A laundry treating apparatus (not shown in the drawings) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a key assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention; or, the computer board case 200 including the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention improves the waterproof performance of the laundry treating apparatus by using the key assembly 100, prevents the laundry treating apparatus from being damaged due to insufficient waterproof facilities, and improves user experience.
A specific embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
The top of the clothes processing device is provided with a computer board box 200, the computer board box 200 is provided with a base 10, and the base 10 is provided with a plurality of keys 12, a knob 40 and a buzzer 50.
The plurality of keys 12 are provided with a key frame 20 around them, the knob 40 has a knob frame 41 around it, the front side of the knob frame 41 is open to define a knob drain passage 42, the buzzer 50 has a buzzer frame 51 around it, and the front side of the buzzer frame 51 is open to define a buzzer drain passage 52.
The key frame 20 has a bottom wall and a side wall, the bottom wall of the key frame 20 is formed on the base 10 and protrudes from the upper surface of the base 10, the upper surface of the bottom wall of the key frame 20 forms the key mounting surface 11, wherein the height of the connection between the inner surface of the side wall of the key frame 20 and the key mounting surface 11 is lower than the height of the connection between the key 12 and the key mounting surface 11.
The front side wall of the key frame 20 is provided with a water outlet 21, the water outlet 21 is provided with a first flow guiding surface 22, and the first flow guiding surface 22 forms an inclined surface gradually extending downwards from back to front so as to facilitate the outflow of water flow in the key frame 20.
The front side of the front side wall of the key frame body 20 is provided with two water blocking ribs 13 which are arranged oppositely, each water blocking rib 13 comprises a first water blocking rib position 131 extending along the left-right direction and a second water blocking rib position 132 extending along the front-back direction, the first water blocking rib position 131 and the key frame body 20 define a second diversion trench 32, and the two second water blocking rib positions 132 arranged oppositely define a first diversion trench 31.
A water inlet 33 is arranged between the first diversion trench 31 and the second diversion trench 32, a second diversion surface 34 is arranged at the position of the water inlet 33, the second diversion surface 34 gradually extends downwards from the water outlet 21 to the first diversion trench 31, an upper curved surface 341 is formed on the upstream of the second diversion surface 34 in the flow direction of water flow, a lower curved surface 342 is formed on the downstream of the second diversion surface 34, the contour line of the upper curved surface 341 is linear, and the contour line of the lower curved surface 342 forms an arc shape with the middle part protruding towards the flow direction of water flow.
The inner surfaces of the opposite side walls of the first guide grooves 31 are in transitional connection with the bottom walls of the first guide grooves 31 through first guide arc surfaces 35, the extending direction of the first guide arc surfaces 35 is the same as the extending direction of the first guide grooves 31, and one end of each first guide arc surface extends to the edge of the seat body 10; the inner surface of the front side wall of the second guide groove 32 is in transitional connection with the bottom wall of the second guide groove 32 through a second guide arc surface 36, the extending direction of the second guide arc surface 36 is the same as the extending direction of the second guide groove 32, and two ends of the second guide arc surface extend to the end part of the water blocking rib 13; the first flow guiding arc surface 35 is communicated with the second flow guiding arc surface 36, and the second flow guiding arc surface 36 is further communicated with the lower curved surface 342 of the second flow guiding surface 34.
The operation panel is connected with the clamping part 23 of the key frame body 20 through a buckle to realize the installation on the base body 10, water scattered by the operation panel falls into the key frame body 20, the water flow is collected at the inner side edge of the key frame body 20 under the action of gravity, in addition, the water flow collected at the inner side edge of the key frame body 20 is collected to the water outlet 21 and is arranged in the diversion trench 30 through the first diversion surface 22; the water dropped on the outside of the key frame 20 is collected by the second guide groove 32, guided to the water passage opening 33, and discharged through the second guide surface 34 from the water passage opening 33 and the second guide groove 32.
When the water amount is large, the water flow can be guided into the first diversion trench 31 through the upper curved surface 341 of the second diversion surface 34, so that the water drainage is realized; when the water flow is small, the surface tension of the water can make less water difficult to flow in the second diversion trench 32 with a large cross section, and by arranging the second diversion arc surface 36 connected with the second diversion surface 34, the water firstly converges in the second diversion arc surface 36 under the action of gravity after dropping in the second diversion trench 32 and converges in the lower curved surface 342 of the second diversion surface 34, and when the water converges sufficiently, the water can be discharged into the first diversion trench 31, and the water remaining in the second diversion arc surface 36 can flow in the first diversion arc surface 35, so that the water discharge is realized.
In addition, by arranging the first guide surface 22, the second guide surface 34, the first guide arc surface 35 and the second guide arc surface 36, a water flow stagnation phenomenon caused by surface tension is avoided, so that water is better discharged.
Other configurations and operations of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (22)

1. A key assembly (100), comprising:
the key assembly comprises a base body (10), wherein the base body (10) is provided with a key installation surface (11), and the key installation surface (11) is provided with a plurality of keys (12);
the key frame body (20) is arranged on the base body (10) and surrounds the key mounting surface (11) so that the plurality of keys (12) are positioned in the key frame body (20), the height of the connection part of the inner surface of the side wall of the key frame body (20) and the key mounting surface (11) is lower than that of the key mounting surface (11),
the key frame body (20) is provided with a water outlet (21), a first flow guide surface (22) extending from the inner side of the key frame body (20) to the outer side of the key frame body (20) is arranged at the water outlet (21), and the first flow guide surface (22) gradually extends downwards from inside to outside.
2. The key assembly (100) of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the first deflector surface (22) forms a slope extending gradually downward from inside to outside.
3. The key assembly (100) of claim 1, wherein a portion of the first guiding surface (22) away from the water outlet (21) forms a curved surface to transition with the key mounting surface (11) through the curved surface.
4. The key assembly (100) of claim 1, wherein the base (10) further has a guiding groove (30) located outside the key frame (20), and the guiding groove (30) is in communication with the water outlet (21).
5. The key assembly (100) of claim 4, wherein the guiding groove (30) comprises a first guiding groove (31), the first guiding groove (31) is communicated with the water outlet (21) through a water passage opening (33), a second guiding surface (34) extending from the water outlet (21) to the first guiding groove (31) is arranged at the water passage opening (33), and the second guiding surface (34) gradually extends downwards from the water outlet (21) to the first guiding groove (31).
6. The key assembly (100) of claim 5, wherein at least a portion of the second guide surface (34) forms a slope extending gradually downward from the water outlet (21) to the first guide groove (31).
7. The key assembly (100) of claim 5 or 6, wherein an upper curved surface is formed upstream of the second guiding surface (34) in the flowing direction of water flow, the second guiding surface (34) is transitionally connected with the surface of the seat body (10) adjacent to the upper curved surface, and the contour line of the upper curved surface forms a straight line shape.
8. The key assembly (100) according to any one of claims 5-7, wherein a lower curved surface is formed downstream of the second guiding surface (34) in the flow direction of the water flow, the second guiding surface (34) is transitionally connected with the surface of the seat body (10) adjacent to the lower curved surface, and the contour line of the lower curved surface forms an arc shape with a middle part protruding towards the flow direction of the water flow.
9. The key assembly (100) of any of claims 5-8, wherein the first flow guiding surface (22) and the second flow guiding surface (34) are identical in structure.
10. The key assembly (100) of any one of claims 5-9, wherein the first guiding groove (31) extends in a longitudinal direction, and one end of the first guiding groove (31) is communicated with the water outlet (21) through the water passage opening (33), and the other end of the first guiding groove (31) extends toward the edge of the seat body (10).
11. The key assembly (100) of any one of claims 5-10, wherein inner surfaces of opposite sidewalls of the first guide groove (31) and a bottom wall of the first guide groove (31) are transitionally connected by a first guide arc surface (35).
12. The key assembly (100) of any of claims 5-11, wherein the guide channel (30) further comprises a second guide channel (32), the second guide channel (32) being in communication with the water outlet (21) and the first guide channel (31) and at least a portion of the second guide channel (32) being located between the water outlet (21) and the first guide channel (31).
13. The key assembly (100) of claim 12, wherein the inner surface of the side wall of the second guiding groove (32) far away from the key frame body (20) is in transition connection with the bottom wall of the second guiding groove (32) through a second guiding arc surface (36).
14. The key assembly (100) of claim 12 or 13, wherein the water outlet (21) is disposed opposite to the water inlet (33), the second guiding groove (32) comprises two guiding branch grooves (321), and the two guiding branch grooves (321) are symmetrically disposed with respect to an imaginary connecting line between the water outlet (21) and the water inlet (33).
15. The key assembly (100) according to any one of claims 12 to 14, wherein the flow guide branch groove (321) extends in a lateral direction and has a proximal end adjacent to the water passage opening (33) and a distal end away from the water passage opening (33), and the flow guide branch groove (321) extends obliquely from the distal end to the proximal end in a direction away from the key frame (20).
16. The key assembly (100) according to any one of claims 4-15, wherein the base (10) is provided with at least two opposite and spaced water-blocking ribs (13), and the two water-blocking ribs (13) are located outside the key frame (20) and define the diversion trench (30) with the key frame (20).
17. The key assembly (100) of claim 16, wherein each of at least two of said water dam bars (13) comprises:
the first water retaining rib (131) extends along the transverse direction and defines a part of the diversion trench with the key frame body (20);
and the second water retaining ribs (132) extend along the longitudinal direction and are oppositely arranged, and the other part of the diversion trench is limited by the two second water retaining ribs (132).
18. A computer board case (200) of a laundry processing apparatus, comprising the key assembly (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 16.
19. The computer board case (200) of the laundry processing apparatus according to claim 18, wherein the housing (10) is provided with a knob (40) and a knob frame (41) provided outside the knob (40), the knob frame (41) is spaced apart from the key frame (20) and at least a portion of the knob frame (41) is opened to define a knob drain passage (42).
20. The computer board box (200) of a clothes treating apparatus according to claim 18 or 19, wherein the housing (10) is provided with a buzzer (50) and a buzzer frame (51) provided outside the buzzer (50), at least a portion of the buzzer frame (51) being open to define a buzzer drain channel (52).
21. The computer board box (200) of the clothes treatment device according to any one of claims 18-20, wherein the key frame (20) is provided with a plurality of clamping parts (23) for connecting with the operation panel of the clothes treatment device.
22. A laundry treating device, characterized by comprising a key assembly (100) according to any one of claims 1-16; or, a computer board box (200) comprising a laundry treatment apparatus according to any of claims 18-21.
