Abstract
本发明公开了一种正交编码器信号滤波方法、装置及系统,包括采用固定时间长度作为采样周期,对正交编码器输出的A或B或Z相信号进行连续采样,根据采样数据统计采样周期内的标志值;将标志值存入寄存器内,一个标志值对应一个寄存器;设定窗体宽度值为n,选通n+1个寄存器,并将其内存储的标志值求和,得到高标志总数;将高标志总数与预设高标准和预设低标准进行比较,根据比较结果调整并输出滤波信号。本发明抗干扰的能力更强,滤波效果更为稳定和准确。
