Abstract

本发明公开了一种正交编码器信号滤波方法、装置及系统，包括采用固定时间长度作为采样周期，对正交编码器输出的A或B或Z相信号进行连续采样，根据采样数据统计采样周期内的标志值；将标志值存入寄存器内，一个标志值对应一个寄存器；设定窗体宽度值为n，选通n+1个寄存器，并将其内存储的标志值求和，得到高标志总数；将高标志总数与预设高标准和预设低标准进行比较，根据比较结果调整并输出滤波信号。本发明抗干扰的能力更强，滤波效果更为稳定和准确。
