The method of controlling the tilt speed of a forklift mast according to claim 1, wherein: acquiring the lifting height of the goods on the portal frame by adopting a position sensor; installing a pressure sensor at the bottom of a multi-way valve or a lifting oil cylinder of the forklift, reading lifting pressure P of a lifting oil way of the forklift through the pressure sensor, wherein the lifting pressure P forms the weight information; combining the radius R of the lifting oil cylinder to convert the weight G of the goods forked by the portal frame, wherein G is k pi R2P, where k is a correction factor.

The method of controlling the tilt speed of a forklift mast according to claim 2, wherein: the step 1) is also preceded by the following steps: pressing an activation button to start the adjusting function of the output signal setting range of the forklift operation handle and/or the rotating speed of the pump motor; and/or, the step 4) is followed by the following steps: pressing an activation button to close the adjusting function of the output signal setting range of the forklift operation handle; when the adjusting function of the output signal setting range of the forklift operating handle and/or the rotating speed of the pump motor is started, the indicating module sends out an indicating signal.
5. The method of controlling the tilt speed of a forklift mast according to claim 1, wherein: the operating handle is an electric control handle or a mechanical handle with a position sensor, and the output signal is a current signal or a voltage signal.
6. A forklift mast inclination speed control device comprises a forklift mast inclinator, an operating handle and a controller; the method is characterized in that: further comprising:
the first sensor is used for acquiring the lifting height information of the goods on the door frame;
the second sensor is used for acquiring weight information of goods on the portal;
the controller judges whether the weight of the goods on the door frame is larger than a first preset value and the lifting height of the goods on the door frame is larger than a second preset value according to the information collected by the first sensor and the second sensor, if so, the set range of the output signal of the operating handle is set as A1, otherwise, the set range of the output signal of the operating handle is set as A2, and the maximum value of A2 is larger than the maximum value of A1; the controller adjusts the tilting speed of the gantry tilter according to the value of the actual output signal of the operating handle.

The forklift mast tilt speed control device of claim 6, wherein: the forklift truck further comprises a pump motor of the forklift truck, the pump motor is connected with the controller, when the weight of the goods on the gantry is larger than a first preset value and the lifting height of the goods on the gantry is larger than a second preset value, the rotating speed of the pump motor is set to be n1, the weight of the goods on the gantry is not larger than the first preset value, and/or when the lifting height of the goods on the gantry is not larger than the second preset value, the rotating speed of the pump motor is set to be n2, and n2 is larger than n 1.

The forklift mast tilt speed control device of claim 6, wherein: the first sensor is a position sensor; the second sensor is a pressure sensor which is arranged at the bottom of a multi-way valve or a lifting oil cylinder of the forklift, and the lifting pressure P of a lifting oil way of the forklift is read through the pressure sensor and forms the weight information; the controller is combined with the radius R of the lifting oil cylinder to convert the weight G of the goods forked by the portal frame, wherein the G is k and pi R2P, where k is a correction factor.
9. The forklift mast tilt speed control device of claim 7, wherein: the device also comprises an activation button which is electrically connected with the controller and is used for starting or closing the adjusting function of the controller on the output signal setting range of the operating handle and/or the rotating speed of the pump motor; the device also comprises an indicating module which is electrically connected with the controller and is used for indicating whether the controller is started or not for the output signal setting range of the operating handle and/or the adjusting function of the rotating speed of the pump motor.
10. The forklift mast tilt speed control device of claim 6, wherein: the operating handle is an electric control handle or a mechanical handle with a position sensor, and the output signal is a current signal or a voltage signal.
