4. The virtual reality-based fitness apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fitness device comprises: an exoskeleton worn on the user; and the control device controls the space motion device to drag the exoskeleton to simulate motion tracks of different motions in the space.

The virtual reality based fitness device of claim 4, wherein a motion trail monitoring device is arranged on the exoskeleton, and the motion trail monitoring device monitors motion trail data of the user during motion and transmits the motion trail data to the head-mounted display device for display to the user.
6. The virtual reality-based fitness device of claim 1, wherein the head-mounted display device further receives: selecting the motion category of the user; and the selection of the motion environment of the user,
the head-mounted display device virtualizes a corresponding user motion environment according to the motion type selection of the user and the motion environment selection of the user;
and the body-building equipment executes corresponding motion actions according to the motion type selection of the user and the motion environment selection of the user so as to drive the user to perform corresponding motion actions.
