Abstract

The micro-speaker containing the FPC in the prior art is only adhered to the upper side or the lower side of the voice coil from the inner side of one FPC, and the outer side of the FPC is connected to the frame body, but along with the reduction of the size space of the micro-speaker monomer, the space between the voice coil and the frame body cannot accommodate the minimum width of the FPC, so that the whole piece of FPC is difficult to integrate into the micro-speaker monomer.

The upper side of the voice coil 3 is arranged on the diaphragm 4.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the center of the voice coil 3 is located on a central axis in the length direction of the diaphragm 4, FPCs (flexible circuit boards) 2 are respectively disposed below two ends of a long axis of the voice coil 3, the lower side of the FPC (flexible circuit board) 2 is disposed on the support 1, the area of the FPC (flexible circuit board) 2 is smaller than 50% of that of the diaphragm 4, and two ends of a lead of the voice coil are respectively connected to the lower side of the voice coil 3 and the FPC (flexible circuit board) 2 correspondingly disposed on the lower side of the voice coil 3.
And the voice coil 3 is also provided with a magnetic circuit structure. The magnetic circuit structure is used for providing a magnetic field to make the voice coil 3 vibrate and drive the diaphragm 4 to vibrate and produce sound.
The FPC (flexible circuit board) 2 is provided with a connecting terminal for being connected with the outside, and the external sound source signals are conveniently input through the FPC (flexible circuit board) 2 by the arrangement, so that the vibrating diaphragm 4 can vibrate and sound.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic circuit structure includes a washer 5, a magnet 6 and a yoke 7, the magnet 6 is disposed on the yoke 7, the washer 5 is disposed on the magnet 6, and the washer 5 is embedded in the bracket 1.

3. A micro-speaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diaphragm (4) is provided in an elongated shape.
4. A microspeaker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the voice coil (3) is centered on the central axis of the diaphragm (4) in the lengthwise direction thereof.
5. A microspeaker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the FPC (2) has an area of less than 50% of the diaphragm (4).
6. The microspeaker of any one of claims 1-5 wherein the magnetic structure comprises a washer (5), a magnet (6) and a yoke (7).
7. The micro-speaker according to claim 6, wherein the magnet (6) is arranged on the yoke (7), the washer (5) is arranged on the magnet (6), and the washer (5) is embedded on the bracket (1).
8. The micro-speaker as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, wherein the magnetic structure comprises a yoke (7) and a main magnet (8) and a side magnet (9) arranged on the yoke (7), two side magnets (9) are arranged on two sides of the main magnet (8), the washer (5) is arranged above the main magnet (8) and the side magnets (9), and the washer (5) is embedded on the bracket (1).
