(5) a certain amount of concrete is poured into the Delta-shaped steel beam through the pouring hole 35, the concrete flows into the gap 41 of the precast slab through the reinforcement penetrating hole 37, the rapid construction is completed after the concrete is solidified, and the completed schematic diagram is shown in figure 1.
Through verification, the rapid construction method of the Delta-shaped steel beam matched prefabricated column with the hidden connecting piece has the advantages of high construction speed and low requirement on site storage conditions, and is particularly suitable for construction in cities; the fixed connection can be completed only by lap joint without bolt connection, the operation is simple, time and labor are saved, the connection structure of the steel beam and the prefabricated column is firm and stable, and the safety is good.
Example 2
A rapid construction method of a prefabricated column of a Delta-shaped steel beam matched with a hidden connecting piece is basically the same as the structure of the embodiment 1, and is different in that the hidden connecting piece is shown in figure 5, and the hidden connecting piece is provided with two anchoring steel bars which are respectively positioned at two sides of a base, have the same arrangement direction and are splayed integrally; the anchoring reinforcing steel bar is far away from the base end and radially extends to form a reinforcing steel bar pier head.
Example 3
A quick construction method for a Delta-shaped steel beam and hidden connecting piece-combined prefabricated column is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1 in structure, and is different in that a top plate, a bottom plate and two webs form a right-angle trapezoidal structure on a section perpendicular to the length direction of the steel beam.
Example 4
A rapid construction method of a Delta-shaped steel beam and hidden connecting piece matched prefabricated column is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1 in structure, and is different in that the prefabricated concrete column is a cylinder.

  1. The rapid construction method of the Delta-shaped steel beam matched prefabricated column with the hidden connecting piece is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
    (1) pre-embedding the hidden connecting piece in the prefabricated column to obtain the prefabricated column with the hidden connecting piece;
    the hidden connecting piece comprises a base, a bracket bearing component and a limiting gasket which are sequentially connected, wherein concave-convex matching structures matched with each other are arranged on the joint surface of the base and the bracket bearing component;
    the orthographic projection area of the limiting gasket is larger than that of the bracket bearing assembly, and the orthographic projection of the limiting gasket completely covers the orthographic projection of the bracket bearing assembly;
    the side surface of the base is connected with an anchoring steel bar;
    an anchoring steel bar and a base are fixed in the prefabricated column, and the bracket bearing assembly and the limiting gasket are exposed outside the prefabricated column and are positioned on the column body of the prefabricated column;
    (2) vertically fixing a plurality of prefabricated columns with the hidden connecting pieces on the ground or the floor, wherein the distance between the prefabricated columns with the hidden connecting pieces is arranged according to the design;
    (3) hoisting the Delta-shaped steel beam to enable the Delta-shaped steel beam to be matched with prefabricated columns with hidden connecting pieces on two sides to be fixed in a cotter pin mode;
    the connecting seats are arranged at two ends of the Delta-shaped steel beam, the connecting seats are provided with U-shaped notches which are matched and connected with the bracket bearing assembly, the U-shaped notches are positioned on the end face of the Delta-shaped steel beam and are communicated with the outside, the matching and fixing of the Delta-shaped steel beam and the prefabricated column with the hidden connecting piece are realized through the pin connection of the bracket bearing assembly and the U-shaped notch sleeve, and the limiting gasket is used for limiting the relative movement of the Delta-shaped steel beam and the prefabricated column with the hidden connecting piece after the matching and fixing connection.

The rapid construction method of the Delta-shaped steel beam matched prefabricated column with the hidden type connecting piece according to claim 1, characterized in that the orthographic projection area of the base is larger than that of the bracket bearing component, and the orthographic projection of the base completely covers the orthographic projection of the bracket bearing component;
    the base is of a cuboid structure;
    the bracket bearing assembly mainly comprises a cubic structure I and a cylindrical cutting body positioned at one end of the cubic structure I, wherein the cutting surface of the cylindrical cutting body is parallel to the axis, the height of the cubic structure I is the same as that of the cylindrical cutting body, the cubic structure I is connected with the cutting surface of the cylindrical cutting body, and the connecting surfaces of the cubic structure I and the cylindrical cutting body are completely attached and have the same area;
    the limiting gasket is of a plane symmetrical structure and mainly comprises a rectangular sheet and two bulges positioned on two sides of the long side of the rectangular sheet, the shapes and the sizes of the two bulges are the same, the bulges are of an isosceles trapezoid structure, the long bottom side of the trapezoid is connected with the long side of the rectangular sheet, and the width of the rectangular sheet is larger than that of the cylindrical cutting body;

The rapid construction method of the Delta-shaped steel beam matched prefabricated column with the hidden connecting piece is characterized in that the Delta-shaped steel beam is integrally of a tubular mechanism and comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, two webs and an end plate, wherein the top plate, the webs and the bottom plate are consistent in length, and the bottom plate is wider than the top plate;
    the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged in parallel, the bottom plate comprises a main body part and bearing parts which are positioned at two sides of the main body part and used for bearing the precast slabs, the main body part and the bearing parts are arranged along the width direction of the bottom plate, and the orthographic projection of the top plate on the bottom plate is positioned in the main body part;
    the web plates are arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, one side of each web plate is connected with the edge of the top plate, the other side of each web plate is connected with the edge of the main body part, and the two web plates are respectively connected with the two opposite sides of the top plate and the main body part along the length direction;
    the top plate, the bottom plate and the two webs enclose a hollow perfusion area, an end plate is arranged on the side face of the hollow perfusion area, and the end plate is connected with the top plate, the webs and the bottom plate;
    the end plate is provided with a U-shaped notch which is connected with the bracket bearing assembly in a matched mode, the U-shaped notch is opened towards the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is provided with an opening which is connected with the U-shaped notch along the length direction.
