As shown in fig. 3A, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for sharing pictures, including:
310. the electronic equipment receives an instruction of sharing a first picture;
here, sharing the first picture generally refers to an operation of sending the first picture to a certain contact. This operation may have different names, such as "share", "send to buddy", and so on. The name of this operation is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
The user may send the instruction to share the first picture to the electronic device in various manners, for example, the user may open the first picture on the electronic device and then click a "share" button, as shown in fig. 2A to 2C. Or automatically sharing after the user takes a picture, in which case, a picture taking instruction, such as clicking a "picture taking" button on the screen of the electronic device or pressing a shutter button on the electronic device, may be regarded as an instruction to share the first picture. The user can also send an instruction for sharing the first picture through a voice command interface. There are many voice command interfaces, such as Siri voice assistant developed by apple, microsoft mini na (Cortana) developed by microsoft, and a flying voice assistant developed by science flying. The voice command interfaces can recognize natural language commands spoken by users by means of voice recognition technology, perform semantic analysis on the natural language commands, and then execute corresponding operations. For example, a user may speak "share the picture" to the electronic device, and the electronic device performs the operation of sharing the picture.
The first picture is image data stored in the electronic device, and may be various image files, for example, image files in bitmap format such as jpeg file and bmp file, or files in vector image format. The first picture may be a still picture or a moving picture such as a video. The first picture may be a picture or a video taken by the electronic device, or may be a picture obtained from another place, for example, a picture received through an email, a multimedia message, instant messaging software, or the like, or a picture received through short-distance wireless communication such as bluetooth, or a picture copied from a storage device such as a computer or a mobile hard disk, and the like.
320. When the first picture contains an image of a first contact person, the electronic equipment sends the first picture to the first contact person.
Here, the first contact is a contact of the user of the electronic device, and contact information of the first contact is stored in the electronic device. The contact information of the first contact may be stored in a system application of the electronic device for managing contact information, and this application is generally referred to as a "contact," "phonebook," "address book," or other name. The information of the first contact may also be stored in other communication software, such as a contact list of an email, a friend list of instant communication software (e.g., Tencent QQ), a friend list or a list of concerns of social network applications (e.g., twitter, facebook, Singles microblog, WeChat), and so on.
When the first picture contains the image of the first contact person, the electronic equipment sends the first picture to the first contact person. Here, the electronic device may automatically transmit the first picture, or may make the user confirm and then transmit the first picture.
The electronic device may send the first picture to the first contact in a variety of ways, such as email, bluetooth, multimedia message, instant messaging application, social networking application, and so on. In the embodiment of the present invention, the sending mode may be selected by the user, as an example, as shown in fig. 2C, after the user clicks the "share" button, a box pops up on the interface, there are various sharing modes inside, such as email, QQ, wechat, and the like, the user clicks one of the sharing modes, and then the electronic device sends the picture by using the mode. The first picture can also be sent in a default or user-used mode, for example, the first picture is sent by using a multimedia message by default, or the first picture is sent by using a WeChat according to history statistics when the user sends the first picture by using the WeChat most frequently. The sending mode may also be selected according to the contact mode of the first contact, for example, if the electronic device stores the phone number of the first contact, the first picture may be sent in a multimedia message mode, and if the electronic device stores the micro signal of the first contact, the first picture may be sent in a micro message mode.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3B, the electronic device may determine that the first picture includes the image of the first contact by using an image recognition technology:
3201. carrying out image recognition on the first picture;
through many years of research and development, the image recognition technology reaches a considerable height nowadays. By means of artificial intelligence technologies such as neural networks and machine learning, the existing image recognition technologies can well recognize various objects in pictures, for example, people, animals, houses and the like. The image recognition technology can also well distinguish human faces.
For a moving picture such as a video, image recognition may be performed on one frame of image, or image recognition may be performed on a thumbnail of the moving picture.
3202. Comparing the identified first person image with a reference image of the first contact;
if the first picture is identified to contain a person, an image of the first person can be extracted. Here, the first person image is an image of a person in the first picture, and the first picture may include one or a plurality of persons. Image recognition techniques may identify these images of the person and extract them for comparison.
3203. Sending the first picture to the first contact when it is determined that the first person image and the reference image of the first contact belong to the same person.
The electronic device may compare the first person image to a reference image of the first contact to determine whether the first person is the same person. Here, the reference image of the first contact is an image of the first contact used as a reference for comparison. The reference image may be of various origins. For example, many electronic devices today have "contacts" applications, and many instant messaging software, social networking applications, can maintain image information for contacts. As an example, as shown in FIG. 4, in a contacts application, each contact holds an "avatar". In addition, the reference image may be specified by a user, for example, the user may select one of the pictures saved in the electronic device, which contains the first contact, to be specified as the reference image of the first contact.
The electronic device may further store a picture previously shared with the first contact as a reference image of the first contact. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the above embodiment may further include, before step 310:
3001. the electronic equipment receives an instruction of sharing a second picture;
here the second picture may be a different picture than the first picture.
3002. Sending the second picture to the first contact according to the instruction for sharing the second picture;
here, the electronic device may send the second picture to the first contact in a conventional picture sharing manner, or may send the second picture to the first contact in a manner provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
3003. And storing the second picture as a reference image of the first contact.
Since the second picture is shared with the first contact, and usually includes the first contact image, the second picture can be used as a reference image of the first contact.
The electronic device may determine whether the first person image and the reference image of the first contact are the same person through various algorithms, such as an ASM algorithm, a deep learning algorithm, and the like. Due to the improvement of artificial intelligence technologies such as neural networks and deep learning, the accuracy of image comparison is greatly improved.
As an example, as shown in fig. 2B, there is a person in the illustrated picture, and the user clicks the "share" button, and at this time, as shown in fig. 2C, a box pops up on the user interface to display the sharing manner, such as email, WeChat, QQ, and the like. In this example, the user clicks the email icon, the electronic device is triggered to extract the image of the person, then the electronic device compares the image of the person with the head portrait of the contact stored in the contact application, and finds that the image of the person matches the image of the contact named as the silk, and then the electronic device attaches the picture to be shared to the email and sends the email as an attachment to the mailbox lmj @ abc. Here, the electronic apparatus may automatically send the mail, or may have the user manually click to send after attaching the picture to the electronic mail as an attachment.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device may determine the contact to be shared by the nameplate in the first picture. As shown in figure 3C of the drawings,
3301. carrying out image recognition on the first picture;
3302. identifying a name on a first nameplate contained in the first picture;
as shown in fig. 2D, in some pictures, name cards of people, such as a chest card, a seat card, etc., may appear, and the electronic device may set the name cards and further recognize the name on the name cards. The electronic equipment can distinguish nameplates through sample training, and the character recognition is a mature technology.
3303. When the name on the first name card is determined to be the name of the first contact, the first picture is sent to the first contact.
The electronic device may compare the recognized name with the stored names of the contacts, and determine the contact matching the name on the first nameplate as the first contact.
