Mooring joints on ship decks, land ramps or aircraft cargo compartment floors typically comprise the form of mooring rings or mooring bolts. The lower joint of the mooring rigging is mostly a mooring hook corresponding to the joint form of the mooring ring. The mooring bolt has the characteristics of small structural appearance, high bearing capacity and the like, and is usually installed on a flight deck of an aircraft carrier or a freight floor in a heavy aircraft cabin. At present, the forms and specifications of the lower joint of the mooring rigging matched with the mooring bolt in China are few, and a quick mooring joint which is simple and convenient to operate and high in safety is urgently needed to meet the requirements of shipboard aircraft mooring and aircraft reloading freight.

In view of the problems of the background art, an object of the present invention is to provide a quick mooring fitting which can be quickly coupled to a mooring bolt installed on a deck of a ship, a land apron, or a cargo bay floor of an aircraft, and which is easy and convenient to operate.

the hook (1) is connected to the fork ear of the lock seat (2) through a pin (4) and a clamp spring, and the handle (3) is connected to the clamping seat of the lock seat (2) through a clamping shaft (5) and a fastening pin (6);
the joint at the lower end of the lock seat (2) is used for connecting with the joint of the mooring rigging.

because the clamping shaft [5] is provided with the half clamping groove, when the handle reaches the horizontal limit position, the flat end surface of the half clamping groove rotates to the vertical position from the horizontal position, and the clamping shaft [5] falls into the groove on the hook [1], so that the movement of the hook is limited, and the connection of the mooring joint and the mooring bolt is completed.
(5) When the mooring connector and the mooring bolt are loosened, the handle [3] is pulled upwards, the clamping shaft [5] rotates along with the handle [3] under the driving of the handle, and when the flat end surface of the half clamping groove on the clamping shaft [5] rotates from the vertical position to the horizontal position, the hook [1] is separated from the lock seat [2], and the loosening of the mooring connector and the mooring bolt is completed.
(6) The fork ear at one side of the lock seat (2) is a double fork ear.
(7) The joint arranged at the lower end of the lock seat (2) is a single-lug joint and is used for being connected with a double-lug joint of a mooring rigging.
The quick mooring joint provided by the invention can realize quick butt joint and loosening with a mooring bolt by connecting the parts such as the clamping shaft, the handle, the lock seat, the hook and the like into a whole according to a certain assembly relation, and is simple and convenient to operate and high in reliability.

The mooring joint consists of a hook (1), a lock seat (2), a handle (3), a pin (4), a clamping shaft (5) and a fastening pin (6).
The right side of the lock seat [2] is provided with a fork lug, the left side is provided with a clamping seat, and the lower end is provided with a single lug joint. The hook (1) is connected on the fork ear of the lock base (2) through a pin (4) and a clamp spring, and the handle (3) is connected on the clamping base of the lock base (2) through a clamping shaft (5) and a fastening pin (6). The single lug joint at the lower end of the lock base is used for connecting with a double lug joint (fixed on a chain ring) of the mooring rigging.

When the mooring connector is used for butt joint with a mooring bolt, the mooring connector is firstly in an open state, the opening of the lock seat [2] is aligned with the mooring bolt, and the lock seat is pushed horizontally, so that the annular bulge on the lock seat falls into the neck of the mooring bolt. Then the hook (1) is rotated to enable the hook to fall into the clamping seat of the lock seat (2), the handle (3) is pressed along the direction from top to bottom, the clamping shaft (5) is driven by the handle to rotate along with the hook, because the clamping shaft (5) is provided with the half clamping groove, when the handle reaches the horizontal limit position, the flat end surface of the half clamping groove also rotates the vertical position from the horizontal position, at the moment, the clamping shaft (5) can fall into the groove on the hook (1), and therefore the effect of limiting the movement of the hook is achieved, and the whole operation of quick connection is completed.
When the lock needs to be loosened quickly, the handle [3] is pulled upwards, the clamping shaft [5] is driven by the handle [3] to rotate, and when the flat end surface of the half clamping groove on the clamping shaft [5] rotates from the vertical position to the horizontal position, the hook [1] can be disengaged from the lock seat [2 ].

the hook (1) is connected on the fork ear of the lock seat (2) through a pin (4) and a clamp spring, and the handle (3) is connected on the clamping seat of the lock seat (2) through a clamping shaft (5) and a fastening pin (6);
when the hook is locked, the handle [3] is pressed downwards, so that the clamping shaft [5] is driven to rotate, and when the flat end surface of the half clamping groove on the clamping shaft [5] rotates from the horizontal position to the vertical position, the clamping shaft [5] falls into the groove on the hook, so that the movement of the hook is limited;
when the lock is released, the handle (3) is pulled upwards to drive the clamping shaft (5) to rotate, and when the flat end surface of the half clamping groove on the clamping shaft (5) rotates from the vertical position to the horizontal position, the hook (1) can be released from the clamping seat of the lock seat (2).
The clamping groove on the handle (3) can play a limiting role, as shown in figure 7.
The quick mooring joint provided by the invention can realize quick butt joint and loosening with a mooring bolt by connecting the clamping shaft, the handle, the lock seat, the hook and other parts into a whole according to a certain assembly relation, and is simple and convenient to operate and high in reliability.

a half clamping groove is formed in the clamping shaft;
