terminal application support system, the terminal application support system is a system which is used for providing service support for the terminal application at a server side, and the terminal application is used for providing service in terminal equipment.
Before this step, also include: and the terminal application supporting system acquires the candidate service provider information to be bound with the equipment information of the equipment to be bound. Corresponding to the first embodiment, the terminal application sends the candidate service provider information to be bound, which is provided by the terminal application, to the terminal application supporting system while obtaining the information whether the binding identifier provided by the terminal application supporting system is invalid. In this step, the obtaining, by the terminal application support system, a first request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information, which is sent by the terminal application, includes: the device information, the target service provider information, and event request information binding the device information and the target service provider information.
Further, after the terminal application support system obtains a first request message sent by a terminal application and used for binding the device information of the device to be bound with the target service provider information, the terminal application support system judges whether the device information of the device to be bound is allowed to be bound with the target service provider information; and if the terminal application support system judges that the equipment information of the equipment to be bound is not allowed to be bound with the target service provider information, the terminal application support system sends a binding failure result to the terminal application. Step S502, sending a second request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information to the device management system. A thirteenth embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing method, where an application main body of the method may be a terminal application used for providing a business service in a terminal device, and the terminal application is, for example, a terminal application used for providing a business service for a merchant in the terminal device. Fig. 11 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a thirteenth embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 11. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 11, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S1101, obtaining a binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information.
In this step, the target device corresponding to the target device information is a device used by a target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information. In this embodiment, the target service provider may be a restaurant, a movie theater, or the like, and the target service provider information is information of the restaurant, such as an identifier of the restaurant, a location of the restaurant, or the like. The target device can be a meal ordering screen device, a number calling screen device, a making screen device and the like. Obtaining a binding relationship between target service provider information and target device information, specifically comprising:
firstly, the terminal application acquires target service provider information; when a merchant uses a terminal application in terminal equipment, the merchant logs in the terminal application through current account information, wherein the current account information is account information which is currently used for logging in the terminal application. There are many candidate service provider information corresponding to the account information, and the candidate service provider information may be previously owned by the merchant or currently selected by the merchant. Specifically, a merchant triggers an operation of acquiring candidate service provider information corresponding to current account information on a display interface of a terminal device where the terminal application is located, so as to send a request message for acquiring the candidate service provider information corresponding to the current account information to a terminal application supporting system for providing service support for the terminal application, thereby obtaining the candidate service provider information corresponding to the current account information returned by the terminal application supporting system for the request message, and displaying the candidate service provider information on the display interface of the terminal device where the terminal application is located. The candidate service provider information may be service provider No. 1, service provider No. 2, service provider No. 3, and the like, the merchant selects the service provider information to be bound from the candidate service provider information, the selected candidate service provider information is the target service provider information, and one or more selectable candidate service provider information may be provided. The terminal application obtains a selection trigger operation on at least one candidate service provider information to send a request message for selecting target service provider information from the candidate service provider information to the terminal application supporting system, so that the target service provider information returned by the terminal application supporting system for the request message is obtained, and the target service provider information is displayed on a display interface of terminal equipment where the terminal application is located, namely the terminal application takes the at least one candidate service provider information as the target service provider information.
Further, in this embodiment, the target service provider information obtained from the candidate service provider information may be obtained specifically according to the set time of the candidate service provider corresponding to the candidate service provider information or the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider. For example, taking the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider as an example, if the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider No. 1 is 95 points, the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider No. 2 is 90 points, and the popularity evaluation of the candidate service provider No. 3 is 40 points, the candidate service provider information corresponding to the candidate service provider No. 3 may be used as the target service provider information. Any method capable of acquiring the target service provider information is within the scope of the embodiments of the present application. It should be further noted that the candidate service providers in this embodiment are not limited to the candidate service providers in the catering industry, and may also be candidate service providers in the beauty industry, the hotel industry, and the supermarket industry, which are not listed here.
And secondly, after the terminal application obtains the target service provider information, the terminal application can obtain the device information bound with the target service provider information according to the target service provider information. Specifically, the terminal application sends a request message for acquiring device information bound with the target service provider information to the terminal application support system; and the terminal application acquires the equipment information which is returned by the terminal application support system and is bound with the target service provider information.
And finally, the terminal application selects at least one piece of equipment information from the equipment information bound by the target service provider information as the target equipment information. Specifically, the device information bound by the target service provider information is numerous, for example, the target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information is a restaurant, the devices bound with the target service provider information may include a food ordering screen device, a number calling screen device, a screen making device, and the like, the device information corresponding to the bound devices is displayed on a display interface of a terminal device where the terminal application is located, and a merchant may click one or more device information on the display interface of the terminal device as the target device information according to actual needs, that is, the terminal application obtains a selection trigger operation for at least one device information in the device information bound by the target service provider information; and the terminal application takes the selected equipment information as the target equipment information.
Step S1102, sending a request message for releasing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information to a terminal application support system.
In this step, the terminal application support system is a system for providing service support for the terminal application at a server. In step S1101, after obtaining the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information, an operation prompt for releasing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information is displayed on a display interface of the terminal device where the terminal application is located, and the merchant triggers the operation prompt, so that the terminal application sends a request message for releasing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information to the terminal application support system.
Step S1103, the terminal application obtains a unbinding result returned by the terminal application support system for the request message. Before this step, also include: the terminal application displays query information on a display interface of a terminal device where the terminal application is located, the query information indicating whether to release the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information, for example, the query information includes "is it determined to release the binding between a device and a target service provider? A reminder of store #1 and XX equipment # "at position #1, and related information such as" button to approve and unbind ". In this step, the merchant may further confirm the unbinding device selected by the merchant, and then the merchant triggers a relevant "button" in a display interface, the terminal application obtains a confirmation triggering operation of releasing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information, and finally, the terminal application obtains an unbinding result returned by the terminal application support system for the request message.
The present embodiment provides an information processing method, including: the method comprises the steps that a terminal application used for providing service in a terminal device obtains a binding relationship between target service provider information and target device information, the terminal application sends a request message used for removing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information to a terminal application supporting system, and the terminal application obtains a unbinding result returned by the terminal application supporting system aiming at the request message. By the method, the operation of unbinding can be reduced at the bound device end, namely, the unbinding of the target service provider information and the bound target device information can be finished in the terminal application by initiating a request for unbinding the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information at the terminal application.
A fourteenth embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing method, where an application main body of the method may be a terminal application support system, and the terminal application support system is a system for providing service support for terminal applications. Fig. 12 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a fourteenth embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 12. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 12, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S1201, obtaining a first request message sent by the terminal application for releasing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information.
In this step, the terminal application is configured to provide a service in a terminal device, and the target device corresponding to the target device information is a device used by a target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 13, the information processing method provided by the present embodiment includes the following steps:

By the method, the device management system obtains the request message which is sent by the terminal application support system and used for removing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information, and completes the unbinding of the target service provider information and the target device information according to the request message, so that the efficiency of unbinding is improved.
A sixteenth embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing method, where an application subject of the method may be used for a target device, fig. 14 is a flowchart of the information processing method provided in the sixteenth embodiment of the present application, and the method provided in this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 14. As shown in fig. 7, the electronic apparatus includes: a processor 701; a memory 702; a memory 702 for storing a program for data processing, which when read and executed by the processor performs the following operations: obtaining a unbinding result message of unbound relation between target device information and target service provider information sent by a message synchronization system, wherein the message synchronization system is used for synchronizing messages to target devices corresponding to the target device information; and releasing the binding relationship between the target equipment information and the target service provider information.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory. The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include non-transitory computer readable media (transient media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
Although the present application has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present application, and those skilled in the art can make variations and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application, therefore, the scope of the present application should be determined by the claims that follow.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
a terminal application for providing service in terminal equipment identifies a binding identification code displayed in equipment to be bound, and obtains an identifier of the binding identification code; the binding identification code is used for binding equipment information of the equipment to be bound and service provider information;
the terminal application sends the identifier of the binding identification code to a service identification code generation system which generates the binding identification code, and equipment information of the equipment to be bound, which is provided by the service identification code generation system, is obtained;
the terminal application obtains target service provider information capable of being bound with the equipment to be bound;
the terminal application sends a request message for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound and the target service provider information to a terminal application support system, wherein the terminal application support system is a system used for providing service support for the terminal application at a server side;
and the terminal application obtains a binding result returned by the terminal application support system aiming at the request message.
2. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a device to be bound sends a request message for acquiring a binding identification code to a device management system, wherein the device management system is used for managing the device to be bound, and the binding identification code is used for binding device information and service provider information of the device to be bound;
the device to be bound obtains the binding identification code returned by the device management system;
the equipment to be bound displays the binding identification code;
and after the device to be bound receives the scanning operation of the binding identification code by the terminal application for providing the service in the terminal device, obtaining the information that the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information are bound, wherein the information is provided by the device management system.
3. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a device management system for managing the device to be bound obtains device information of the device to be bound;
the equipment management system obtains a request message sent by a terminal application support system for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound with the target service provider information, wherein the terminal application support system is a system used for providing service support for terminal application at a server side, and the terminal application is used for providing service in the terminal equipment;
and the equipment management system binds the equipment information of the equipment to be bound with the target service provider information.
4. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal application supporting system obtains a first request message which is sent by a terminal application and used for binding equipment information of equipment to be bound with target service provider information, wherein the terminal application supporting system is a system which is used for providing service support for the terminal application at a server side, the terminal application is used for providing service in the terminal equipment, and the equipment information of the equipment to be bound is the equipment information to be bound with the service provider information;
the terminal application supporting system sends a second request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound with the target service provider information to a device management system, wherein the device management system is used for managing the device to be bound;
the terminal application supporting system obtains a second binding result message which is returned by the equipment management system and aims at the second request message;
and the terminal application support system returns a first binding result message aiming at the first request message to the terminal application.
5. An information processing apparatus applied to a terminal application that provides a service in a terminal device, comprising:
the binding identification code recognition unit is used for recognizing the binding identification code displayed in the equipment to be bound and acquiring the identifier of the binding identification code; the binding identification code is used for binding equipment information of the equipment to be bound and service provider information;
the device information obtaining unit is used for sending the identifier of the binding identification code to a service identification code generating system which generates the binding identification code, and obtaining the device information of the device to be bound, which is provided by the service identification code generating system;
a target service provider information obtaining unit, configured to obtain target service provider information that can be bound to the device to be bound;
a request message sending unit, configured to send a request message for binding the device information of the device to be bound and the target service provider information to a terminal application support system, where the terminal application support system is a system that is used at a server to provide service support for the terminal application;
and the binding result obtaining unit is used for obtaining the binding result returned by the terminal application support system aiming at the request message.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing a data processing program which, when read and executed by the processor, performs the following operations:
identifying a binding identification code displayed in equipment to be bound to obtain an identifier of the binding identification code; the binding identification code is used for binding equipment information of the equipment to be bound and service provider information;
sending the identifier of the binding identification code to a service identification code generation system which generates the binding identification code, and acquiring the equipment information of the equipment to be bound, which is provided by the service identification code generation system;
obtaining target service provider information capable of being bound with the device to be bound;
sending a request message for binding the equipment information of the equipment to be bound and the target service provider information to a terminal application support system, wherein the terminal application support system is a system for providing service support for the terminal application at a server side;
and obtaining a binding result returned by the terminal application support system aiming at the request message.
7. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
a terminal application for providing service in a terminal device obtains a binding relationship between target service provider information and target device information, wherein the target device corresponding to the target device information is a device used by a target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information;
the terminal application sends a request message for releasing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information to a terminal application support system, wherein the terminal application support system is a system for providing service support for the terminal application at a server;
and the terminal application obtains the unbinding result returned by the terminal application support system aiming at the request message.
8. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
a terminal application supporting system obtains a first request message which is sent by a terminal application and used for removing the binding relationship between target service provider information and target device information, wherein the terminal application supporting system is a system which is used for providing service support for the terminal application at a server side, the terminal application is used for providing service in terminal equipment, and target devices corresponding to the target device information are devices used by a target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information;
the terminal application supporting system sends a second request message for removing the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target device information to a device management system, wherein the device management system is used for managing target devices corresponding to the target device information;
the terminal application supporting system obtains a second unbinding result message returned by the equipment management system aiming at the second request message;
and the terminal application supporting system returns a first unbinding result message to the terminal application aiming at the first request message.
9. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a device management system obtains a request message which is sent by a terminal application support system and used for removing the binding relationship between target service provider information and target device information, wherein the device management system is a management system used for managing target devices corresponding to the target device information, the terminal application support system is a system used for providing service support for terminal applications at a service end, the terminal applications are used for providing service services in the terminal devices, and the target devices corresponding to the target device information are devices used by target service providers corresponding to the target service provider information;
and the equipment management system releases the binding relationship between the target service provider information and the target equipment information.
10. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
the method comprises the steps that target equipment obtains a unbinding result message of unbound relation between target equipment information and target service provider information, wherein the unbound relation between the target equipment information and the target service provider information is sent by a message synchronization system, the target equipment is equipment used by a target service provider corresponding to the target service provider information when the target equipment information and the target service provider information have bound relation, and the message synchronization system is used for synchronizing messages to the target equipment corresponding to the target equipment information;
and the target equipment releases the binding relationship between the target equipment information and the target service provider information.
