Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cylinder body of a fuse cylinder, which can adapt to switch cabinets with different voltage levels and can reduce the manufacturing cost; the invention also aims to provide the fuse tube which can adapt to switch cabinets with different voltage levels and can reduce the manufacturing cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the mounting seat is used for installing a contact at one end of the fuse and is in conductive connection with the contact, the mounting seat is in conductive connection with the incoming line conductor or the outgoing line conductor, the mounting seat is detachably connected in the barrel and is adjustable in position relative to the barrel in the length direction of the barrel, and an adjusting structure used for adjusting the position of the mounting seat is arranged in the barrel.
The technical scheme of the cylinder body of the fuse cylinder has the beneficial effects that: because the installation seat is arranged in the barrel for installing the contact at one end of the fuse, the installation seat is detachably connected in the barrel, the adjusting structure for adjusting the position of the installation seat is arranged in the barrel, so that the position of the installation seat relative to the barrel in the length direction of the barrel can be adjusted, the barrel with one specification can be manufactured for switch cabinets with different voltage classes, then only when the fuse cylinder is assembled, the installation seat is firstly adjusted to a proper position according to the voltage class of the switch cabinet applied by the fuse cylinder, so that the fuse with a specific length can be installed in the barrel, therefore, the position of the installation seat is changed, namely the length of the installed fuse is changed, the voltage class which can be adapted can be changed, the barrels with various specifications do not need to be manufactured, the barrel with one specification can meet various use requirements, and the universality is enhanced, greatly reducing the manufacturing cost.
Further, for the setting of conveniently adjusting the structure, adjust the structure including fixing the dead lever in the barrel, mount pad releasable connection is on the dead lever, is provided with the regulation hole that is used for adjusting the mount pad position on the dead lever.

Detailed Description
One embodiment of the fuse cartridge of the present invention is shown in fig. 1 and includes a cartridge body 5, a cartridge cover 2 fixed to the top of the cartridge body 5, and a fuse 6 mounted in the cartridge body 5. Specifically, the adjustment hole 18 is a long hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder 5, that is, in fig. 1, the adjustment hole 18 is a long hole extending vertically. The upper end of the cylinder 5 is an open end, the lower end of the cylinder 5 is a closed end, a fixed shaft 11 used for fixing the cylinder 5 on the switch cabinet is arranged on the closed end, an insulating umbrella skirt is arranged on the surface of the fixed shaft 11, the insulating umbrella skirt in the embodiment is a silica gel umbrella skirt 10 wrapped on the surface of the fixed shaft 11 through a vulcanization process, and the silica gel umbrella skirt 10 meets the requirement of increasing creepage distance. And a sealing ring 12 is provided between the fixed shaft 11 and the bottom of the cylinder 5 in order to ensure sealability.
The cover 2 is connected with the fixing clamp 15 and the fuse 6, and can be connected outside the cylinder body firstly and then integrally installed in the cylinder body when being assembled. Cover 2 includes with 5 hole interference fit's of barrel big footpath sections and be located the inside path section of barrel 5, is provided with insulating full skirt in the path section, has guaranteed the leakproofness of barrel on the one hand, and creepage distance and insulating properties have been guaranteed to on the other hand. The top of the cylinder 5 is also fixed with a fixed sleeve 1 for fixing the cylinder 5 on the switch cabinet, the fixed sleeve 1 is provided with a connecting flange for fixedly connecting with the switch cabinet, the fixed sleeve 1 is sleeved outside the cylinder 5, and a sealing ring 16 is arranged between the fixed sleeve 1 and the cylinder 5 for ensuring the sealing property. The inner hole of the fixed sleeve 1 is a stepped hole, the step of the stepped hole is in stop fit with the upper end face of the cylinder 5, and meanwhile, the top end of the cylinder cover 2 is provided with a pressing flange, so that the fixed sleeve 1 is pressed and fixed on the top end of the cylinder.
When the fuse tube is assembled, the mounting plate 17 is adjusted to a proper position according to the voltage grade of a switch cabinet to which the fuse tube is applied, then the nut 14 is screwed and fixed, and the length of a fuse arranged in the tube, namely the insulation distance matched with the voltage grade of the switch cabinet, is determined by the upper position and the lower position of the mounting plate 17. Then, the appropriate fuse 6 is fixed with the fixing clip 15 and the cartridge cover 2, and is loaded into the cartridge body 5 together for fixing, the fixing clip 15 is in conductive contact with the conductive card 4, and the lower end contact of the fuse 6 is fixedly supported on and in conductive contact with the elastic conductive buckle 7.
Therefore, when the barrel is adopted and matched with switch cabinets with different voltage grades, only the barrel with one specification is required to be manufactured, the length of the barrel and the length of the adjusting hole can be ensured, fuses with different specifications can be installed, then only when the fuse tube is assembled, according to the voltage grade of the switch cabinet to which the fuse tube is applied, the position of the mounting seat is adjusted firstly, the position of the mounting seat is changed, the length of the installed fuse is changed, the insulation distance is changed, the voltage grade capable of being adapted can be changed, therefore, barrels with various specifications do not need to be manufactured, the barrel with one specification can meet the use requirements of switch cabinets with different voltage grades, such as 12kV and 24kV, the universality is enhanced, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
It should be noted that the positional concepts such as "upper end", "lower end", "top", "bottom", etc. mentioned in the above embodiments are merely for explaining the connection relationship among the respective components of the fuse tube, and do not represent the usage state of the fuse tube, for example, the fuse tube may be laid flat when in use.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, the small-diameter section of the tube cover can be provided with no insulating umbrella skirt; the cylinder cover can also be only composed of a large-diameter section, and the large-diameter section is directly connected with the fixing clamp.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, the insulating shed on the surface of the fixed shaft may not be made of silica gel, for example, epoxy resin; the insulating umbrella skirt on the surface of the fixed shaft can be molded in a vulcanization mode instead of the vulcanization mode, for example, the insulating umbrella skirt and the cylinder body can be integrally molded by injection molding; the closed end is not provided with a fixed shaft, but is connected with a fixed part on the cylinder body when the fuse cylinder needs to be fixed; both ends of the cylinder body can be open ends, the fuse can be installed from any end, and both ends need to be closed after the installation is finished.
In other embodiments of the fuse cartridge, the mounting block may comprise only a mounting plate, and a slot may be formed in the mounting plate, and the contact at the end of the fuse is inserted directly into the slot and is electrically connected to the mounting plate.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, the adjusting holes may not be long holes, but a plurality of discrete holes are arranged at intervals up and down, each adjusting hole corresponds to a fuse of one specification, at this time, the position of the mounting seat can still be fixed by matching the stud and the nut, of course, two fixing pins may also be welded and fixed on the fixing seat, and the two fixing pins respectively penetrate into the two adjusting holes, so as to determine the position of the mounting seat.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, the adjusting structure may not be the adjusting hole, for example, a plurality of T-shaped grooves or dovetail grooves may be disposed on the side surface of the fixing rod facing the inside of the tube body, the T-shaped grooves or dovetail grooves being spaced up and down and extending in the front-rear direction, at this time, a T-shaped block or dovetail block needs to be fixed on the mounting seat, the position of the mounting seat is determined by the cooperation of the T-shaped grooves and the T-shaped block, or the dovetail grooves and the dovetail block, and at this time, a mounting and dismounting space for the T-shaped block or dovetail block to be conveniently mounted in or withdrawn from the corresponding groove needs.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, the fixing rod may not be disposed in the tube body, but the adjusting structure is directly processed on the inner wall of the tube body.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, when the lower end of the tube body is an open end, the mounting seat can also be arranged at a position close to the upper end of the tube body, at the moment, the mounting seat is in conductive connection with the incoming line conductor, and the fuse can be installed in the tube body from bottom to top.
In other embodiments of the fuse tube, one end of the flexible connection can be in conductive connection with the outgoing copper bar, and the other end of the flexible connection is in conductive connection with the mounting seat, and the fixing rod does not need to be made of a conductive material; in other embodiments, the flexible connection can be omitted, and the outgoing copper bar is directly in conductive connection with the fixing rod.
In other embodiments of the fuse holder, the fuse may be supported on the mounting seat, the fixing clip may be mounted on the mounting seat, the fixing clip may be fixed to and electrically connected to the conductive clip, and the fuse holder may be mounted on the holder cover.
In other embodiments of the fuse holder, the conductive stud and the conductive card can be replaced by an incoming copper bar, and the outgoing conductor can be replaced by a conductive stud.
