本发明公开了一种平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,包括型材本体,所述型材本体边框四周通过热熔融技术植入有防变形铝合金钢片,所述防变形铝合金钢片上等间距开设有若干防变形孔,所述型材本体边框侧壁且与防变形孔位置对应处均设有向内凹陷的防变形槽,所述防变形槽内通过热熔融技术装配有钢钉,所述钢钉的自由端是穿过防变形孔设置,所述钢钉的外端与所述防变形槽位于同一竖直平面;所述型材本体从上往下依次设置有上腔体、中腔体及下腔体,所述上腔体为弧形腔体,所述中腔体为H型腔体,所述下腔体为十字型腔体。本发明极大提高了型材本体的刚性、耐磨性、耐老化性等,延长了型材本体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,属于型材技术领域。
背景技术
塑钢门窗是国家大力推广的一种产品,它与传统钢窗和铝合金门窗相比,在隔音效果、抗老化性能、美观等方面,都有了很大提高,并且更环保、更节能,在我国提倡建设节约型社会的背景下具有特别的意义。随着科学技术水平的不断进步,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们的追求不仅仅停留在物质上,更加需求的是精神上的满足。因此,人们对居住的建筑房屋的设置有很高的要求,其中就包括型材门窗。现有技术中型材门窗虽然对比传统型材门窗有较大改进,由于型材本体在结构及腔体设计方面不够完善,使得型材本体侧边受力易变形。此外,型材本体在装配过程中满足不了轻量化要求、且支撑强度偏弱。为此,需要设计一种新的技术方案,能够克服现有技术存在的不足。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,解决了背景技术问题,满足实际使用要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,包括:型材本体,所述型材本体边框四周通过热熔融技术植入有防变形铝合金钢片,所述防变形铝合金钢片上等间距开设有若干防变形孔,所述型材本体边框侧壁且与防变形孔位置对应处均设有向内凹陷的防变形槽,所述防变形槽内通过热熔融技术装配有钢钉,所述钢钉的自由端是穿过防变形孔设置,所述钢钉的外端与所述防变形槽位于同一竖直平面;
所述型材本体从上往下依次设置有上腔体、中腔体及下腔体,所述上腔体为弧形腔体,所述中腔体为H型腔体,所述下腔体为十字型腔体。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述钢钉包括一体成型的钢钉帽、圆柱杆和钢钉尖,所述钢钉帽由圆柱体部和锥形体部一体组成,所述圆柱体部上表面设有一粗糙层,所述圆柱杆上均匀开设有若干穿孔,所述钢钉尖的端部开设有向内延伸的熔接孔。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述上腔体底部两侧开设有圆柱形消音腔,所述上腔体内部装配有三角柱,所述三角柱中心部开设有三角形腔体。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述上腔体、中腔体及下腔体内侧壁上均植入有防变形层,所述防变形层包括纤维增强聚合物复合材料和隔热材料。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述型材本体的顶部开设有配合使用的导流槽,所述导流槽的底边为内弧边,所述导流槽内设有以导流槽开口为中心向两边对称开叉的一体成型的Y型叉状结构。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述型材本体上端两侧设置有一对单臂角,所述型材本体上下端均设置有胶条共挤层。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
(1)对型材本体的侧边植入铝合金钢片和装配钢钉,铝合金钢片、钢钉和型材本体形成非常强的熔接作用,进而使得的型材本体的侧边具有非常好的刚性,不易变形。
(2)对型材腔体的结构改进,使得型材本体具有非常好的支撑结构强度、空气流通性及装配的轻量化需求。
(3)提高了型材本体的刚性、耐磨性、耐老化性等,延长了型材本体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体的实施例来说明本发明的内容。
如图1至图3所示:为本发明所述平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,包括:型材本体,所述型材本体边框四周通过热熔融技术植入有防变形铝合金钢片10,防变形铝合金钢片10具有较好的刚性,将其植入型材本体边框四周增强了型材本体侧边的刚性,而采用热熔融技术方式植入是研究领域一项已经非常成熟的技术,防变形铝合金钢片20上等间距开设有若干防变形孔21,型材本体边框侧壁且与防变形孔21位置对应处均设有向内凹陷的防变形槽11,防变形槽11是一体成型设在型材本体上的,防变形槽11内通过热熔融技术装配有钢钉30,即钢钉30在防变形槽11处于热熔融状态下植入进型材本体侧壁,且钢钉30的自由端是穿过防变形孔21设置,而钢钉30植入的深度是以钢钉30的外端与防变形槽11位于同一竖直平面为标准;此外,如图3所示:所述钢钉30包括一体成型的钢钉帽31、圆柱杆32和钢钉尖33,钢钉帽31由圆柱体部311和锥形体部312一体组成,圆柱体部311上表面设有一粗糙层3111,圆柱杆32上均匀开设有若干穿孔321,钢钉尖33的端部开设有向内延伸的熔接孔331,其设计的穿孔321和熔接孔331的目的是为了增强型材本体与钢钉30的熔接强度,在防变形槽11处于热熔融状态下时,在钢钉30的植入过程中,型材本体的会挤压进入穿孔321和熔接孔331,进而型材本体的侧边与钢钉30、防变形铝合金钢片10形成了很强的连接性。
所述型材本体从上往下依次设有上腔体40、中腔体50及下腔体60,上腔体40为弧形腔体、中腔体50为H型腔体、下腔体60为十字型腔体,对型材腔体的结构改进,使得型材本体具有非常好的支撑结构强度、空气流通性及装配的轻量化需求。
进一步改进地,所述上腔体40底部两侧开设有圆柱形消音腔42,提高型材本体的隔音效果,所述上腔体40内部装配有三角柱41,三角柱41中心部开设有三角形腔体411,根据三角形稳定性好的原理,提高型材本体的支撑结构强度。
进一步改进地,所述上腔体40、中腔体50及下腔体60的内侧壁上均植入有防变形层456,防变形层456为纤维增强聚合物复合材料和隔热材料。
具体地,所述型材本体的顶部开设有配合使用的导流槽70,所述导流槽70的底边为内弧边,所述导流槽内设有以导流槽开口为中心向两边对称开叉的一体成型的Y型叉状结构71,内部设有的Y型叉状结构71的导流槽70除了实现导流功能,还可以增加铝塑型材的结合能力,加强防脱落效果,提高型材本体成型的质量。
更具体地,所述型材本体上端两侧设置有一对单臂角12,所述型材本体上下端均设置有胶条共挤层13。

所述型材本体从上往下依次设置有上腔体(40)、中腔体(50)及下腔体(60),所述上腔体(40)为弧形腔体,所述中腔体(50)为H型腔体,所述下腔体(60)为十字型腔体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,其特征在于:所述钢钉(30)包括一体成型的钢钉帽(31)、圆柱杆(32)和钢钉尖(33),所述钢钉帽(31)由圆柱体部(311)和锥形体部(312)一体组成,所述圆柱体部(311)上表面设有一粗糙层(3111),所述圆柱杆(32)上均匀开设有若干穿孔(321),所述钢钉尖(33)的端部开设有向内延伸的熔接孔(331)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,其特征在于:所述上腔体(40)底部两侧开设有圆柱形消音腔(42),所述上腔体(40)内部装配有三角柱(41),所述三角柱(41)中心部开设有三角形腔体(411)。

5.根据权利要求1所述的平面多腔体防侧边变形型材,其特征在于:所述型材本体的顶部开设有配合使用的导流槽(70),所述导流槽(70)的底边为内弧边,所述导流槽内设有以导流槽开口为中心向两边对称开叉的一体成型的Y型叉状结构(71)。
