The pawl 9 is provided with a spring (not shown in the figure), the pawl is clamped with the ratchet 10 to drive the unit wheel 6 to rotate when rotating in the forward direction, and the pawl 9 can overcome the spring force to cross the ratchet 10 and not drive the unit wheel 6 to rotate when rotating in the reverse direction, namely, the pawl 9 can only unidirectionally stir the unit wheel 6 to rotate. Through pawl, ratchet structure, can ensure that the digit wheel can only forward rotation, prevent that counting assembly from reseing in the use, resulting in the count unusual.
In order to allow the pawl 9 to smoothly pass over the ratchet 10 at the time of reverse rotation, the pawl 9 may be designed as a pawl having elasticity to pass over the ratchet 10 by elastic deformation without providing a spring.
Of course, the number of the pawls 9 can be further increased or decreased, and in principle, only one pawl 9 can be arranged, so that the structure of one pawl 9 is simpler compared with that of two pawls 9, and the two pawls 9 can rotate more stably when being dialed compared with that of one pawl 9.
The linear-rotary mechanism comprises rotary grooves 11 arranged at the inner ends of the telescopic parts 4 and radial rotary pins 12 arranged at one ends of the rotary shafts 8, the number of the rotary pins 12 is two, the rotary grooves 11 are radially and symmetrically distributed, the number of the rotary grooves 11 is the same as that of the rotary pins 12, the rotary pins 12 are clamped into the rotary grooves 11 from the ports of the rotary grooves 11 and are in sliding fit with the rotary grooves 11, the telescopic parts 4 are cylindrical, the inner ends of the telescopic parts are hollow structures capable of containing the end parts of the rotary shafts 8, so that inward retracting spaces are provided for the telescopic parts 4, the rotary grooves 11 are spiral grooves or inclined grooves formed in the side walls of the hollow ends, return springs 13 supporting the telescopic parts 4 to extend outwards are arranged on the rotary shafts 8, one ends of the return springs 13 are supported on stopping parts 14 of the telescopic parts 4, and.
The stopping portion 14 is in a thin plate shape and located in the middle of the outer end and the inner end of the telescopic portion 4, so that the telescopic portion 4 can be prevented from being pulled out, and the function of providing a supporting portion for the return spring 13 can also be achieved, the rotary supporting member 15 is in a disc shape and is sleeved on the rotary shaft 8, so that the rotary shaft 8 can be supported to rotate, and meanwhile, the supporting portion is provided for the return spring 13.
When the expansion part 4 is pressed to retract inwards, the linear motion of the expansion part 4 can be converted into the reverse rotation motion of the rotating shaft 8 through the sliding fit of the rotary groove 11 and the rotary pin 12, when the expansion part 4 is not pressed, the expansion part 4 stretches out outwards again under the acting force of the return spring 13, and the linear motion of the expansion part 4 can be converted into the forward rotation motion of the rotating shaft 8 through the sliding fit of the rotary groove 11 and the rotary pin 12.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a portion of teeth arranged on a unit wheel of a number wheel; FIG. 6 is a schematic structural view of a double-layer gear; fig. 7 is a schematic view of the double gear meshing with the tens wheel of the number wheel.

The first gear 16-1 of the double-layer gear 16 is meshed with the inner ring transmission teeth of the tens gear 7, the second gear 16-2 of the double-layer gear is meshed with the inner ring transmission teeth of the unit gear 6, the inner ring transmission teeth of the tens gear 7 are evenly distributed circumferential transmission teeth 17, the inner ring transmission teeth of the unit gear 6 are partial transmission teeth 18, and the number of the teeth is one tenth of the number of the inner ring transmission teeth of the tens gear 7.
For example: if the number of the inner ring transmission teeth of the tens wheel 7 is twenty, the number of the inner ring transmission teeth of the unit wheel 6 is two; if the number of teeth of the inner ring gear of the tens wheel 7 is thirty, the number of teeth of the inner ring gear of the unit wheel 6 is three.
Because the inner ring transmission teeth on the individual gear 6 are partial teeth, in the rotating process, the inner ring transmission teeth are only meshed with the second gear 16-2 of the double-layer gear 16 at a set position, the tens wheel 7 can be driven to rotate under the condition that the inner ring transmission teeth are meshed with the second gear 16-2 of the double-layer gear 16, the carry is realized, and the tens wheel 7 cannot be driven to rotate and only does rotation motion under the condition that the inner ring transmission teeth are not meshed with the second gear 16-2 of the double-layer gear 16.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not limited thereto, and on the basis of the above embodiments, various embodiments can be obtained by performing targeted adjustment according to actual needs. For example: the positions of the counter 3 and the contact platform 5 can be interchanged, namely, the counter 3 is arranged on the male connector 2, and the contact platform 5 is arranged on the female connector 1; or a hundred-position wheel is further added, and the hundred-position wheel and the tens-position wheel 7 are meshed and driven through another double-layer gear, so that the counting device has a hundred-position counting function; still alternatively, the number of the rotation pins 12 and the rotation slots 11 is increased to three, and so on. This is not illustrated here, since many implementations are possible.
During the use, every time the connector is once inserted and pulled out, flexible portion 4 of counter 3 just accomplishes once flexible, and flexible accessible drive digit wheel is rotatory for every time the flexible portion 4 of counter 3 accomplishes, and the digit wheel is counted with the mode that adds up. Thus, the value displayed by the counter 3 is always consistent with the number of times of inserting and pulling the connector. The counter 3 displays the use frequency of the connector, the plugging and unplugging times of the connector can be directly read by observing the numerical value displayed by the counter 3, and the service life expiration or design risk can be rapidly determined, so that the troubleshooting time is saved, and the specific reasons are conveniently checked.
By changing the matching direction of the pawl 9 and the ratchet 10, the counter can be adjusted when to start counting in the plugging and unplugging process, the counter in the embodiment does not start counting when being plugged, but starts counting when being unplugged, and after the adjustment, the counter can start counting when being plugged, but does not start counting when being unplugged.
In addition to the above connectors, the present invention further provides an automobile wire harness system, which includes a wire harness and connectors for connecting the wire harness, at least one connector is the above automobile connector capable of displaying the plugging and unplugging times in real time, and other structures refer to the prior art and are not repeated herein.
The connector and the automotive harness system provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the core concepts of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
