In order to collect the condensed water of the indoor unit assembly, the indoor unit assembly of this embodiment has a water receiving device.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the water receiving device is formed on the framework 23 and the volute tongue 24. Wherein, the framework 23 is positioned below the second bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21, and the volute tongue 24 is positioned below the first bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21. The volute tongue 24 is provided with a first water receiving portion 246 located at the first bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21, the first water receiving portion 246 is used for receiving condensed water at the first bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21, a water leakage hole 2461 is formed in the end portion of the first water receiving portion 246, and the condensed water of the first water receiving portion 246 leaks out through the water leakage hole 2461 to prevent the first water receiving portion 246 from overflowing with the condensed water. The framework 23 is provided with a second water receiving portion 234 located at the second bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21, and the second water receiving portion 234 is used for receiving the condensed water at the second bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21. The end of the frame 23 has a water guide portion 235 communicating with the second water receiving portion 234, and the water guide portion 235 is used for receiving the water leakage from the water leakage hole 2461 and guiding the water leakage from the water leakage hole 2461 to the second water receiving portion 234.
Preferably, the water guide portion 235 is partially located below the water leakage hole 2461, and directly receives the condensed water dropping from the water leakage hole 2461.
In order to ensure smooth drainage of the first water receiving portion 246, the first water receiving portion 246 gradually decreases from a position far from the water leakage hole 2461 to a position close to the water leakage hole 2461. The condensed water received by the first water receiving portion 246 can smoothly flow into the water leakage holes 2461 and be discharged from the water leakage holes 2461 to the water guide portion 235.

Because the second water leakage hole 2341 is disposed in the middle of the second water receiving portion 234, the condensed water at the two ends of the second water receiving portion 234 can flow to the second water leakage hole 2341 quickly and be discharged, and overflow of the condensed water of the second water receiving portion 234 is avoided.
Further, in order to accelerate the drainage of the second water receiving portion 234, the second water receiving portion 234 is gradually lowered from the direction away from the second water leakage hole 2341 to the direction close to the second water leakage hole 2341, so as to ensure the smooth flow of water.
In order to improve the water transfer efficiency of water transfer part 235, water transfer part 235 gradually decreases from a position away from second water receiving part 234 to a position closer to second water receiving part 234.
The water guide part 235 is a groove located at the end of the framework 23, and since the framework 23 is also used for carrying the fan 22, in order to prevent the water in the water guide part 235 from affecting the fan 22, the framework 23 includes a boss 236 for carrying the fan 22, the water guide part 235 is located at the periphery of the boss 236, and the water guide part 235 is lower than the boss 236.
When the condensed water is collected, the condensed water at the first bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger 21 is collected by the first water receiving portion 246, the condensed water at the second bottom end is collected by the second water receiving portion 234, the condensed water collected by the first water receiving portion 246 is discharged to the water guiding portion 235 through the water leakage hole 2461, the water guiding portion 235 guides the condensed water of the first water receiving portion 246 to the second water receiving portion 234, and the condensed water of the second water receiving portion 234 is discharged from the second water leakage hole 2341.
As shown in fig. 14 to 17, the outdoor unit assembly 3 will be described as follows:
the outdoor unit assembly 3 includes a second chamber 102, and an outdoor air inlet 1021 and an outdoor air outlet 1023 are formed on a housing corresponding to the second chamber 102. An outdoor heat exchanger 31 and a centrifugal fan 33 are provided in the second chamber 102. The centrifugal fan 33 comprises an air suction opening 331, the outdoor heat exchanger 31 is communicated with the air suction opening 331, an air outlet 333 of the centrifugal fan 33 is communicated with an outdoor air outlet 1023, and the outdoor heat exchanger 31 is used for exchanging heat with air sucked by an outdoor air inlet 1021. That is, when the centrifugal fan 33 operates, outdoor air is sucked in through the outdoor air inlet 1021, exchanges heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 31, enters the centrifugal fan 33 through the air suction inlet 331, and is discharged to the outside through the air outlet 333 and the outdoor air outlet 1023 of the centrifugal fan 33. The centrifugal fan can improve the air supply distance and prevent air return. The outdoor air inlet 1021 is located between the outdoor heat exchanger 31 and the left casing 14 on the rear casing 13, and the outdoor air outlet 1023 is located between the outdoor heat exchanger 31 and the second partition 1025 on the rear casing 13.
The outdoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet of the embodiment are both arranged on the rear shell of the shell. Of course, the outdoor air outlet may be disposed on the rear casing of the casing, and the outdoor air inlet may be disposed on the left casing or the right casing of the casing, both being within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the air outlet 333 is communicated with the outdoor air outlet 1023 through the funnel-shaped flow guide ring 27, so that the air volume can be effectively increased, the smooth flow of the air flow is ensured, and the flow resistance is reduced.
The outdoor heat exchanger 31 of the present embodiment is in an inclined state in the second chamber 102. Specifically, as shown in fig. 14, a distance between a joint of the outdoor heat exchanger and the rear case and the left case is greater than a distance between a joint of the outdoor heat exchanger and the front case and the left case. This embodiment sets up the mode of outdoor heat exchanger 31, has increased outdoor heat exchanger's heat transfer area, has improved heat exchanger efficiency greatly, and can reduce the fan rotational speed under the same condition of heat exchange efficiency, has reduced the noise, can improve user experience.
The second chamber 102 also houses a compressor 1024 and an electrical box, which are separated from other components by a second partition 1025. The centrifugal fan 33 is fixedly mounted on the second partition 1025. The electrical box is hung on the second partition 1025 and has a certain gap with the base 17 to prevent the electrical box from being damaged due to untimely discharge of the condensed water on the base 17.
The axis of the fan rotating shaft of the centrifugal fan 33 is parallel to the axis of the cross flow fan 221, and due to the size of the centrifugal fan 33, the distance between the front shell 12 and the rear shell 13 is large, so that the space between the indoor air duct assembly and the front shell 12 and the space between the indoor air duct assembly and the rear shell 13 are large, a vortex is easily generated, and the vortex is avoided by adding the air guide assembly in the embodiment.
In order to improve the heat exchange effect, the outdoor heat exchanger 31 is connected to the casing for partitioning the outdoor air inlet 1021 and the air suction opening 331. Specifically, the outdoor heat exchanger 31 is connected to the front case 12, the rear case 13, the partition 11, and the base 17, and thus air introduced from the outdoor air inlet 1021 must pass through the outdoor heat exchanger 31.
The outdoor air inlet 1021 and the outdoor air outlet 1023 are both connected with a flow guide channel 34, and the flow guide channel 34 realizes the suction and discharge of outdoor air. To facilitate the simplified design of the air guiding passage 34, the outdoor air inlet 1021 and the outdoor air outlet 1023 are located on the same panel of the housing. In this embodiment, the outdoor air inlet 1021 and the outdoor air outlet 1023 are both located on the rear housing 13. When the integrated air conditioner is installed, the rear shell 13 is generally abutted against a wall body, and the flow guide channel 34 is embedded in the wall body.
As shown in fig. 16, a grill 341 is provided on the guide passage 34. Can prevent that the rainwater from getting into the air conditioner to can reduce the windage, prevent to see the fan from the outside, increase the aesthetic property of air conditioner.
The grill 341 includes a grill outer end 3411 and a grill inner end 3412, wherein the grill inner end 3412 is closer to the centrifugal fan 33 than the grill outer end 3411. The height of the outer end 3411 of the grating is lower than that of the inner end 3412 of the grating, an included angle between the grating and the horizontal direction is alpha, and alpha is more than 8 degrees and less than 12 degrees.
The included angle between the connecting line between the outer ends 3411 of the two adjacent grids 341 and the connecting line between the outer ends 3411 and the inner ends 3412 of the two adjacent grids 341 is phi, and phi is more than 10 degrees and less than 20 degrees.
The setting of this embodiment grid can enough prevent that the rainwater from getting into the air conditioner, can furthest reduce the windage again to prevent to see the part in the air conditioner from the outside, whole more pleasing to the eye.
Because the interior space that the integral type air conditioner used is limited, in order to save space, the person of facilitating the use, the desktop is installed to this embodiment integral type air conditioner's casing top detachably, and the integral type air conditioner can regard as the desk to use, provides convenience for the user. Specifically, the top cover is provided with the jack, the desktop is provided with the mounting column, and when the desktop is mounted, the mounting column is mounted in the jack. When the table top is disassembled, the mounting column is removed from the jack.
In order not to influence the air inlet of the air inlet in the integrated air conditioner room, the gap between the tabletop and the top of the shell is 150-200 mm.

An integrated air conditioner is characterized by comprising an indoor assembly and an outdoor assembly which are separated by a partition board, wherein the indoor assembly comprises an indoor water receiving device formed on a framework and a volute tongue, the framework is positioned below the second bottom end of an indoor heat exchanger, the volute tongue is positioned below the first bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger, a first water receiving part positioned at the first bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger is arranged on the volute tongue, a second water receiving part positioned at the second bottom end of the indoor heat exchanger is arranged on the framework, a water leakage hole is formed in the end part of the first water receiving part, a water guide part communicated with the second water receiving part is arranged at the end part of the framework and is positioned below the water leakage hole and used for bearing water leakage of the water leakage hole, the indoor assembly comprises a first flow guide block and a second flow guide block which are positioned at two sides of the indoor heat exchanger, the first flow guide block is connected with the volute tongue, the second flow guide block is connected with the framework, the first flow guide block and the second flow guide block are both connected with a shell in which an indoor air inlet, and the first flow guide block and the second flow guide block are positioned at two sides of the indoor air inlet; the outdoor assembly comprises a second cavity, an outdoor air inlet and an outdoor air outlet are formed in the shell corresponding to the second cavity, an outdoor heat exchanger and a centrifugal fan are arranged in the second cavity, the air outlet of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the outdoor air outlet, and the outdoor heat exchanger is used for exchanging heat with air sucked by the outdoor air inlet.
2. The integrated air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the water guide is located below the water leakage hole.
3. The integrated air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the first water receiving portion is gradually lowered from a direction away from the water leakage hole to a direction close to the water leakage hole.
4. The integrated air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a second water leakage hole is provided at a middle portion of the second water receiving portion.
5. The integrated air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the second water receiving portion is gradually lowered from a direction away from the second water leakage hole to a direction close to the second water leakage hole.
6. The integrated air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the water guide portion is gradually lowered from a direction away from the second water receiving portion toward a direction close to the second water receiving portion.
7. The integrated air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the frame includes a boss for carrying a cross flow fan, the water guide part is located at a periphery of the boss, and the water guide part is lower than the boss.
8. The unitary air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the indoor unit is arranged above the outdoor unit, or the indoor unit is arranged in parallel with the outdoor unit.
9. The integrated air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outdoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet are both provided on a rear case of the case, or the outdoor air inlet is provided on a left case or a right case of the case and the outdoor air outlet is provided on a rear case of the case.
10. The integrated air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outdoor heat exchanger is in an inclined state in the second chamber.
