When the sliding plate 91 moves upwards to touch the second travel switch 77, the second travel switch 77 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and then controls the servo motor 74 to rotate anticlockwise, the servo motor 74 drives the sliding sleeve 72 and the spray head 83 to move downwards, under the action of the second spring 93, the sliding plate 91 moves downwards, so that the contact switch 92 is driven to move downwards, meanwhile, the control module controls the electromagnetic valve 82 to be opened after being delayed for 3 seconds, so that paint is prevented from being sprayed onto the scraper 94, and after 3 seconds, the control module controls the electromagnetic valve 82 to be closed.
As shown in fig. 4, the cleaning device further comprises a cleaning assembly 10, the cleaning assembly 10 comprises a connecting rod 101, a guide sleeve 102, a guide rod 103, a scraping blade 104 and a spring sheet 105, the top of the sliding plate 91 is connected with the connecting rod 101 in an inclined manner, the left end of the connecting rod 101 is connected with the guide rod 103, the bottom end of the guide rod 103 is connected with the scraping blade 104 in a rotating manner, the spring sheet 105 is connected between the scraping blade 104 and the guide rod 103, the guide sleeve 102 is sleeved on the guide rod 103, and the guide sleeve 102.
