It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method for generating traceable data includes the following steps:
step S10, scene data generated by the business entity under each execution scene is acquired.
In this embodiment, the service entity is an object described by traceable data, for example, in an actual manufacturing process, the service entity may be at least one of a product serial number, a raw material serial number, a production task list number, a material number, a work list number and a production equipment number described by traceable production data, where the product serial number is used for uniquely identifying a product, the raw material serial number is used for uniquely identifying the raw material, the production task list number is used for uniquely identifying the production task list, the material number is used for uniquely identifying a material for producing the product, and the work list number is used for uniquely identifying identity information of a producer such as a production line worker, and the production equipment number is used for uniquely identifying production equipment for producing the product. It can be understood that the technical solution of the present invention can be used not only in the manufacturing process, but also in other processes or procedures that need to perform data tracing and generate traceable data, where the business entity is not limited to the above-mentioned business entity, but also can be other types of business entities. In the following embodiments, the service entity is taken as an example of a product serial number in an actual manufacturing process.
In this embodiment, the execution scenario may be a process in which a service entity is processed, for example, in an actual production and manufacturing process, each execution scenario that the service entity passes through may include a label printing scenario, a test scenario, a feeding scenario, a reworking scenario, a suspension scenario, etc., where the label printing scenario is an identification code, such as a barcode, a two-dimensional code, an RFID tag, etc., of a product to be produced; the test scene is to test each part or each function of the product independently; the feeding scene is used for conveying the product to production equipment so as to be processed and manufactured; the reworking scene is that the product is reworked and produced when errors occur in the production process of the product; the suspension scene is that the production line needs to suspend production due to some special reasons such as production equipment failure; the service entity generates corresponding scene data after each execution scene, for example, the scene data generated by the product serial number passing through the label printing scene can be label data, the scene data generated by the product serial number passing through the test scene can be test data, the scene data generated by the product serial number passing through the feeding scene can be feeding data, and the like.
And step S20, each scene data is associated with entity identification information of a service entity generating the scene data, so as to generate traceable data of the service entity.
In this embodiment, according to the above information analysis, the service entity generates various scene data when passing through each execution scene, that is, the scene data is generated by the service entity passing through each execution scene, and each service entity has uniqueness, where the uniqueness is represented by the entity identification information, for example, when the product serial number is used as the service entity, the information carried by the product serial number is that of the product serial number, and the entity identification information is used for uniquely identifying the product serial number, the product serial number can be uniquely found by using the entity identification information, and the product serial number can be uniquely identified by using the product serial number.
In this embodiment, each of the scene data is stored in association with entity identification information of a service entity that generates the scene data, for example, the entity identification information of the service entity may be a string of characters (the string may be converted into a common barcode, a two-dimensional code, an RFID tag, etc.), and the scene data includes tag data, test data, loading data, reworking data, pause data, etc., where the code data, test data, loading data, reworking data, pause data are stored in association with the string individually in a data table in a database, so as to generate traceable data of the service entity, and in a subsequent traceable process, the scene data of the entity identification information in the production process can be queried correspondingly by inputting the entity identification information, and presented to a user, thereby completing the traceable process.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the invention, when the service entity is processed and manufactured through each execution scene, scene data generated by the service entity under each execution scene is obtained, then each scene data is associated with entity identification information of the service entity generating the scene data and stored to form traceable data of the service entity, so that the effect of associating each scene data through the entity identification information is achieved, when the service entity needs to be traced, all relevant data of the service entity can be obtained only by inputting the entity identification information, thus the tracing range is reduced, the tracing speed is increased, and the problems of the service entity can be rapidly positioned, thereby facilitating timely checking and processing.

step S11, when a scene execution request sent by a client is received, an execution activity corresponding to the scene execution request is obtained, wherein the execution scene at least comprises one execution activity;
and step S12, taking the activity data generated in the execution process of the execution activity as the scene data.
In this embodiment, the execution scenario includes one or more execution activities, for example, the label printing scenario includes a product serial number generation activity, a product serial number and production form number association activity, a product serial number printing activity, and the like; the test scene comprises a loudspeaker test activity, a microphone test activity, a dead point test activity and the like; the loading scene comprises detecting legal activity (namely detecting whether the current loading product is produced on the current production equipment), important part assembling activity, auxiliary part assembling activity and product station passing activity (namely, transferring the product from the current work bit stream to the next work station); the rework scene comprises a warehouse-out activity, a material unbinding activity, a product station jumping activity and the like; the pause scene includes all process pause activities, specified process pause activities, and the like. And generating corresponding activity data when each execution activity is executed, wherein the data generated by all the execution activities in the execution scene, namely the scene data of the execution scene.
