During testing, the convex and concave surface switching electrodes are installed on the three-post insulators, wherein the concave surface switching electrodes 6 are installed at two ends of the three-post insulator on the leftmost side, then appropriate supporting leg connecting blocks are selected according to the types of the three-post insulators, the three-post insulators are installed in the barrel units 4, the barrel units 4 are connected into a whole, the conductive connection of the conductive pull rods 7 is guaranteed to be reliable, and the barrel on the rightmost side is connected with a grounding wire.
The test fixture is integrally placed on a flat trolley, the test fixture is fixed by a nylon cushion block, the conducting rod 16 is screwed into the concave surface switching electrode 6 of the leftmost post insulator, the flat trolley is pushed, the conducting rod 16 is connected with the high-voltage end of the test device, and then power frequency withstand voltage tests can be carried out on the three post insulators and the local discharge amount of the three post insulators can be accurately measured.
Compared with the prior art, more than two post insulators are connected into a string for testing, the switching electrodes ensure that the post insulators are in conductive connection, and the testing efficiency is high.
