During the use process of an inspector, the inspector starts the double-head motor 111, the first output shaft of the double-head motor 111 drives the first lead screw 112 to rotate around the axis of the first lead screw 112 forwardly, the first lead screw 112 drives the inner cylinder 102 to slide outwards along the outer cylinder 101 through the bottom cover plate 102b until the built-in step 103 is contacted with the external step 104, the supporting mechanism 100 is switched to the extension state, in the process, the installation mechanism 200 extends outwards from the peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 102 and is switched from the folding state to the extension state, meanwhile, the second output shaft of the double-head motor 111 drives the base 300 to extend outwards from the opening at the bottom end of the outer cylinder 101 and is switched from the hidden state to the extension state and vertically supports the supporting mechanism 100 in the extension state, finally, the inspector manually fixes the 5G signal box on the installation mechanism 200, and the normal inspection of the inspector on the 5G signal is met, the advantage of this scheme of adoption lies in, can switch to the state that shortens with supporting mechanism 100, can switch installation mechanism 200 to the state of folding and fold in interior barrel 102, can switch base 300 to hidden state and fold in outer barrel 101, dwindle the volume of 5G signal support tower greatly, be convenient for inspection personnel's transport of carrying.
As a more optimized scheme of the invention, as 5G signals are inspected in outdoor operation, in order to protect the supporting mechanism 100 and avoid collision damage, the opening at the top end of the outer cylinder 101 is provided with a first end cap 101a sleeved outside the outer cylinder, the opening at the bottom end of the outer cylinder 101 is provided with a second end cap 101b sleeved outside the outer cylinder, the first end cap 101a, the second end cap 101b and the outer cylinder 101 are detachably connected and matched, the first end cap 101a and the second end cap 101b are supported by elastic rubber materials, the outer cylinder 101 can be effectively protected through arrangement of the first end cap 101a and the second end cap 101b, damage caused by outdoor collision is avoided, and the first end cap 101a and the second end cap 101b can be detached in the using process.
In order to facilitate the installation mechanism 200 to be arranged, the four peripheral surfaces of the inner cylinder 102 are all provided with rectangular openings 105, the length direction of the openings 105 is parallel to the length direction of the inner cylinder 102, the openings 105 extend from the middle position of the inner cylinder 102 along the length direction to the top end of the inner cylinder, and the installation mechanism 200 located on the inner cylinder 102 can extend outwards from the openings 105 and is switched to the unfolding state from the folding state.
Specifically, the mounting mechanism 200 includes rectangular folding plates 201 corresponding to the openings 105 one by one and having a size matched with the openings 105, a rotating shaft formed by the rotating connection between the folding plates 201 and the inner wall of the inner cylinder 102 and the rotating connection between the folding plates 201 and the inner cylinder 102 is perpendicular to the length direction of the inner cylinder 102, the rotating shaft between the folding plates 201 and the inner cylinder 102 is arranged near the lower end of the openings 105, the folding plates 201 can rotate around the rotating shaft from the inside of the inner cylinder 102 through the openings 105 to the outside by ninety degrees and line the lower end edge of the openings 105, a rectangular mounting plate 202 is rotatably disposed on one end surface of the folding plates 201 near the inside of the openings 105, the length of the mounting plate 202 is less than that of the folding plates 201, the width is equal to that of the folding plates 201, and the mounting plate 202 is overlapped on the folding plates 201 in an initial state, the mounting plate 202 can rotate synchronously with the folding plates 201 and extend, the axial direction of a rotating shaft formed by the rotating connection position of the mounting plate 202 and the folding plate 201 is perpendicular to the plane of the folding plate 201, and the rotating shaft between the mounting plate 202 and the folding plate 201 is far away from the rotating shaft between the folding plate 201 and the inner cylinder 102, the plane of the folding plate 201 in the folding state is parallel to the plane of the opening 105, the plane of the folding plate 201 in the unfolding state is perpendicular to the plane of the opening 105, the folding plate 201 rotates towards the outside of the inner cylinder 102, the mounting mechanism 200 is switched from the folding state to the unfolding state, 5G signal boxes are mounted on the mounting plate 202 by inspectors, and the direction of the 5G signal boxes can be adjusted by rotating the mounting plate 202.
More specifically, when the supporting mechanism 100 is switched to the extended state, in order to enable the mounting mechanism 200 to be automatically switched to the unfolded state, the mounting mechanism 200 further includes a fixing plate 204 fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the inner cylinder 102, the fixing plate 204 is located below the opening 105, the fixing plate 204 is sleeved with a hollow floating cylinder 205 capable of sliding along the length direction of the inner cylinder 102, the axial direction of the floating cylinder 205 is parallel to the length direction of the inner cylinder 102, the outer circular surface of the floating cylinder 205 near one end of the inner cylinder 102 is fixedly sleeved with a touch plate 206, the plane where the touch plate 206 is located is perpendicular to the axial direction of the floating cylinder 205, the outer part of the floating cylinder 205 is sleeved with a floating spring 207, one end of the floating spring 207 is in touch with the fixing plate 204, the other end of the floating spring is in touch with the touch plate 206, the elastic force of the floating spring 207 is always directed to the touch plate 206 from the fixing plate 204, one end of the folding plate 201, the arc convex surface of the claw tip of the convex claw 203 is abutted against the abutting plate 206, the abutting plate 206 always pushes the convex claw 203 to rotate upwards around the rotating shaft between the folding plate 201 and the inner cylinder 102, when the inner cylinder 102 extends out of the outer cylinder 101, the outer cylinder 101 releases the blockage of the opening 105, at the moment, the folding plate 201 automatically rotates outwards from the opening 105 to be unfolded, and the installation mechanism 200 is switched to the unfolding state.
During the operation of the mounting mechanism 200, when the supporting mechanism 100 is switched to the extended state, the outer cylinder 101 will unblock the opening 105, the floating spring 207 will push the touch pad 206 to float near the top end of the inner cylinder 102, the touch pad 206 will apply an elastic pushing force to the claw 203 and make the claw 203 rotate upward around the rotating shaft between the folding plate 201 and the inner cylinder 102, so that the folding plate 201 rotates toward the outside of the opening 105 until it is perpendicular to the length direction of the inner cylinder 102, the mounting mechanism 200 is switched to the extended state, and then the 5G signal box is mounted on the mounting plate 202 by the inspector to inspect the 5G signal; in the resetting process, when the inner cylinder 102 slides towards the inside of the outer cylinder 101, the outer cylinder 101 presses the folding plate 201 and forces the folding plate to rotate and fold towards the inner cylinder 102 against the elastic force of the floating spring 207 until the folding plate 201 is completely folded in the inner cylinder 102, and the mounting mechanism 200 is switched to the folding state to complete the resetting.
The base 300 comprises a second screw rod 301 coaxially and fixedly connected with a second output shaft of the double-head motor 111, the second screw rod 301 extends to an opening at the bottom end of the outer cylinder 101, a lifting block 302 capable of sliding along the length direction of the outer cylinder 101 is sleeved on the second screw rod 301, the lifting block 302 and the outer cylinder 101 form sliding guide fit along the axial direction of the second screw rod 301, four peripheral surfaces of the lifting block 302 are provided with mounting ports 303 which penetrate through the outer cylinder 101 up and down along the length direction, the middle position of the lifting block 302 is sleeved on the second screw rod 301 and forms threaded connection fit with the second screw rod 301, the base 300 further comprises rectangular bottom plates 304 which are arranged in the outer cylinder 101 and can extend downwards from the opening at the bottom end of the outer cylinder 101, the bottom plates 304 are provided with four mounting ports 303 one by one to one, the width of the bottom plates 304 gradually narrows from the direction from the bottom end of the outer cylinder 101 to the direction of the top end along the length direction, and one relatively, the axial direction of a rotating shaft formed by the rotating connection position of the bottom plate 304 and the lifting block 302 is parallel to the width direction of the bottom plate 304, the bottom plate 304 in a hidden state is positioned in the outer cylinder 101 and positioned between the mounting port 303 and the bottom end opening of the outer cylinder 101, the bottom plate 304 in an expanded state extends outwards from the bottom end opening of the outer cylinder 101 and is perpendicular to the outer cylinder 101, and the lifting block 302 is driven by the second screw 301 to slide close to the bottom end opening of the outer cylinder 101, so that the bottom plate 304 extends out from the bottom end opening of the outer cylinder 101.
Specifically, in order to guide the bottom plate 304 and make it perpendicular to the outer cylinder 101, the four peripheral surfaces of the outer cylinder 101 near the bottom opening thereof are provided with notches 106 communicated with the interior thereof, the notches 106 penetrate through the bottom opening of the outer cylinder 101, the base 300 further comprises a blocking plate 305 fixedly mounted on the outer cylinder 101 and sealing the notches 106, the blocking plate 305 and the notches 106 have the same size, the inner side surface of the blocking plate 305 near the outer cylinder 101 is fixedly provided with a support leg 306, the support leg 306 is fixedly provided with a sliding column 307, the axial direction of the sliding column 307 is parallel to the plane of the blocking plate 305, the sliding column 307 is located below the bottom opening of the outer cylinder 101, the size of a square opening formed by the four sliding columns 307 is smaller than the size of the bottom opening of the outer cylinder 101, one end surface of the bottom plate 304 near the inner wall of the outer cylinder 101 is provided with a sliding chute 308 matched with the sliding column 307, the sliding groove 308 is arranged along the length direction of the bottom plate 304 and extends from a relatively narrow end to a relatively wide end of the bottom plate 304, the sliding column 307 is inserted into the sliding groove 308 and forms sliding guide fit with the sliding groove and the sliding column, and the bottom plate 304 extending from the bottom end opening of the outer cylinder body 101 can rotate ninety degrees around the axial direction of the sliding column 307 to be in contact with and perpendicular to the outer cylinder body 101.
Base 300 is in the course of the work, two output shafts of double-end motor 111 will drive two 301 of lead screw and rotate around self axial, two 301 of lead screw will drive elevator 302 and move towards the bottom opening of outer barrel 101, elevator 302 will drive bottom plate 304 and move down by the bottom opening of outer barrel 101, until elevator 302 moves to the bottom opening of outer barrel 101, bottom plate 304 extends outer barrel 101 completely, then, the inspection personnel will be manual makes bottom plate 304 keep away from each other round the axial of traveller 307 and rotate ninety degrees and strut and inconsistent with shutoff plate 305, sit on subaerial and fall to the ground upright support to supporting mechanism 100 with bottom plate 304, base 300 switches the state of strutting and switches to the synchronous completion of extension state with supporting mechanism 100.
