Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the invention provides a method for controlling a household appliance 100, the household appliance 100 has a lock mode, the household appliance 100 includes an infrared detection unit 101 and a distance measurement unit 103, the infrared detection unit 101 is configured to detect an infrared signal emitted by an object, and the distance measurement unit 103 is configured to detect a distance between the object and the household appliance 100. The control method comprises the following steps:
step S01, determining the height of the object according to the infrared signal;
in step S02, the household appliance 100 is controlled to enter the locking mode in case the distance is less than or equal to the first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to the second threshold.
The control method of the home appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by the home appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the household appliance 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention has a lock mode, and the household appliance 100 includes an infrared detection part 101, a distance measurement part 103, and a controller 110. The infrared detection unit 101 detects an infrared signal emitted from an object. The distance measuring unit 103 detects a distance between the object and the home appliance 100. The controller 110 is connected to the infrared detection unit 101 and the distance measurement unit 103. The controller 110 is configured to determine a height of the object according to the infrared signal, and control the home appliance 100 to enter the locking mode if the distance is less than or equal to a first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to a second threshold.
The control method of the household appliance 100 and the household appliance 100 may determine that a shorter object is close to the household appliance 100 when the distance is less than or equal to the first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to the second threshold. Under the condition, the household appliance 100 can be controlled to enter the locking mode, potential safety hazards caused by misoperation are avoided, manual operation is not needed in the operation of entering the locking mode, and user experience is friendly.
It can be appreciated that since the home appliance 100 may have a dangerous working environment, a danger is easily generated in case that a child erroneously touches the home appliance 100. By detecting and recognizing the presence of a child near the household appliance 100, the child can be prevented from operating the household appliance 100. In one example, the locked mode may be referred to as a child lock mode.
The home appliance 100 includes but may not be limited to an oven, a microwave oven, a water dispenser, a dish washer, a washing machine, an integrated range, a rice cooker, a pressure cooker, and the like. Referring to fig. 3, in the example of fig. 3, the household appliance 100 is an oven. The oven comprises a body 105 and a door body 107, wherein the door body 107 is movably connected with the body 105, an accommodating cavity 106 is arranged in the body 105, and the accommodating cavity 106 is used for accommodating food. The door 107 can open and close the accommodation chamber 106.
The infrared detection part 101 and the distance measurement part 103 may be provided at a front panel of the home appliance 100. Specifically, in the example of fig. 3, the infrared detection part 101 and the distance measurement part 103 are provided side by side at a position near the top of the front panel of the home appliance 100, which makes it easy to detect an object in front of the home appliance 100.
The infrared detection unit 101 can detect an infrared signal emitted from an object. Specifically, the infrared detection section 101 may include an infrared receiving tube for receiving an infrared signal emitted from the object, which is an infrared ray emitted by the object itself because the object has a certain temperature. For example, for a human body, the body temperature of a normal human body is about 36 to 37 ℃, and far infrared rays with the peak value of 9 to 10 microns are emitted. Therefore, the infrared detection part 101 can detect the infrared signal of the wave band, the infrared detection part 101 sends the detected infrared signal to the controller 110, and the controller 110 processes the detected infrared signal to obtain the height of the object, so as to distinguish whether the object belongs to a higher object or a shorter object, and for a human body, whether the object is an adult or a child can be distinguished. In case that it is discriminated that the object is a short object such as a child, the home appliance 100 is controlled to enter the locking mode.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the object may be other objects capable of emitting infrared signals (e.g., pets), and is not limited to humans. Accordingly, the infrared detection unit 101 can detect an infrared signal emitted from the object.
In some embodiments, the distance measuring unit 103 includes at least one of an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, a light sensor, and a microwave sensor. Thus, the range finding unit 103 can be selected widely, and the home appliance 100 has high adaptability.
Specifically, distance measuring portion 103 includes an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, or distance measuring portion 103 includes a light sensor, or distance measuring portion 103 includes a microwave sensor, or distance measuring portion 103 includes an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor and a light sensor, or distance measuring portion 103 includes an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor and a microwave sensor, or distance measuring portion 103 includes a light sensor and a microwave sensor, or distance measuring portion 103 includes an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, a light sensor, and a microwave sensor. In the case where the distance measuring unit 103 includes two or three sensors, the distances detected by the two or three sensors may be averaged, and the distance average may be used as the distance between the object and the home appliance 100, or the distances detected by the two or three sensors may be assigned with different weights to calculate the distance between the object and the home appliance 100.
The light sensor may comprise an infrared sensor or other light sensor. In the case where the optical sensor includes an infrared sensor, it is preferable that the infrared sensor emits an infrared ray band for detecting a distance different from the infrared ray band detected by the infrared detection portion 101, so that the distance measurement portion 103 and the infrared detection portion 101 do not affect each other.
Before determining the relationship between the distance between the object and the household appliance 100 and the first threshold value and the relationship between the height of the object and the second threshold value, the infrared signal emitted from the object and the distance between the object and the household appliance 100 may be acquired from the infrared detection part 101 and the distance measurement part 103. The first threshold and the second threshold may be specifically set according to specific situations, and are not specifically limited herein. The first threshold value and the second threshold value may be stored in the home appliance 100, or in a terminal communicating with the home appliance 100. Terminals include, but are not limited to, cell phones, tablets, personal computers, cloud servers, wearable smart devices, other household appliances, and the like. In one example, the first threshold is 40cm and the second threshold is 1.3 meters.
In some embodiments, determining the height of the object from the infrared signal comprises:
and performing infrared imaging processing according to the infrared signals to determine the height of the object. Thus, the detection of the height of the object is realized.
Referring to fig. 2, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 110 is configured to determine a height of the object according to the infrared signal, and control the home appliance 100 to enter the locking mode if the distance is less than or equal to a first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to a second threshold.
Specifically, the controller 110 may acquire an infrared signal output by the infrared detection portion 101, where the infrared signal represents a temperature distribution of the object, and the controller 110 may perform infrared imaging processing on the infrared signal to form height information of the object and determine an imaging height of the object.
It is understood that the controller 110 may convert the acquired infrared signal output from the infrared detection part 101 into an electric signal. The current and voltage of the corresponding electrical signal are different according to the wave band of the infrared signal. Since the infrared band radiated by the object is relatively fixed and the radiation sources are concentrated, the corresponding electrical signals have the same or similar current or voltage. The electrical signals may form an electrical signal matrix. The controller 110 forms an infrared thermography image that can display the temperature distribution by signal-amplifying the electrical signals by the amplifying circuit and a/D-converting the matrix of the electrical signals by the controller 110. And forming a corresponding imaging area in the infrared thermography corresponding to the electric signal of the object, and calculating the ratio of the corresponding imaging area in the infrared thermography to obtain the height information of the object. By comparing the height information with a second threshold value, the imaged height of the object can be determined. When the infrared detection unit 101 is used to detect a human body, height information of the human body can be obtained.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the household appliance 100 includes a body 105 and a door 107, the door 107 is movably connected to the body 105, and the locking mode includes controlling the door 107 to be in a locking state. Thus, when the household appliance 100 enters the locking mode, the door 107 is locked and cannot be opened, and the use safety of the household appliance 100 is ensured.
Specifically, in the example of fig. 3, the door body 107 is rotatably connected to the body 105, and the body 105 forms the accommodation chamber 106. The door 107 is used for closing the accommodating chamber 106 and opening the accommodating chamber 106. When the household electrical appliance 100 enters the locking mode, the door 107 is locked to the body 105, so that the door 107 is in a locked state and keeps closing the accommodating cavity 106. Thus, the door 107 cannot be opened, and if the chamber is still in a high-temperature environment and a high-pressure environment, the door 107 cannot be opened by an erroneous operation. It is understood that in other embodiments, the door 107 may be slidably connected to the body 105, or the door 107 may be slidably and rotatably connected to the body 105, and is not limited herein.
The home appliance 100 further includes a locking structure for locking the door body 107. In case that the distance between the object and the household appliance 100 is less than or equal to the first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to the second threshold, the household appliance 100 may control the locking structure to lock the door body 107 on the body 105. At this time, the door 107 is in a locked state. Under the condition that the interior of the body 105 has a dangerous working environment, the door body 107 is controlled to close the inner area of the body 105, so that the safety problem caused by opening the door body 107 by operation can be avoided. The locking structure may include a motor, a catch, a bayonet lock, an electromagnetic member, etc.
In addition, in other embodiments, the home appliance 100 may be controlled to exit the lock mode in case that a distance of the object from the home appliance 100 is greater than a first threshold value, or a height of the object is greater than a second threshold value, or the home appliance 100 may be controlled to exit the lock mode in case that the object is not detected.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the household appliance 100 includes the working part 108, and the locking mode includes keeping the working part 108 in a closed state when the working part 108 is in the closed state. In this way, when the distance between the object and the household appliance 100 is less than or equal to the first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to the second threshold, the household appliance 100 can control the working part 108 to keep the closed state, and the household appliance 100 can be prevented from being started to work due to misoperation.
Specifically, the working part 108 refers to a component that can process an item placed on the home appliance 100 when the home appliance 100 is operated.
In the example of fig. 3, the household appliance 100 is an oven, and the working part 108 is capable of heating food placed in the oven when the oven is operated. The working portion 108 may include at least one of an electric heating component (e.g., an electric heating tube, a heating wire, etc.), a burner, and a magnetron. When the working part 108 is in the off state and not opened, the power of the electric heating part, the power of the magnetron and the power of the burner can be controlled to keep the working part 108 in the off state under the condition that the oven enters the locking mode. Even when there is a start command, the operation unit 108 is not turned on to perform heating.
In another example, the household appliance 100 is a washing machine, and the working part 108 can supply, wash and drain water to the laundry placed in the washing machine when the washing machine is operated. The working part 108 may include a water inlet pump for supplying water to the washing drum, a water discharge pump for discharging water from the washing drum, and a motor for driving the washing drum to rotate. When the washing machine enters the locking mode, the water inlet pump, the water outlet pump and the motor are controlled to be powered off to keep the working part 108 in the closed state, so that the washing machine cannot start water inlet and water outlet and the washing drum cannot rotate.
In another example, the household appliance 100 is a rice cooker, and the operating part 108 can heat food or water placed in the rice cooker when the rice cooker is operated. The working portion 108 may include an electrical heating element (e.g., an electrical hot plate). When the rice cooker enters the locking mode, the electric heating plate can be controlled to be powered off to keep the working part 108 in the off state.
In another example, the household appliance 100 is a water dispenser, the working part 108 can heat and discharge water in the water dispenser when the water dispenser is in operation, and the working part 108 can include an electric heating component and a water pump. When the water dispenser enters the locking mode, the electric heating component and the water pump can be controlled to be powered off, and the working part 108 is kept in the closed state.
It is understood that the corresponding working portion 108 is different according to the specific kind of the household appliance 100. For other kinds of household appliances 100 and corresponding working parts 108, the principle or mechanism is similar to the example given above, and will not be described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the home appliance 100 includes the key part 109, and the lock mode includes the key part 109 being in a closed state to ignore an operation of the key part 109.
Thus, the safety problem of the household appliance 100 caused by the mistaken touch of the key part 109 can be avoided.
Specifically, in case the home appliance 100 enters the lock mode, the home appliance 100 may put the key part 109 in a turned-off state. The power supply to the key portion 109 is cut off, and the user does not generate a corresponding control command in the operation of the key portion 109.
In other embodiments, the locked mode includes ignoring operation of the key section 109. Thus, the household appliance 100 can avoid the safety problem caused by the mistaken touch of the key part 109.
Specifically, in case of entering the lock mode, the home appliance 100 may put the key part 109 into a standby state, the user operates the key part 109 and generates a corresponding control instruction, and the controller 110 may ignore the control instruction generated by the key part 109.
In the example of fig. 3, the key part 109 is provided at the front panel of the home appliance 100, so that the user can conveniently operate. The key section 109 includes, but is not limited to, physical keys such as keys, knobs, touch keys, and slide keys, virtual keys displayed on a touch display screen, and the like.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the control method of the household appliance 100 as described in any of the embodiments of the present invention.
For example, in the case where the program is executed by a processor, the steps of the following control method are implemented:
step S01, determining the height of the object according to the infrared signal;
in step S02, the household appliance 100 is controlled to enter the locking mode in case the distance is less than or equal to the first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to the second threshold.
The above-described computer-readable storage medium may determine that a shorter object is close to the home appliance in a case where the distance is less than or equal to the first threshold and the height of the object is less than or equal to the second threshold. Under the condition, the household appliance 100 can be controlled to enter the locking mode, potential safety hazards caused by misoperation are avoided, manual operation is not needed in the operation of entering the locking mode, and user experience is friendly.
The computer readable storage medium may be provided in the home appliance 100, or may be provided in a terminal, and the home appliance 100 may communicate with the terminal to obtain the corresponding program.
It is understood that the computer-readable storage medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying a computer program, recording medium, U-disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), software distribution medium, and the like.
