9. An image decoding apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a connection invitation message sent by the image acquisition equipment, wherein the connection invitation message at least comprises time period information for establishing connection;
the establishing module is used for establishing a connection event in a connection event table according to the connection invitation message; sequencing all the connection events in the connection event table according to the sequence of the time periods corresponding to the time period information for establishing connection;
and the connection module is used for establishing connection with the image acquisition equipment when the starting time of the time period is reached.
10. A system for establishing a data connection, the system comprising: a plurality of image acquisition apparatuses as claimed in claim 8, and a plurality of image decoding apparatuses as claimed in claim 9.
