In the method for determining configuration parameters of an electric cooker provided by the present invention, the function of the machine learning system can be directly executed by the electric cooker end or the mobile terminal when the processing capability of the electric cooker end or the mobile terminal is strong enough. In the embodiment of the present invention, machine learning is performed on the server side.
The following describes the method for determining configuration parameters of an electric cooker provided by the embodiment of the invention in detail from a server side, an electric cooker side and a mobile terminal.
Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method embodiment of a configuration parameter determination method for an electric rice cooker, it should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed in an order different from that shown.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a configuration parameter determining method of an electric rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the configuration parameter determining method of the electric rice cooker includes the following steps:

Through the steps, the proper configuration parameters of the target electric cooker can be recommended to the user of the target electric cooker according to the acquired situation parameters and the configuration parameters determined according to the situation parameters, and then the electric cooker works according to the configuration parameters. Compared with the traditional electric cooker in the related art, the electric cooker needs the user to repeatedly and manually adjust each setting mode of the electric cooker, and the mode setting can not be recommended according to the use habit of the user, so that the defect that the experience of the user for using the electric cooker is low is caused. The method for determining the configuration parameters of the electric cooker can achieve the purpose of determining the configuration parameters for configuring the working mode of the target electric cooker according to the situation parameters corresponding to the target electric cooker, achieves the technical effect of improving the use experience of the electric cooker of a user, and further solves the technical problems that the electric cooker in the related art is low in intelligentization degree and cannot accurately recommend a proper operation mode to the user.
It should be noted that, the predetermined user may include at least one of the following: the electric cooker comprises a user of the target electric cooker and a group of users, wherein the group of users are users with the similarity to the user of the target electric cooker meeting a second preset condition, and the similarity is determined at least according to configuration parameters and/or situation parameters set by the user for the electric cooker.
Wherein, in the case that the predetermined user is a user of the target electric cooker, the configuration parameters may be parameters determined according to a habit of the user of the target electric cooker to use the target electric cooker at ordinary times; in addition, in the case that the predetermined user is a group of users, the configuration parameters may be the configuration parameters for determining the target electric cooker according to the electric cooker configuration parameters of the users meeting certain conditions with the similarity of the habit of the users of the target electric cooker using the target electric cooker.
When the configuration parameters of the target electric cooker are determined, users whose similarity to the user of the target electric cooker meets certain conditions, that is, users whose habits are similar to those of the user of the target electric cooker in using the target electric cooker, need to be determined. Therefore, before obtaining the configuration parameters corresponding to the scenario parameters from the predetermined data set, the method for determining the configuration parameters of the electric rice cooker may further comprise: acquiring users, the similarity of which with the user of the target electric cooker meets a second preset condition, from the users acquiring the configuration parameters and/or the situation parameters to generate a group of users; calculating the probability of occurrence of the same configuration parameter for a group of users under each context parameter generates a predetermined data set.
For example, multiple groups of users and context parameters and configuration parameters corresponding to the multiple groups of users may be obtained from a database of the server, and the context parameters and configuration parameters corresponding to the multiple groups of users are processed, for example, the multiple groups of users may include user a, user B, user C, user D, user E, and user F. The scenario parameters and configuration parameters respectively corresponding to the plurality of groups of users are shown in table 2 below, wherein table 2 shows the configuration parameters of the 6 users configuring the electric cooker under different scenario parameters.

If the user with the similarity of more than 40% to the user of the target rice cooker is obtained as the group of users by using 17:00 as the scenario parameter, the user A, the user B and the user C can be used as the group of users. And meanwhile, calculating the probability of the occurrence of different configuration parameters of the user A, the user B and the user C under each scene parameter to generate the preset data set.
In the above embodiment, the step of obtaining the user similarity meeting the second predetermined condition with the target electric cooker according to the configuration parameters and/or the situation parameters to generate a group of users may include: taking the configuration parameters and/or the scenario parameters as input of a predetermined algorithm model, wherein the predetermined algorithm model comprises one of the following: clustering algorithm and collaborative filtering algorithm; outputting the similarity between the user acquiring the configuration parameters and/or the situation parameters and the user of the target electric cooker through a preset algorithm model; and finding users which are similar to the second preset condition generates a group of users.
For example, the context parameters 17:00 may be used as the input of the collaborative filtering algorithm, the user similarity between the user corresponding to the context parameters and the target electric cooker is obtained through the output of the collaborative filtering algorithm, and the user with the similarity satisfying the second preset condition is obtained and used as a group of users, namely users with the habit similar to that of the user of the target electric cooker using the electric cooker.
Preferably, the second predetermined condition is that the similarity exceeds a first threshold. Wherein, the first threshold value can be set according to actual conditions.
Optionally, the collaborative filtering algorithm comprises at least one of: cosine angle similarity, Pearson correlation coefficient.
Wherein, the collaborative filtering algorithm may include at least one of: cosine angle similarity, Pearson correlation coefficient. In the embodiment of the invention, the cosine included angle similarity can be utilized to determine the users with higher similarity to the target electric cooker usage habits of the users of the target electric cooker, wherein the cosine included angle similarity is that the electric cooker usage data (such as scene parameters and configuration parameters) of a plurality of users are taken as one-dimensional or multi-dimensional arrays, the cosine value corresponding to the included angle formed by each array in the coordinate system is determined, the users with similar electric cooker usage habits are obtained according to the cosine value, namely, the electric cooker users can be classified according to the electric cooker usage data; the Pearson correlation coefficient can also be used to determine the user with higher similarity to the rice cooker usage habit of the user of the target rice cooker, wherein the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure whether a plurality of data sets are on a straight line or not and to measure the linear relationship between distance variables.
Optionally, calculating the probability that the same configuration parameter occurs for a group of users under each context parameter comprises: counting the occurrence times of the same configuration parameters, and calculating a first probability of the occurrence of the same configuration parameters according to the occurrence times; acquiring the occurrence times of the same configuration parameters under each scene parameter, and calculating a second probability of the same configuration parameters under the scene parameters according to the occurrence times; and acquiring the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter according to the first probability and the second probability.
For example, first, the times of occurrence of the configuration parameters "soup making", "porridge cooking", and "rice cooking", respectively, are counted without considering the scenario parameters, and a first probability (i.e., a priori probability) of occurrence of the same configuration parameters is determined according to the counted times; in addition, the statistical configuration parameters "soup making", "porridge cooking" and "rice cooking" are respectively 6:00, 11:00 and 17:00, and determining a second probability (i.e. conditional probability in context) of the same configuration parameter according to the obtained times; and then the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter can be obtained according to the first probability and the second probability.
Preferably, obtaining the probability of the occurrence of the same configuration parameter under each context parameter according to the first probability and the second probability may include: weighting and summing the first probability and the second probability to obtain the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter; or multiplying the first probability and the second probability to obtain the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter.
FIG. 3 is a preferred flowchart of a configuration parameter obtaining method for an electric rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, first obtaining data of using the electric rice cooker by a user from a server, and performing collaborative filtering with the use preferences of the electric rice cooker of other users according to the use preferences of the electric rice cooker of the user and other factors; and then, sending the collaborative filtering result to a naive Bayes classifier, obtaining the electric cooker configuration parameters recommended by the server through a naive Bayes distributor, and sending the electric cooker configuration parameters to the user side.
Specifically, first, estimation of prior probability is performed, collaborative filtering is performed on users, and user preference (probability is taken to be maximum). The user preference is calculated through the corresponding frequency of each use mode (configuration parameter), the similarity of each operation mode is calculated, the comprehensive similarity (corresponding weight) is calculated, the user with the highest similarity of the user of the target electric cooker is selected, and the prior probability of the use of each operation mode is calculated among the users. In addition, in order to make the configuration parameters recommended to the user of the target electric cooker more accurate, the prior probability may be updated periodically for the user whose similarity to the electric cooker usage habit of the user of the target electric cooker satisfies a certain condition.
FIG. 4 is a preferred flowchart of another configuration parameter acquiring method for an electric rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, acquiring the electric rice cooker operation data of the user under the predetermined contextual parameters from the database at the server side; then, clustering the obtained users under the preset scene according to the obtained electric cooker operation data to obtain a nearest user cluster (namely the group of users), and recommending electric cooker operation data (namely configuration parameters) for the users of the target electric cooker based on the electric cooker operation data of the user cluster.
The invention adopts the naive Bayes method to predict the user behavior of the electric cooker. After the cumulative use probability of the users and the use probability of a specific time are calculated, clustering is carried out on the users (clustering input parameters), and the total use probability of the same type of users is used as a prior probability; after the probability is determined, a threshold value can be set, and if the probability is greater than the threshold value, recommended content is added. Finally, Bayesian probability statistics is carried out,
the specific implementation and training are placed in a cloud server.

The configuration parameter acquisition method of the electric cooker provided by the embodiment of the invention recommends other users with the highest user behavior habits and highest environment similarity with the target electric cooker based on the collaborative filtering algorithm, and recommends the setting mode of the electric cooker for a period of time continuously by taking the electric cooker use habits of other users as reference.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the machine learning system with the smart home as the background can perform data analysis according to the historical behaviors of the user and the importance degree of the information content, and provide valuable setting information according to the preference of the user when the user requests through the one-key setting button. The method helps the user to quickly obtain the parameter setting, and can filter the recommended result according to the time and scene of the user.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for obtaining configuration parameters of an electric rice cooker, fig. 5 is another flow chart of the method for obtaining configuration parameters of an electric rice cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the method for obtaining configuration parameters of an electric rice cooker comprises:

The set parameters of the electric cooker come from the habit of the user learned by the machine, and can change along with the factors such as the current week, the time and the like, but are not fixed and unchangeable parameters.
Fig. 6 is another flowchart of a method for acquiring configuration parameters of an electric rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a user of a target electric rice cooker determines to receive configuration parameters generated by a server according to contextual parameters through a physical key on the target electric rice cooker or a software button on a mobile terminal interface, then sends a configuration parameter recommendation request to the server, sends recommended configuration parameters to the target electric rice cooker after the server responds, next determines whether the user of the target electric rice cooker agrees to configure the target electric rice cooker with the recommended configuration parameters, and when the result is agreement, the target electric rice cooker operates with the configuration parameters; otherwise, requesting the recommended configuration parameters from the server again.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined user includes at least one of: the electric cooker comprises a user of the target electric cooker and a group of users, wherein the group of users are users with the similarity to the user of the target electric cooker meeting a second preset condition, and the similarity is determined at least according to configuration parameters and/or situation parameters set by the user for the electric cooker.
Wherein, in the case that the predetermined user is a user of the target electric cooker, the configuration parameters may be parameters determined according to a habit of the user of the target electric cooker to use the target electric cooker at ordinary times; in addition, in the case that the predetermined user is a group of users, the configuration parameters may be the configuration parameters for determining the target electric cooker according to the electric cooker configuration parameters of the users meeting certain conditions with the similarity of the habit of the users of the target electric cooker using the target electric cooker.
Preferably, the obtaining of the scenario parameter corresponding to the target electric cooker may include at least one of: acquiring scene parameters through a mobile terminal; and acquiring scene parameters through data recorded by the target electric cooker.
For example, on one hand, the target rice cooker may obtain different context parameters according to its own storage module; in another aspect, the user may send the scenario parameters to the target rice cooker through a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) held by the user.

Claims (23)

1. A configuration parameter determination method of an electric cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring situation parameters corresponding to the target electric cooker, wherein the situation parameters comprise: data upon which a target configuration parameter can be determined;
acquiring configuration parameters corresponding to the contextual parameters from a predetermined data set, wherein the configuration parameters are configuration parameters with occurrence probability meeting a first predetermined condition under the contextual parameters, and the predetermined data set comprises: presetting configuration parameters for configuring the electric cooker by a user under different scene parameters;
and sending the configuration parameters, wherein the configuration parameters are used for configuring the operation of the target electric cooker.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined user comprises at least one of: the electric cooker comprises a user of the target electric cooker and a group of users, wherein the group of users are users with the similarity to the user of the target electric cooker meeting a second preset condition, and the similarity is determined at least according to configuration parameters and/or situation parameters set by the user for the electric cooker.
3. The method according to claim 2, further comprising, before obtaining the configuration parameters corresponding to the context parameters from the predetermined data set:
acquiring users with the similarity to the target electric cooker and meeting the second preset condition from the users acquiring the configuration parameters and/or the situation parameters to generate the group of users;
calculating the probability of occurrence of the same configuration parameter for each context parameter for the group of users to generate the predetermined data set.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the user whose similarity with the user of the target rice cooker meets the second predetermined condition according to the configuration parameters and/or the situation parameters to generate the group of users comprises:
taking the configuration parameters and/or the scenario parameters as input of a predetermined algorithm model, wherein the predetermined algorithm model comprises one of: clustering algorithm and collaborative filtering algorithm;
outputting the similarity between the user acquiring the configuration parameters and/or the situation parameters and the user of the target electric cooker through the preset algorithm model;
and finding users which are similar to the second preset condition to generate the group of users.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the second predetermined condition is similarity exceeding a first threshold.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the collaborative filtering algorithm comprises at least one of: cosine angle similarity, Pearson correlation coefficient.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein calculating the probability that the same configuration parameter occurs for the set of users at each context parameter comprises:
counting the occurrence times of the same configuration parameters, and calculating a first probability of the occurrence of the same configuration parameters according to the occurrence times;
acquiring the occurrence times of the same configuration parameters under each scene parameter, and calculating a second probability of the same configuration parameters under the scene parameters according to the occurrence times;
and acquiring the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter according to the first probability and the second probability.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein obtaining the probability of the occurrence of the same configuration parameter under each context parameter according to the first probability and the second probability comprises:
weighting and summing the first probability and the second probability to obtain the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and multiplying the first probability and the second probability to obtain the probability of the same configuration parameter under each scene parameter.
9. A configuration parameter acquisition method of an electric cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:

receiving a request message, wherein the request message is generated by a user of the target electric cooker through triggering a key on the target electric cooker, and the request message represents a request for obtaining configuration parameters from the server.

The method of claim 9, wherein the predetermined user comprises at least one of: the electric cooker comprises a user of the target electric cooker and a group of users, wherein the group of users are users with the similarity to the user of the target electric cooker meeting a second preset condition, and the similarity is determined at least according to configuration parameters and/or situation parameters set by the user for the electric cooker.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the obtaining of the scenario parameter corresponding to the target electric cooker comprises at least one of the following:
acquiring the scene parameters through a mobile terminal;
and acquiring the scene parameters through the data recorded by the target electric cooker.
13. The method of claim 10, before configuring the operation of the target rice cooker according to the configuration parameters, further comprising:
and receiving the configuration parameters from the mobile terminal, wherein the server sends the configuration parameters to the mobile terminal, and when the mobile terminal receives indication information for determining that the target electric cooker is controlled to operate by using the configuration parameters, the server sends the configuration parameters to the target electric cooker.

receiving a request message, wherein the request message is generated by a user of the target electric cooker through triggering a key on the target electric cooker, and the request message represents a request for obtaining configuration parameters from the server.

The method of claim 14, wherein the predetermined user comprises at least one of: the electric cooker comprises a user of the target electric cooker and a group of users, wherein the group of users are users with the similarity to the user of the target electric cooker meeting a second preset condition, and the similarity is determined at least according to configuration parameters and/or situation parameters of the user for configuring the electric cooker.
17. The method of claim 14, before determining whether to configure the operation of the target rice cooker according to the configuration parameters according to the indication information, further comprising:
and sending the scene parameters to the target electric cooker.
