Description

Fault safety type current output channel diagnosis system and method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronics, in particular to a fault-safe current output channel diagnosis system and a fault-safe current output channel diagnosis method.
Background
When the existing fault safety type current output channel diagnosis system works normally, the output control module controls DA output current, a diagnosis signal enters the diagnosis comparison module through AD recovery and is compared with an output value of the output control module to finish channel diagnosis, if a difference value of a comparison result exceeds an allowable range △, the output channel is abnormal, the diagnosis comparison module feeds the result back to the output control module, and the output control module controls the DA to be disconnected for output so as to achieve the purpose of fault safety.
However, it is not possible to diagnose all dc faults, for example, DA internal crosstalk faults, by comparing the extraction value with the required output value, so the diagnostic coverage is not high, typically only 60%;
moreover, when the output control module fails, the system may enter a dangerous state due to the fact that the diagnosis result cannot be judged or the output channel cannot be shut off.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing system and method for diagnosing the current output channel system are not high in diagnosis coverage rate and are easy to enter a dangerous state when a fault occurs, and aims to provide a fault-safe current output channel diagnosis system and a method thereof to solve the problem of diagnosis of a current output channel.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a failure safety type current output channel diagnosis system and a method thereof comprise an output control module, a DA module, a load, a sampling circuit, an AD module and a diagnosis comparison module which are connected in sequence, wherein the diagnosis comparison module is connected with the output control module;
the DA module and the load are connected with two ends of the switch module, and the switch module is also connected with the diagnosis comparison module;
the output control module is used for controlling the DA module to output current;
the diagnosis comparison module is used for diagnosing the output current state, controlling the switch module and sending the diagnosis result to the output control module.
The diagnostic comparison module further comprises a WatchDog module for monitoring the operating state of the output control module.
When the system is used, the switch module is additionally arranged at the output end and is directly controlled by the diagnosis comparison module, once the diagnosis result is in a fault state, the diagnosis comparison module directly cuts off the output through the switch module, meanwhile, the diagnosis result is transmitted to the output control module, and the output control module also controls the DA module to carry out the cut-off output operation, so that the effect of double insurance is achieved.
Meanwhile, a plurality of WatchDog, namely a WatchDog module, are arranged in the diagnosis comparison module, and the WatchDog monitors the running state of the output control module once the output control module fails. If the operation is overtime, the diagnosis comparison module controls to turn off the output, so that the fault guidance safety is ensured.
A method for diagnosing a fail-safe current output channel comprises the following steps:
(1) the output control module controls the DA module to output current, the diagnosis signal is collected through the AD module and enters the diagnosis comparison module, and is compared with the output value of the output control module, and when a fault occurs, the diagnosis comparison module controls the switch module to be switched off;
(2) when the switch module is switched off, the diagnosis comparison module transmits the diagnosis data to the output control module, and the output control module controls the DA module to switch off the output;
(3) a WatchDog module in the diagnosis comparison module monitors the running state of the output control module;
(4) the sequence of the dog feeding signals received by the WatchDog module is the same as the preset sequence, and the time interval of each WatchDog receiving the dog feeding signals does not exceed the specified time, and the output control module controls the DA module to output current; otherwise, the diagnosis comparison module controls the switch module to be switched off.
And when the system is powered on, the system is in a maintenance state, and the system is tested at regular intervals, the output control module controls the output channel to output the roaming position.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the invention relates to a fault safety type current output channel diagnosis system and a fault safety type current output channel diagnosis method, which adopt a walking position method to diagnose a current output channel and improve the channel fault diagnosis coverage rate to 99%. A switch module is added at the output end and is directly controlled by a diagnosis comparison module, so that the effect of 'double insurance' is achieved; and a plurality of watchdog are arranged in the diagnosis comparison module to monitor the running state of the output control module, thereby ensuring that any module or assembly in the channel has problems and realizing the effect of fault guiding safety.
