本发明公开的一种养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,涉及环境保护设备技术领域;包括进气管1、筒体11和支脚3,所述进气管1安装在筒体11的下部、并连通其内腔,所述支脚3安装在筒体11的下端部;在所述筒体11内腔中还包括水洗组件、干燥组件、灭菌组件和异味吸收组件,在所述筒体11的外柱面上还设置有检修盖15,在所述筒体11的上、下端还分别设置有排气组件和废水排放口4;具有结构简单、处理效果好等特点,适合于各种规模的养猪场、养鸡场、养鸭场等使用。

一种养殖场空气净化灭菌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及环境保护设备技术领域,特别是一种养殖场空气净化灭菌装置。
背景技术
养殖行业的废气、废水(粪水和清洗水)和废渣(粪渣)历来比较严重,近些年来,废水和废渣相继得到了较好的治理,但废气的治理不太显效,使得养殖场内的空气呈现较重的异味。
中国专利(专利申请号为201721355184.9)公开的“一种圈养猪猪舍用的消毒除臭装置”,由设置于圈舍内的抽气扇经通风管道由抽风泵与设置在筒体内的发热管、除臭剂层、活性炭层、干燥剂层、排气烟筒和尼龙过滤网层组成,集消毒和除臭装置、过滤功能为一体,可长时间持续运作,对各个猪舍内空气进行抽吸并杀菌净化、除臭、消毒后排放到空气中,针对猪舍中味道大、异味浓等问题集中进行处理,杀灭也许会带来交叉感染的病毒,完全代替以往采用人工背负药箱喷洒药剂杀毒除臭的方法,真正实现工业化配套养猪,使得猪消除或减少氨气、硫化氢和猪排放的其它有毒有害气体的侵害,促进猪健康生长,提高繁殖率,减少疾病,毛色鲜亮有光泽。
另一中国专利(专利申请号为201820193268.5)公开的“一种猪舍除臭装置”,包括设于猪舍墙体上的排风机、设于猪舍墙体外且罩住所述排风机的隔离网和喷淋设备,所述喷淋设备包括若干个喷头和能够与所述喷头相连通的水塔,所述喷头设于所述隔离网上且设于排风机的排风通道的上方,所述喷头和水塔之间设有用于控制喷头和水塔是否连通的第一开关。
还有中国专利(专利申请号为201822062676.X)公开的“一种猪场养殖除臭装置”,包括猪场本体,所述猪场本体上设有双猪圈装置,双猪圈装置安装于猪场内,双猪圈装置上设有高压清洗装置,高压清洗装置安装于双猪圈装置上,双猪圈装置上设有驱赶装置,驱赶装置安装于双猪圈装置上,双猪圈装置上设有空气除臭消毒装置,空气除臭装置安装于双猪圈装置上。本装置从臭源下手利用高压清洗装置清除猪的排泄物,进一步的利用臭氧的消毒除臭的特性设计出空气除臭装置,使猪场的臭味得到较为彻底的消除且具有空气消毒功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、处理效果好、适用于养殖场的净化装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是发明一种养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,包括进气管1、筒体11和支脚3,所述进气管1安装在筒体11的下部、并连通其内腔,所述支脚3安装在筒体11的下端部;在所述筒体11内腔中还包括水洗组件、干燥组件、灭菌组件和异味吸收组件,在所述筒体11的外柱面上还设置有检修盖15,在所述筒体11的上、下端还分别设置有排气组件和废水排放口4;
所述水洗组件包括进水管7和一个以上的喷雾头6,所述进水管7由筒体11的中下部位穿进其内腔,所述喷雾头6的喷雾面朝下安装在筒体11内腔的进水管7的下面;
所述干燥组件包括一层以上的吸湿层8,所述吸湿层8呈水平方向、相间地安装在筒体11内腔的中下部;
所述灭菌组件包括臭氧发生器10,所述臭氧发生器10呈水平方向地安装在筒体11内腔的中部;
所述异味吸收组件包括一层以上的异味吸收层9,所述异味吸收层9呈水平方向、相间地安装在筒体11内腔的中上部。
在所述进气管1进入筒体11内腔前的部位,还套装有加热套2。
所述进气管1在进入筒体11的内腔后还设置有延伸至筒体11内腔中部的散气管5,所述散气管5的下面敞开。
所述排气组件包括排气管13和排气防雨罩12;所述排气管13安装在筒体11的上端,其上安装排气防雨罩12;在所述排气管13上还开有一个以上的排气口14。
本发明的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,在进气管上设置有加热套,能够提升抽进来的废气的温度,使得废气中所含有的粉尘和能够溶解于水的有害气体成份在与冷的水雾接触时易于粘附和溶解;同时,设置有干燥组件,能够干燥经过清洗的废气,除去废气中水分的含量,有利于后续的灭菌和异味吸收;此外,设置有灭菌组件,其中的臭氧发生器能够产生臭氧,对经过灭菌组件的废气进行杀毒灭菌,消除废气中所携带的毒素和病菌;同时,设置的异味吸收组件,能够有效地吸附经过杀毒灭菌的废气中的异味气体成份。因此,本发明的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置其结构简单,净化处理效果较好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。下面的说明是采用例举的方式,但本发明的保护范围不应局限于此。
本实施例的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,是由进气管1、筒体11、支脚3、加热套2、水洗组件、干燥组件、灭菌组件和异味吸收组件构成。
筒体11是一个薄壁圆筒,其上端收缩成圆锥状、并连接排气组件,其下端收缩成圆锥状、并连接废水排放口4;在筒体11的外柱面上还设置有检修盖15,开启该盖后便于更换筒体11内腔中的易耗物品;支脚3安装在筒体11的下端部。排气组件是由排气管13和排气防雨罩12构成,排气管13安装在筒体11上端的圆锥状端口部位,其上安装排气防雨罩12;在排气管13上还开有多个(本例设置为4个,也可为2个或3个或更多个)排气口14。
水洗组件是由进水管7、加热套2、多个喷雾头6以及散气管5构成,进水管7由筒体11的中下部位穿进其内腔,在进气管1进入筒体11内腔前的部位,还套装有加热套2;进气管1在进入筒体11的内腔后还设置有延伸至筒体11内腔中部的散气管5,该散气管5的下面敞开,可避免水雾凝结的水滴倒流进进气管1中;多个喷雾头6的喷雾面朝下安装在筒体11内腔的进水管7的下面。
干燥组件是由多层(本例设置为3层,也可为2层或4层或更多层)吸湿层8构成,各吸湿层8呈水平方向、相间地安装在筒体11内腔的中上部;吸湿层8呈网状,内装干燥剂(如:活性氧化铝、无水氯化钙、碱性干燥剂等),能够在让废气通过的过程中吸附其所含有的水分和部分带异味的气体。
灭菌组件是由臭氧发生器10构成,该臭氧发生器10呈水平地安装在筒体11内腔的中部。
异味吸收组件是由多层(本例设置为3层,也可为2层或4层或更多层)异味吸收层9构成,各异味吸收层9呈水平方向、相间地安装在筒体11内腔的中上部;异味吸收层9呈网状,内装吸附剂[如:各种活性炭吸附剂和金属、非金属氧化物类吸附剂(如硅胶、氧化铝、分子筛、天然黏土)等],能够在让废气通过的过程中吸附其所含有的带异味的气体。
使用时,由抽风机将养殖场内的带有异味的废气抽向进气管1,在经过进气管1时,废气得到加热,使其温度升高,然后通过散气管5将加热后的废气扩散、并向筒体11内腔的中上部飘升,同时,喷雾头6将进水管7引来的冷水向下喷成水雾,让向上飘升的热废气与水雾充分接触,一方面洗去热废气中所包含的粉尘,另一方面将热废气中所包含的能够溶解于水的异味气体成份溶解于水中,并随水向下飘落到筒体11下端收缩成圆锥状的废水排放口4,其后被排出,另行通过微生物处理。向上飘升的热废气经过水雾的清洗后,再向上穿过3层吸湿层8,吸湿层8中的干燥剂在让废气通过的过程中,吸附其所含有的水分和部分带异味的气体;经过干燥后的废气再向上穿过臭氧发生器10,由成生的臭氧对经过的废气进行杀毒灭菌,消除废气中所携带的毒素和病菌;经过杀毒灭菌的废气再向上穿过3层异味吸收层9,异味吸收层9中的吸附剂在让废气通过的过程中,吸附其所含有的带异味的气体,如此,废气中的异味气体成份基本上已经被水洗和吸附干净;经过净化后的气体再经排气管13上的排气口14排放到空气中。
当使用了一段时间后,可开启检修盖15,将吸附了较多异味气体成份的干燥剂和吸附剂更换成的干燥剂和吸附剂。
本发明的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,适合于各种规模的养猪场、养鸡场、养鸭场等使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,包括进气管(1)、筒体(11)和支脚(3),所述进气管(1)安装在筒体(11)的下部、并连通其内腔,所述支脚(3)安装在筒体(11)的下端部;其特征在于:在所述筒体(11)内腔中还包括水洗组件、干燥组件、灭菌组件和异味吸收组件,在所述筒体(11)的外柱面上还设置有检修盖(15),在所述筒体(11)的上、下端还分别设置有排气组件和废水排放口(4);
所述水洗组件包括进水管(7)和一个以上的喷雾头(6),所述进水管(7)由筒体(11)的中下部位穿进其内腔,所述喷雾头(6)的喷雾面朝下安装在筒体(11)内腔的进水管(7)的下面;
所述干燥组件包括一层以上的吸湿层(8),所述吸湿层(8)呈水平方向、相间地安装在筒体(11)内腔的中下部;
所述灭菌组件包括臭氧发生器(10),所述臭氧发生器(10)呈水平方向地安装在筒体(11)内腔的中部;
所述异味吸收组件包括一层以上的异味吸收层(9),所述异味吸收层(9)呈水平方向、相间地安装在筒体(11)内腔的中上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,其特征在于:在所述进气管(1)进入筒体(11)内腔前的部位,还套装有加热套(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,其特征在于:所述进气管(1)在进入筒体(11)的内腔后还设置有延伸至筒体(11)内腔中部的散气管(5),所述散气管(5)的下面敞开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的养殖场空气净化灭菌装置,其特征在于:所述排气组件包括排气管(13)和排气防雨罩(12);所述排气管(13)安装在筒体(11)的上端,其上安装排气防雨罩(12);在所述排气管(13)上还开有一个以上的排气口(14)。
