公开了一种左乙拉西坦的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:以2‑卤代丁酸酯为原料,在酯水解酶作用下拆分获得(S)‑2‑卤代丁酸酯;再与2‑吡咯烷酮在碱性试剂作用下生成(S)‑α‑乙基‑2‑氧代‑1‑吡咯烷乙酸酯;最后氨解得到左乙拉西坦。该方法工艺操作简单,原料易得,环境污染小,产品的HPLC纯度和光学纯度高,非常适合用于工业生产。
