The invention relates to the technical field of paper pulp molding material processing, in particular to a paper pulp molding packaging material shaping machine and a shaping method.
Background
Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology, and a pulp molding product takes waste paper as a raw material and is molded into a paper product with a certain shape by a special mold on a molding machine; the pulp molded product is mainly used as a cushioning packaging material. The paper pulp molding packaging material has the advantages of wide raw material source, harmless manufacturing process to the environment, recycling, small volume ratio than the foaming plastic, overlapping, convenient transportation and the like.
The paper pulp molding packaging material needs to be pulped when being produced, then the raw materials are molded to form a paper pulp molding material, then the paper pulp molding material needs to be dried and shaped, some existing paper pulp molding material processing plants adopt a drying mode to dry and shape the paper pulp molding material, and the problems existing in the drying and shaping treatment of the paper pulp molding material are as follows:
1. the pulp molding material is generally placed at a proper position in a stacking manner manually during airing, and the airing manner not only occupies a large space, but also has the problems of uneven airing and poor airing and forming effects of the pulp molding material;
2. the position of the pulp molding material cannot be locked during airing, so that the pulp molding material can move during airing, and the problem that the forming effect of the pulp molding material is poor is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a paper pulp molding packaging material shaping machine, which comprises a support frame, a rotating motor, a rotating frame, hanging rods, locking mechanisms, rotating chutes and sliding rods, wherein the support frame is of a T-shaped structure, the right side surface of the upper end of the support frame is provided with the rotating motor through a motor sleeve, the rotating frame is arranged on an output shaft of the rotating motor and is of an annular structure, the hanging rods are uniformly arranged on the right side surface of the outer end of the rotating frame along the annular structure of the rotating frame, the right end of each hanging rod is provided with one locking mechanism, the rotating chutes are connected with the right side surface of the upper end of the support frame, the sliding rods are symmetrically distributed on the outer side of the rotating motor, the right end of each sliding rod is arranged on the left side surface of the outer end of the rotating frame, the left end of each sliding rod is connected with the corresponding rotating, the paper pulp molding packaging material is evenly placed on the locking mechanism, the paper pulp molding material is locked through the locking mechanism, then the rotating motor is controlled to rotate slowly, the rotating frame is enabled to rotate slowly, the locking mechanism can always vertically face to the lower side under the action of gravity, the paper pulp molding material can be evenly aired, the rotating chute is matched with the sliding rod to limit the rotation of the rotating frame, the paper pulp molding material locked by the locking mechanism is prevented from shaking due to unstable rotation of the rotating frame, and the airing and shaping effects of the paper pulp molding material are poor.
The locking mechanism comprises a locking connecting rod, a locking support, a locking expansion bracket, a cover plate, an expansion column, an expansion spring and an expansion clamping frame, wherein an annular groove is formed in the outer end of the suspender, the upper end of the locking connecting rod is installed in the annular groove in the suspender through a bearing, the lower end of the locking connecting rod is connected with the left end of the locking support, the locking support is of a U-shaped structure, the locking expansion bracket is installed on the right end of the locking support, and the locking expansion bracket is of a U-shaped structure corresponding to the locking support structure;
a cover plate is hinged to the upper side surface of the front end of the locking bracket, round holes are uniformly formed in the right side surface of the middle portion of the cover plate, a telescopic column is connected to each round hole in the cover plate in a sliding fit manner, a telescopic clamping frame is mounted at the right end of each telescopic column, a telescopic spring is arranged on the outer side of each telescopic column, and the telescopic springs are mounted between the right side surface of the cover plate and the left side surface of the telescopic clamping frame, in particular, during operation, the locking mechanism can support and lock the pulp molding material, so that the pulp molding material cannot move correspondingly with the locking mechanism when rotating, the position of the locking telescopic frame is firstly adjusted, the cavity formed by the U-shaped structure of the locking telescopic frame of the locking bracket can support the left end and the right end of the pulp molding material, and then the pulp molding material is symmetrically placed at the front end and the rear end of the cavity structure formed by the locking bracket and the locking telescopic frame, the cover plate is turned backwards, so that the cover plate can be matched with the locking support and the locking expansion bracket to lock the left end and the right end of the paper pulp molding material, the expansion clamping frame can adjust the position under the action of the expansion spring, the expansion clamping frame can be clamped on the top of the locking expansion bracket, the paper pulp molding material can be tightly locked, and the locking connecting rod is connected to the hanging rod through the bearing, so that the locking mechanism can be always vertically arranged downwards under the action of gravity.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a row of counter bores are arranged at the bottom of the left end of the cover plate and the bottom of the right end of the telescopic clamping frame respectively, the counter bores are uniformly arranged from front to back, and a jacking block clamping block is uniformly distributed in each counter bore of the cover plate and the telescopic clamping frame.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the section of the ejector block fixture block is of a T-shaped structure, the bottom of the ejector block fixture block is provided with a magnet block, the lower end of the ejector block fixture block abuts against the locking bracket or the locking expansion bracket, the locking bracket and the locking expansion bracket are both made of steel, when the cover plate is covered on the locking bracket, the ejector block fixture block can be respectively adsorbed on the locking bracket and the locking expansion bracket under the action of the magnet block at the lower end, so that the ejector block fixture block can press the side edge of the pulp molding material overlapped on the locking bracket and the locking expansion bracket, and the positioning effect of the pulp molding material is improved.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a locking lug seat is arranged on the rear side surface of a locking support, a locking hook is connected to the locking lug seat through a pin shaft, the upper end of the locking hook is of a hook-shaped structure, a resisting body for resisting the locking hook is arranged on the rear side surface of a cover plate, the resisting body is of a triangular structure, the front side surface of the lower end of the locking hook is connected with the rear end of a locking spring, the front end of the locking spring is arranged on the bottom of the locking support through a spring connecting plate, and when the cover plate covers the locking support, the locking hook can be hooked at the upper end of the resisting body to prevent the cover plate from being separated from the locking support.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the front side and the rear side of the left end of the U-shaped structure of the locking expansion bracket are respectively provided with a buckle rod, the right side of the locking bracket is provided with a buckle hole corresponding to the buckle rod, the left end of the buckle rod is connected in the buckle hole on the locking bracket in a sliding fit manner, the upper side of the buckle rod is uniformly provided with jacks, the upper end of each buckle rod is distributed with a convex plate, and the convex plate is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the locking bracket;
the convex plate is connected with an inserting sliding column in a sliding fit mode, an inserting block is installed on the bottom of the inserting sliding column, the lower end of the inserting block is located in a jack arranged on the buckle rod, an inserting spring is arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the inserting sliding column and installed between the convex plate and the inserting sliding column, when the distance between the locking support and the locking expansion bracket needs to be adjusted, the inserting sliding column is pulled upwards to enable the inserting block to unlock the buckle rod, the locking expansion bracket is pulled to enable the locking support and the locking expansion bracket to be located at a proper position, then the inserting block is controlled to be inserted into the jack at the proper position on the buckle rod, and therefore the adjustment of the distance between the locking support and the locking expansion bracket is completed, and the paper pulp molding material with different sizes can be suitable for the paper pulp molding material.
According to a preferred technical scheme, the limiting plates are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the right end of the telescopic clamping frame, the left side face of each limiting plate is attached to the right side face of the locking telescopic frame, and after the distance of the locking telescopic frame is adjusted, the telescopic clamping frame is pulled outwards to enable the limiting plates to be attached to the right side face of the locking telescopic frame, so that the locking effect of the telescopic clamping frame on paper pulp molding materials overlapped on the locking telescopic frame is improved.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the bottom of the left end of the locking support is provided with a height supporting block, the bottom of the height supporting block is uniformly provided with round holes, the inner wall of each round hole on the height supporting block is provided with a rubber sleeve, the supporting bracket is arranged on the bottom of the height supporting block through an adjusting rod, the upper end of the adjusting rod is inserted into the round hole of the height supporting block in an interference fit manner, and the height of the supporting bracket can be adjusted by pulling the supporting bracket up and down, so that the supporting bracket can protect the lower end of the pulp molding material.
In addition, the invention provides a shaping method of a shaping machine of a paper pulp molding packaging material, which comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: placing a support frame: placing the support frame in an external illumination environment, so that sunlight can irradiate on the right side surface of the rotating frame;

the fourth step: locking the pulp molding material: the cover plate is turned backwards and the telescopic clamping frame is pulled outwards, so that the cover plate and the telescopic clamping frame can be matched with the locking support and the locking telescopic frame to lock the left side edge and the right side edge of the paper pulp molding material, and the top block clamping blocks on the turning cover plate and the telescopic clamping frame can be respectively adsorbed on the locking support and the locking telescopic frame under the action of the magnet blocks arranged at the lower ends of the top block clamping blocks, so that the side edges of the paper pulp molding material overlapped on the locking support and the locking telescopic frame can be pressed by the top block clamping blocks, and the positioning effect of the paper pulp molding material is improved;
the fifth step: locking of the locking bracket with the cover plate: when the side edge of the paper pulp molding material is pressed by the ejector block fixture block, the locking hook on the locking bracket can be locked on the resisting body on the cover plate, so that the phenomenon that the cover plate is separated from the locking bracket is prevented;
and a sixth step: drying the paper pulp molding material: after the pulp molding material is locked, the rotating motor is controlled to rotate slowly, so that the rotating frame rotates slowly, and the pulp molding material is symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the locking support, so that the locking mechanism can be always vertically arranged downwards under the action of gravity, and the drying and shaping effects of the pulp molding material are improved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the paper pulp molding material is lifted and locked by adopting a hoisting mode of a ferris wheel, and is controlled to rotate slowly, so that the paper pulp molding material is uniformly aired and has good airing and shaping effects;
the distance between the locking telescopic frame and the locking support can be adjusted, and the matching length of the cover plate and the telescopic clamping frame can be adjusted, so that the paper pulp molding machine can be suitable for paper pulp molding materials with different sizes;
the locking hook on the locking support can be locked on the resisting body on the cover plate to prevent the cover plate from being separated from the locking support, and the height of the supporting bracket can be adjusted by pulling the supporting bracket up and down, so that the supporting bracket can protect the lower end of the paper pulp molding material, and the protection effect of the paper pulp molding material locking device on the paper pulp molding material locking device is improved.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a sizing machine for pulp molding packaging material comprises a support frame 1, a rotating motor 2, a rotating frame 3, suspenders 4, locking mechanisms 5, a rotating chute 6 and sliding rods 7, wherein the support frame 1 is of a T-shaped structure, the rotating motor 2 is installed on the right side surface of the upper end of the support frame 1 through a motor sleeve, the rotating frame 3 is installed on an output shaft of the rotating motor 2, the rotating frame 3 is of an annular structure, the suspenders 4 are evenly installed on the right side surface of the outer end of the rotating frame 3 along the annular structure, the locking mechanism 5 is installed on the right end of each suspender 4, the rotating chute 6 is connected with the right side surface of the upper end of the support frame 1, the sliding rods 7 are symmetrically distributed on the outer side of the rotating motor 2, the right end of the sliding rod 7 is installed on the left side surface of the outer end of the rotating frame 3, the left end of the, the paper pulp molding and packaging machine is placed in an external illumination environment, paper pulp molding and packaging materials are uniformly placed on the locking mechanism 5, the paper pulp molding materials are locked through the locking mechanism 5, then the rotating motor 2 is controlled to rotate slowly, so that the rotating frame 3 rotates slowly, the locking mechanism 5 is always vertical to the lower side under the action of gravity, the paper pulp molding materials can be uniformly aired, the rotating chute 6 is matched with the sliding rod 7 to limit the rotation of the rotating frame 3, and the condition that the paper pulp molding materials locked by the locking mechanism 5 shake due to unstable rotation of the rotating frame 3 is prevented, and the poor airing and shaping effects of the paper pulp molding materials are caused.
The locking mechanism 5 comprises a locking connecting rod 51, a locking support 52, a locking telescopic frame 53, a cover plate 54, a telescopic column 55, a telescopic spring 56 and a telescopic clamping frame 57, an annular groove is formed in the outer end of the suspender 4, the upper end of the locking connecting rod 51 is installed in the annular groove in the suspender 4 through a bearing, the lower end of the locking connecting rod 51 is connected with the left end of the locking support 52, the locking support 52 is of a U-shaped structure, the locking telescopic frame 53 is installed on the right end of the locking support 52, and the locking telescopic frame 53 is of a U-shaped structure corresponding to the locking support 52 in structure;
a cover plate 54 is hinged on the upper side surface of the front end of the locking bracket 52, round holes are uniformly formed on the right side surface of the middle part of the cover plate 54, a telescopic column 55 is connected in each round hole of the cover plate 54 in a sliding fit manner, a telescopic clamping frame 57 is installed on the right end of the telescopic column 55, a telescopic spring 56 is arranged on the outer side of each telescopic column 55, and the telescopic spring 56 is installed between the right side surface of the cover plate 54 and the left side surface of the telescopic clamping frame 57, in particular, during operation, the locking mechanism 5 can support and lock the pulp molding material, so that the pulp molding material cannot move relative to the locking mechanism 5 when rotating, the position of the locking telescopic frame 53 is firstly adjusted, and the cavity formed by the U-shaped structure of the locking telescopic frame 53 of the locking bracket 52 can support the left end and the right end of the pulp molding material, then, the pulp molding material is symmetrically placed at the front end and the rear end of a cavity structure formed by the locking support 52 and the locking expansion bracket 53, the cover plate 54 is turned backwards, so that the cover plate 54 can be matched with the locking support 52 and the locking expansion bracket 53 to lock the left end and the right end of the pulp molding material, the expansion clamp frame 57 can adjust the position under the action of the expansion spring 56, so that the expansion clamp frame 57 can be clamped on the top of the locking expansion bracket 53, the pulp molding material can be tightly locked by the pulp molding material locking device, and the locking connecting rod 51 is connected to the suspension rod 4 through a bearing, so that the locking mechanism 5 can be always vertically arranged downwards under the action of gravity.
Limiting plates 59 are evenly installed on the bottom of the right end of the telescopic clamping frame 57, the left side face of each limiting plate 59 is attached to the right side face of the locking telescopic frame 53, and after the distance of the locking telescopic frame 53 is adjusted, the telescopic clamping frame 57 is pulled outwards, so that the limiting plates 59 are attached to the right side face of the locking telescopic frame 53, and the locking effect of the telescopic clamping frame 57 on the pulp molding materials placed on the locking telescopic frame 53 is improved.
A row of counter bores are formed in the bottom of the left end of the cover plate 54 and the bottom of the right end of the telescopic clamping frame 57 and are evenly distributed from front to back, and a jacking block clamping block 58 is evenly distributed in each counter bore of the cover plate 54 and the telescopic clamping frame 57.
The section of the top block clamping block 58 is of a T-shaped structure, the bottom of the top block clamping block 58 is provided with a magnet, the lower end of the top block clamping block 58 abuts against the locking support 52 or the locking telescopic frame 53, the locking support 52 and the locking telescopic frame 53 are both made of steel, when the cover plate 54 covers the locking support 52, the top block clamping block 58 can be respectively adsorbed on the locking support 52 and the locking telescopic frame 53 under the action of the magnet at the lower end, and therefore the top block clamping block 58 can press the side edge of the pulp molding material overlapped on the locking support 52 and the locking telescopic frame 53, and the positioning effect of the pulp molding material is improved.
The rear side surface of the locking bracket 52 is provided with a locking lug seat 521, the locking lug seat 521 is connected with a locking hook 522 through a pin shaft, the upper end of the locking hook 522 is in a hook-shaped structure, the rear side surface of the cover plate 54 is provided with a resisting body 523 used for resisting the locking hook 522, the resisting body 523 is in a triangular structure, the front side surface of the lower end of the locking hook 522 is connected with the rear end of a locking spring 524, the front end of the locking spring 524 is installed on the bottom of the locking bracket 52 through a spring connecting plate 525, when the cover plate 54 covers the locking bracket 52, the locking hook 522 can be hooked at the upper end of the resisting body 523 to prevent the cover plate 54 and the locking bracket 52 from being separated.
The front side and the rear side of the left end of the U-shaped structure of the locking telescopic frame 53 are respectively provided with a buckle rod 531, the right side of the locking bracket 52 is provided with a buckle hole corresponding to the buckle rod 531, the left end of the buckle rod 531 is connected in the buckle hole on the locking bracket 52 in a sliding fit manner, the upper side of the buckle rod 531 is uniformly provided with jacks, the upper end of each buckle rod 531 is provided with a convex plate 532, and the convex plates 532 are arranged on the right side of the upper end of the locking bracket 52;
the convex plate 532 is connected with the plug-in sliding column 533 in a sliding fit manner, the bottom of the plug-in sliding column 533 is provided with the plug-in block 534, the lower end of the plug-in block 534 is located in the insertion hole provided by the buckle rod 531, the outer side of the upper end of the plug-in sliding column 533 is provided with the plug-in spring 535, the plug-in spring 535 is arranged between the convex plate 532 and the plug-in sliding column 533, when the distance between the locking bracket 52 and the locking telescopic bracket 53 needs to be adjusted, the plugging sliding column 533 is pulled upwards, so that the insertion block 534 releases the locking of the latch lever 531, and the locking bracket 52 and the locking expansion bracket 53 are positioned by pulling the locking expansion bracket 53, and then the inserting block 534 is controlled to be inserted into the inserting hole at a proper position on the buckle rod 531, so that the adjustment of the distance between the locking bracket 52 and the locking expansion bracket 53 is completed, and the invention can be suitable for pulp molding materials with different sizes.
The height-adjustable paper pulp molding machine is characterized in that a height supporting block 510 is installed at the bottom of the left end of the locking support 52, round holes are evenly formed in the bottom of the height supporting block 510, a rubber sleeve is arranged on the inner wall of each round hole in the height supporting block 510, a supporting bracket 512 is installed at the bottom of the height supporting block 510 through an adjusting rod 511, the upper end of the adjusting rod 511 is inserted into the round holes in the height supporting block 510 in an interference fit mode, the height of the supporting bracket 512 can be adjusted by pulling the supporting bracket 512 up and down, and the supporting bracket 512 can protect the lower end of a paper pulp molding material.

the fourth step: locking the pulp molding material: the cover plate 54 is turned backwards and the telescopic clamping frame 57 is pulled outwards, so that the cover plate 54 and the telescopic clamping frame 57 can be matched with the locking support 52 and the locking telescopic frame 53 to lock the left side edge and the right side edge of the pulp molding material, the top block clamping blocks 58 on the cover plate 54 and the telescopic clamping frame 57 can be respectively adsorbed on the locking support 52 and the locking telescopic frame 53 under the action of the magnet blocks arranged at the lower ends of the top block clamping blocks 58, and the top block clamping blocks 58 can press the side edges of the pulp molding material overlapped on the locking support 52 and the locking telescopic frame 53, so that the positioning effect of the pulp molding material is improved;
the fifth step: locking of the locking bracket 52 with the cover plate 54: when the side edge of the pulp molding material is pressed by the top block fixture block 58, the locking hook 522 on the locking bracket 52 can be locked on the resisting body 523 on the cover plate 54, so that the phenomenon that the cover plate 54 is separated from the locking bracket 52 is prevented;
and a sixth step: drying the paper pulp molding material: after the pulp molding material is locked, the rotating motor 2 is controlled to rotate slowly, so that the rotating frame 3 rotates slowly, and the pulp molding material is symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the locking support 52, so that the locking mechanism 5 can be always vertically arranged downwards under the action of gravity, and the drying and shaping effects of the pulp molding material are improved.
